Very nice just was rough when power went out. Not fault to hotel. But they didn’t cover my stay there. I think wasn’t fair it was like 4-5 hours of no power.

Stayed 2 nights

After a long 7 + hours drive, my wife and I made it to the hotel exhausted, looking forward to rest, especially for my spouse who had been recovering from an accident, injured arm, elbow so I brought her along for here to rest at the hotel while I was in the area for work. Upon our arrival, we were informed that hotel was going to have water shut off the next 2 days during the day hours due to maintenance issues. In disbelief, upset and tired, we still decided check-in. Once we brought all the luggage up to the 3rd floor, and started unpacking, we noticed the bathtub shower matt had been removed, the tub had not been cleaned and it had a black mold. Immediately went back to the lobby and requested to cancel my reservation, but unfortunately no much options were readily available for us to check in at another hotels, unless we drove out a fair distance. Once more due to being so tired, took the offer of another room, moved everything in that other room, thankfully the bathroom was cleaned, but to our misfortune, the light switches with motion sensors were very old, and they kept turning themselves back on through the night. All these challenges were not as bad as having my wife getting up early with me at 5:00 am so that we could fill up the cooking pot, other containers from the kitchenette with water. Embarrassingly so that she could wash her face and flush the toilet should the need arise. Very Angry at this situation which could’ve been avoided with an early email warning
