I booked 6 rooms for 2 nights for our family who was I town for my dad’s funeral. There were homeless drug addicts laying down outside, you can see someone smoking in there room blowing it outside their window, the staircase carpet was filthy, hallways were hot and smelled like smoke and marijuana. Our room door has a gap at the top and door jam, the door handle was also broken. The comforters were both stained and one has a hole in it, the microwave was rusty inside. The dresser that the mini fridge was in had major water damage. The restroom was filthy dirty and falling apart. There were LIVE ROACHES crawling during the day. We left within 10 minutes for being there . The associate downstairs checked us out. She was the only food thing about this place. She was kind and apologized several times. She deserves a better work environment. Shame on whoever independently owns and operates this property!!!! The pool was also not open, filled with grey water but not suitable for guests. We came to this location hoping for a place to rest and grieve the loss of my father after our long emotional day and we had to pack up and go to the Hampton inn, where they referred to the Red Roof in as the “ Hooker Motel”.

Lots of graffiti, public areas and hallways dirty, witnessed men fighting in the parking lot, shelves missing from refrigerator, fire alarm torn out, chair in room was busted, noisy neighbors, pool area closed and covered with plywood, door handle missing at exit, broken remote control for tv and multiple times people tried our doorknob.

Horrible! We made two reservations for our large family coming in from out of town for my Dads funeral. This places was disgusting and needs to be shut down. My uncle had 3 loaves of moldy bread in his dresser, we had live roaches in our room, water damage under the mini fridge, the bathroom was falling apart. The bathroom doors was taped together and the shower was dirty and moldy. The floors were filthy with old hair ties and cold ramen noodles. The bedding was STAINED or not washed and had holes in it. The smell of cigarette smoke was so terrible after checking out 10 mins later everything of ours still smelled like smoke. The hallways smell like weed, all the screens were broken and didn’t fit the windows. The pool was not open and was filled with gray water. The lobby looks nothing like the pictures and either do the rooms. After leaving to another hotel near by, they referred to the Red Roof Inn as the “Hooker Hotel”

Motel was under construction with things torn up, mattresses stacked in the hallways and never mentioned on website or at checkin. I did not feel my vehicle was safe in this lot either. Room had stained bedcovers and who knows of the sheets were clean. I did NOT stay there. I forfeited my fee and left.

It’s definitely not in a safe place. Every time I went in and out of this hotel there were unhoused people loitering by the entrance. I was booked on the second floor and the facility had no elevator so I had to carry a very large suitcase up two flights of stairs. The runs in the hallways were filthy and the whole hotel reeked like marijuana. My toilet ran all night and you could hear every person passing the hallway especially at night. The sheets had cigarette burn marks and bathroom had no soap to wash your hand. Just filthy all throughout. I had booked the weekend but left the following day as I did not feel safe there. Definitely not somewhere I’d bring children

The price was cheap. Surprisingly the ac worked well. The alarm clock did not work. But the property smelled. The room had damage. Chipped tub old holes in walls screens looked bent like someone tried breaking in. Door looks had been previously damaged and poorly replaced. The hallway was dark and uninviting. I felt really bad for the older cleaning lady who was pushing her cart withall of her body weight because the cart wheels did not work properly. That is a sign of a bad work environment, where employers don't cate about the welfare of their employees. That is a major reason i would not stay again. I saw employees working hard. Which i appreciate. There was a 60.00 cash incidental fee charged which was inconvenient. I had to go find a bank in an area i did not know. I will never stay there again. Pool was out of service.

this property is for truck drivers only. i did not stay they only had two beds on second floor. BUT NO ELEVATORS!!!!!!!!! only stairs outside the floors in the rooms that they did want to put me in were filthy the floors were sticky and i could see gym shoe foot prints on the floors and being on the first floor their windows do not LOCK!!!!! VERY UNSAFE!!!!!! you should not be recommending this property it gives you a bad name

It was a horrible start and not mentioning that you have to make a safety deposit of $60 upon arrival & checking in on line is not professional in any way? Customer service needs improvement because people from out of town that have reservations can’t have access to a restroom and have to go out to look for a restroom is ridiculous. And waking up to find reaches in your restroom sink was a very bad experience???

