The hotel is amazing our room was beautiful. Restaurants are beautiful with great menu and deliciously prepared food. you just need to be aware when booking with hotels.com you get room in low category. Our room did not have a window and it was on top a room that had machinery so all night we heard a noise and a vibration from lower floor. They tried to upgrade the room for higher amount. The nobs to control water in the shower was all loose. the hotel needs some up keep not really 5 star quality for the price for sure. Not sure if I would stay at the hotel again but definitely will go back for the restaurants. Gi Gi at Norma was a fabulous waiter, he helped us customize our breakfast and was very helpful.

The room was dirty. The hotel is run down. I can’t believe the price. There is so much deferred maintenance. Never again!

The Parker Hotel is amazing. The staff was very helpful and sweet. The room was spotless and beautiful. The brunch at Norma’s was excellent and my overall experience was great. The only issue we had was our reservations for dinner. Our reservations was set for 8 pm, we checked in with the hostess and she told us our table wasn’t ready. She would buy us a drink in the lobby while we waited, which was very nice. However - they didn’t seat us until 9:30 pm. Our waiter was slow and didn’t do anything to help our situation. We ordered a salad right as we sat down as we were starving - it took over 45 min to come out. I hope this is not a regular thing they do. The food was good and we ended up having a great time, but it was a rough start.
