It was a holiday weekend with a huge group of young partiers. I had to call to ask the front desk to take care of it before I did. They took care of it. Parking is horrible if you come back after 7 pm. I had to park offsite every night and STILL HAD TO PAY TO PARK THERE! Outside of that the room was decent

Hotel was nice. Rooms are spacious. Close by freeway access and places to eat. I would stay again. Only thing not my favorite is the indoor pool. Small and humid. Thought there was an outside one but read wrong.

Nice hotel, however $12 parking felt like a hidden charge. There is plenty of parking space, so don’t understand the need to charge $12 when nowhere else on my trip to the area did. The staff didn’t even confirm I had a car or ask for the make/ model/ plate number. I just saw $12 charged a week after my stay. Apart from that the hotel is fine - comfortable, safe, and clean.

The room was complete false advertisement! There is no working pool or hot tub as stated and was confirmed by staff no breakfast no coffee. The room was dirty as I went down and let the attendant know I have pictures to support my documents. The shower had hair in it, and there was a broken shampoo bottle, as well as something that looked like black pebbles, possibly bug in the bed.

First, the deposit is $150. That is outrageous. Then false advertising. There is no indoor pool open 24 hours. Third, I was charged $12 for parking because of security. What security? I saw a women giving head in their car behind the hotel. There was no security at all. The parking lot was full, so I had to walk from a different parking lot. That was a waste of $12.00. Best part is the cockroach that was in the bathroom. I have no other choice, because I checked in at 2:00 am. Staff is rude. I asked if I could check out at 1:00 instead of 12. He said no because Sundays are the busy day. Oh bother. I used to like staying here. It's really some crappy service now. I did get to check out late, at 1:30. I did tell them the issues. They refunded me for the parking.

We had two rooms on this stay and one didn’t have anything to really complain about; however, upon rolling back the top sheet in the other room, there was a sizable few strands of hair on the sheet below, a good sized spider that crawled out from behind the headboard in the morning and the closet doors were broken. Each of these on their own would have been whatever to me but all three with the spider being the last, prompted me to write a review. Overall the stay was pleasant for our needs, shower had good water pressure and the staff was nice at check-in.

Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient as it had lots of places to eat close by and a Target not far to buy necessities. The room was really clean and spacious and they have Starbucks coffee inside the facility.Definitely booking them again for my next trip .

The room was much more spacious than expected. Very clean and the staff was super nice. Parking was easy and it is located in a very convenient area to things. It was also quiet and had a very comfortable bed. We will be staying here in the future while visiting family in the area.

The room was set to hold 4 people. We had a king and sofa pull out bed reserved. The pull out bed was the size of a twin and no way my two kids who are NOT big (9, 11) would be able to fit on the pull out sofa. The size was ridiculous and one kid had to sleep on the floor. I asked for extra pillows and was told no because they were sold out.

The smell in the room was like an overwhelming bad air freshener. You could hear people walking upstairs and could hear more than I wanted to from the couple in the next room. I also had to leave for a family emergency one night early, and the front desk staff said they would cancel if I had not booked through a 3rd party. However, when the 3rd party reached out, that same staff member said she was unable to cancel. I ended up having to pay for a night I did not stay.

The woman that checked me in was wonderful. The two lady’s that worked the front desk after should not be in customer service. Maid service never came to service the room. No clean towels, trash never emptied. Within 30 minutes of checking in maintenance had to come fix the toilet we hadn’t used. The toilet remained unusable all night. I asked for fresh towels and the toilet to be checked. Then had to ask for towels again. Was informed that I should have gone back to the front desk for the towels. Also was informed that the toilet wasn’t broken, but clogged. I assume to place blame on myself? Didn’t like the scolding. I also paid $20 extra at booking for breakfast for two. They had no record of and I had to pay out of pocket for the Father’s Day breakfast I thought was taken care of. Took the simplicity out of paying in advance. The “indoor pool” is not located at the Marriott, rather in the hotel across the street. It’s so dirty and hot in the pool area. My friend stepped on a toenail. Hair floating in the foggy wagged. The air or lack of air inside made it difficult to breath. Overall I won’t be booking any future trips with the Marriott. I’ve have better experiences at a motel 6.

The staff was AMAZING! The facility inside great as well. However it was a bit shocking to drive up and see a lot of the tiles of the roof all over the parking lot. It would have been appreciated to have an email with a heads up of the roof renovations. I thought that the hotel that I had booked over a month ago was closed and after a long day of traveling I was a bit set off by this. I immediately called and was reassured by Annette that all was ok. She by the way is your BIGGEST ASSET!!! She makes everyone feel welcomed and cared for! She is HANDS DOWN the BEST Hotel Concierge I’ve ever encountered !! Thank you for a lovely stay overall. Joleen

The reception staff was very unwelcoming. We arrived for check in on 02/14 around 9:00PM. When we entered the lobby, the staff member nearest to the entrance did not welcome us but instead pointed us to go to the next staff member at reception. She seemed bothered by our arrival. The staff member that checked us in did not smile nor offer any kind of welcoming gesture. It seemed like we were getting booked for the local county jail instead of the hospitality industry. The walls our thin and unfortunately the guests next door and above us were very noisy even past midnight. We did call reception to make a noise complaint but based on our initial check in experience we have little faith that they cared. Would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

PROS: Check-in (with Robyn) was quick and easy. Accommodated my room request (facing front of building). Good range of T.V. programming included (Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video). Micro and mini fridge in the room. Quiet, off the beaten path location, but still accessible to many surrounding restaurants and gas stations. CONS: No covered parking. Front parking shared with adjoining Residence Inn. Only a couple of parking spaces directly in front of building, but plenty of parking. Couple of neighborhood "characters" roaming around, but STILL FELT VERY SAFE HERE.

Great hotel. Wonderful rooms. Nice beds and pillows. I would definitely stay there again. The only issue is they seemed a little understaffed. No one was at the front desk when we went to check out, I waited and finally just left my key. I didn't see a key drop. Also, when checking in no one was in the bar and it was 6 pm. Again we waited and someone did show up.

Love the Restaurant in the lobby. I arrive after 7 pm. I just completed a monstrous motorcycle ride, 9 hours, the last two hours before arriving at the hotel I endured heavy rain and wet snow in 37 degree temperatures on my motorcycle. It was great to check in, offload my luggage , and each dinner right then right there !