Staff was very courteous. Stepped into room and killed 3 cockroaches. Toilet seat needed tightening on to the base, but when I told front desk employee she either forgot to tell maintenance or they chose not to fix it. This is the worst hotel I've ever booked through Expedia. There are a lot of homeless walking in the hotel property. The Whole hotel inside and outside smelled extremely bad from marijuana smell. My husband and I could not spend the night there and had to leave. The room that we got was very dusty. The bedsheets had some stains. The bathroom was very dirty.. tha bathtub had peeling paint. The door had two holes on it..like it someone had punched it. We register around 2 pm we had to leave due to the smell to visit a friend came back until 12 am or so thinking that we will be fine but the smell of marijuana was so intense everywhere. We didn't feel safe there or leaving our car in the parking lot.We will be contacting Expedia for a refund.

Did not stay. When we walked in the facility it wreaked of cigarettes but the biggest shock was walking in the room and seeing how disgustingly filthy it was. Like it hadn't been cleaned since the 70's. It really looked like something out of a horror movie. I immediately walked back to the check in desk and handed the key card to the attendant letting her know I was not going to stay. She said sorry and accepted the key card.

This was the dirtiest and most uncomfortable motel I’ve ever stayed in. There was so so much smoke in the hallway, I couldn’t breathe. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night. The bed was hard and the room was filthy.

I would not recommend staying at this location. Upon arrival, it was extremely difficult to locate the entrance to the parking lot due to heavy street construction and no posted detour signs. After finally checking in, I walked down a hallway that reeked of marijuana, despite visible no-smoking signs throughout the property. Once inside the room, the odor changed to a musty, moldy smell. The floor was dirty, the walls had holes and peeling paint, and the tub was visibly unclean. Water pressure in the shower was very low, and the air conditioner did not function — a major issue considering it was over 100 degrees outside. The bedding was in poor condition, with visible cigarette burns and stains on the duvet. The noise levels were also unbearable — constant hammering, loud yelling, crying children, and dogs barking non-stop for hours. I reported these issues to the front desk manager, Mayra, who quickly dismissed the marijuana odor as coming from people smoking outside and said there was nothing she could do. She did send a maintenance worker to check the AC, but after three hours of no improvement and ongoing barking, I requested to be moved. I was eventually given a different room on the second floor. Would not stay there again. Guess for the price, I got what it was worth. Very noisy, dogs barking in their rooms at night. Too close to major street. Did have a clean refrigerator. And room seemed clean. Don't know if the towel was a hand towel or that small towel was considered the bath towel. And who knows when last time air conditioner grating was cleaned, caked with dirt.

Old rundown hotel. Air Conditioning is burt up. No A/C Window is an alternative as air circulation and a/c unit. The hotel/room unit is old. The room has a lot patching repair. There's a long strand of hair hanging on the shower curtian railing. View of the hotel itself outside looks good but inside room is old dirty.

Straight trash. They booked me in a room right next to a room that is under repairs with hammering, power tools, etc.The internet doesn't work,I have no washcloths in my room, back door that is supposed to be locked and require a room key is unlocked. The people were nice and did the best they could but the hotel and the room are worn. My room heater/ac buttons were broken and when I walked in it was 86 degrees in the room but u can’t adjust the temp since the knobs are broken. The bathroom and shower have 4 dispensers for shampoo soap etc and all 4 were empty. It seemed like they hadn’t been refilled in ages. There was no waste basket in the room so I had to throw garbage on the table then get my own bag and dump it. The room was cheap but I have stayed in economical hotels before that still had decent conditions.

Worst experience. Booked 2 rooms for employees working in the area. Got a call from employees saying room was infested with cockroaches. They talked to front desk who offered a room change but ultimately were not comfortable staying. Front desk staff was friendly and said refund would be no problem. Manager came out and also said to make sure to call where the reservation was made to get a refund. Well after booking elsewhere and after the booking site tried to contact to verify refund; Manager denied the refund. How can they still remain open???

The employee at check in told me that I needed to give a $60 deposit cash. No where in my confirmation did it say that. I told her I don’t have cash and she tried to tell me it’s in the fine print which I read and it never mentioned it nor was there any sign stating that. When I told her it was not stated she said “Just this once I’ll let it go but it does say it so next time you need to have cash”. I won’t ever be back but it definitely felt like a scam

Hotel and rooms are very nice !!! Very quiet … and My family and I feel safe with security Eddie …. Thank you to the housekeeping staff with brand new towels..they have us .. room was spotless and new refrigerator and didn’t smell like smoke … like some other hotels we have been with …… Also thank you to Maynor and Louise .. maintenance the property is well kept .. friendly dog area in front of hotel as well as the back … no trash and the sink had a little leak .. The check-in was difficult. I liked that she knew we were coming. I was unaware of the $60.00 CASH deposit so we had to run to an ATM and pay the additional fees. The check-in process was quite lengthily since it appeared she was talking on the phone in Spanish to someone. While arrived well after check-in time the room was not ready. Once we did get the room, an extremely long walk for a disabled person, the key did not work, so I had to repeat the long walk. A different lady was at the desk and did provide a working key. Once in, the bathroom was beat up, the TV and phone did not work and it would be nice to have a comfortable chair. Again the long walk but the maintenance man was efficient and friendly. As a smoker, I went out to the parking lot which really needed cleaning. But, once the tasks were complete, the bed was sooo comfy and the room was quiet. I will be staying there again.

This was a very sketchy hotel, everything was gross, lots of sketchy people as well. The front desk lady was nice, but I had to wait 25 minutes for the manager to come help her. Definitely the worst experience I have had at a hotel.

Unacceptable experience. Checkin was at 2, no one at the front desk till about 2:30. No clean rooms available. One i got a room in the 2nd floor, it was horrid. Holes in the wall and doors, roaches coming out of the cracks. I requested a new room. The first floor was a little cleaner but there is a smell in the hallways. I tried to sleep but they're was so much noise around and i started getting itchy on the bed. I left. Checked out that night because it was disgusting. Requested a refund but apparently they don't do that. Not worth $71. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I booked 6 rooms for 2 nights for our family who was I town for my dad’s funeral. There were homeless drug addicts laying down outside, you can see someone smoking in there room blowing it outside their window, the staircase carpet was filthy, hallways were hot and smelled like smoke and marijuana. Our room door has a gap at the top and door jam, the door handle was also broken. The comforters were both stained and one has a hole in it, the microwave was rusty inside. The dresser that the mini fridge was in had major water damage. The restroom was filthy dirty and falling apart. There were LIVE ROACHES crawling during the day. We left within 10 minutes for being there . The associate downstairs checked us out. She was the only food thing about this place. She was kind and apologized several times. She deserves a better work environment. Shame on whoever independently owns and operates this property!!!! The pool was also not open, filled with grey water but not suitable for guests. We came to this location hoping for a place to rest and grieve the loss of my father after our long emotional day and we had to pack up and go to the Hampton inn, where they referred to the Red Roof in as the “ Hooker Motel”.

It’s definitely not in a safe place. Every time I went in and out of this hotel there were unhoused people loitering by the entrance. I was booked on the second floor and the facility had no elevator so I had to carry a very large suitcase up two flights of stairs. The runs in the hallways were filthy and the whole hotel reeked like marijuana. My toilet ran all night and you could hear every person passing the hallway especially at night. The sheets had cigarette burn marks and bathroom had no soap to wash your hand. Just filthy all throughout. I had booked the weekend but left the following day as I did not feel safe there. Definitely not somewhere I’d bring children

I told them it looked like somebody had broken into the room so I feared for my personal safety. They said they would send maintenance which never showed up. Didn’t get at least 20% refund which is all I asked for. The hallways smelled like roach spray and weed. Tweeters and homeless all around the property. Look elsewhere pay extra not worth this place to spend your money.

After finally checking in, I walked down a hallway that reeked of marijuana, despite visible no-smoking signs throughout the property. Once inside the room, the odor changed to a musty, moldy smell. The floor was dirty, the walls had holes and peeling paint, and the tub was visibly unclean.
