The hotel was under construction so it was inconvenient the front entrance was closed had to go through a side door. It was dusty and dirty, not to mention load noisy. No parking because of the construction crew’s trucks.

Door knob to bathroom was falling off the door. The fabric on th one chair in the roon had a rip across the whole chair. No lounge chairs or pool towels at pool, had two office chairs poolside.

The facility was partly under construction (gym was closed during visit). The location seemed to be away from the city center, but across the street from most of the shopping district. One thing i didn't expect was to pay a $10/day fee for parking, due to the need for security to be on site all night.

Great for the price. Room was large but a little outdated. The windows were a little broken and couldn’t easily open/close the curtains. The breakfast was ok, but the orange juice tasted like it was soured. No lawn chairs at the pool. There may be a homeless camp in the brush near the back of the parking lot.

Property is under renovation but the rooms that are finished are very nice. Breakfast my first morning was a little sparse but was good the second morning. I’m not pleased that they charge $12 for parking on top of the price of the room. I believe one vehicle should be included with the price of a room

This location was nothing like the advertisement,1 as i walked in the lobby was under construction so was the gym, the lady at check-in was rude didnt know what she was doing took over 20 minutes to get the computers running. Was told i had to pay for parking. Why i had never paid separately for parking in a hotel where am staying. 2the rooms I was given were on the 1st floor same side where construction was being done so i got all the construction sounds, the breakfasts was ok but no juice only water and coffee. Ice machine wS also taken out for the remodeling. If you are going to remodel put that in the websites i was expecting what was advertised and what i paid for. This was a disappointing experience. Dont recomend. The price was not equivalent of what i got. Even motel 6 does not charge for parking. Parking comes with the stay.

Check in staff was polite and it went great until I’m informed, after my card was processed, that there was a $150 deposit and $10 a night parking fee! The deposit isn’t returned until you check out and then told it’s usually 3-5 days. The towels were rough and discolored. The rooms were clean but worn. The ice machine and laundry facility was out of service. The pool was a huge disappointment. No chairs, no lighting at nighttime and was not clean. The only great thing was breakfast. It was delicious and the staff kept it well stocked and cleaned. Overall, would not recommend and will not come back.

Room was dirty and underwhelming. Property Is under some type of reconstruction and based on the heavy smell, is being repainted as well. Room itself was very basic, something you would expect out of a motel. Door to the room was damaged and had exposed screw holes. Lock and door knob were misaligned with clear signs of forced entry. I’ve stayed in multiple Hampton hotels throughout the country none of which were as disappointing as this property. I spent more time unloading my car than I did in this room. My wife and I checked out less than 20 minutes after we checked in. The pictures are misleading, and far better than the actual property.

The hotel is in a huge remodeling program and this was NOT disclosed on the app. There was dust and dirt everywhere and the breakfast was very lame and insufficient for the amount of occupancy in the hotel.

There was snot in the bed we checked out immediately after. I asked for refund of second night was told no. My husband git bit by something it could have been a bed bug. I had hesitations of even booking here at the begining when i tried to cancel 1 minute after i was told no through the web site. My reservation was for 305.00 Expedia said they would only return 146.00 1 minute after booking. The young girl at the desk was no help after we told her we were checking out after only 1 night ill submit pictures of teh booger in the bed and possible bed bugs

Very disgusting floor wasn’t even complete paint all over the walls and floor hallway was under construction really bad smell room didn’t have any towels or toilet paper. Had to keep going down and grabbing my own supplies. Room was not clean. It was disgusting.

Honestly nothing was too bad The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was very nice it came with a huge couch and single chair along with a large desk and sink Walls are a bit thin I can hear when others are just simply talking which is disturbing but overall it was a great stay

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable and our room was spacious. We didn’t get to have the included breakfast, but I heard that it was good. The only problem we encountered in our room was that in the bathroom sink the cold water didn’t work, only hot water was coming out from the faucet. It didn’t report it because we only stayed for one night and forgot to report at check out.

I was in town for a memorial and the very kind desk clerk Mary helped me get an early check in so I could get dressed. The property meets or exceeds all Hampton Inn expectations and with the addition of Karen’s kitchen in the strip mall next door , the area is perfect. Great, quiet nights sleep too!

I arrived and I was greeted with dust, construction and rude staff. When I asked if there would be a discount due to all the dust and unsafe conditions in the LOBBY I was told in a rude manor “No there are no discounts “. I will NEVER stay at this location again! I travel to Palmdale every week and this is the worst experience I’ve had. The room was dirty, dust was everywhere and No signs about any inconvenience. Unacceptable for $145/night.

The first night we were there the guest above us was partying all night with blasting music and stomping ….. had children sleeping could not leave room to report or complain on top of that the phone didn’t work. When we complained in the morning the manager said if you would have complained last night I could have compensated you … next day all day music blasting and stomping in room … manager was trying to tell us what do you want me to do during the day ? Was not sympathetic at all to the situation.

This was by far the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. In addition to a super comfortable king size bed, the customer service was excellent. Usually my main focus is simply a clean room and comfortable bed, however, the customer service at check in stood out. The young woman that checked me in was professional, efficient, and really engaging. Her personality was such that she made me feel welcome and relaxed. This is critical to me as an older woman traveling along and checking in late. Thank you to the special person that checked me in the evening of my stay. 8/29/25

The property was ok. It was clean and the room did not smell bad at all. The thing I did not like is that I showed up after 1:00 am in the morning, the door was closed and the receptionist did not opend right away even do she knew it was very cold outside. After a good 10 minutes, I notice there was a phone outside wich I pick up to call. I have an pointment I said, then she ask me in a very unrush manner, your name, who do I reserve with and other unnessesary questions while we were freezing outside. Finaly she oppened the door, ask dor a credit card, and let is kow that there will be a $150 security deposit and that $15 parking fee will be deducted from it. I let her know that such a fee was not clearly specify when we purchased the reservation. When we were to our room, there were no watter bottle in it. I needes to take a pill and did not waana drink tap water. So mi wife went to the receptionist and asked for a water bottle. She say, they were $3 each. My wife told her what kind of joke was that. It has never in our life this has ever happened. She offered her a cup of water from inside. Once she brought it to me so I can take my pill, it just tasted like toilet water. This a terrible place regarding service. I do not recomended to any one.

This property is nestled in between a shopping area and the freeway. It was close to everything, with lots of restaurants in the vicinity and within walking distance. Even though it was close to the freeway, it was quiet and comfortable.

Overall the property was good. The only thing was when we got back to the hotel past 10 P.M the lights outside of the building were turned off, and we actually missed it as we could identify the signs and all. When we parked we felt a little bit aware of the surrounding ad it was lacking light.

Very happy with our stay. Room was nice and spacious. Not giving a full 5 stars though because breakfast was rather gross and the shower handle in our hotel was faulty - sliding into the HOT with no notice. Also, I hate when hotels add parking fees to make it seem like their prices are cheaper. Like, really? But otherwise, very pleased with our stay.

Excellent service! Very clean. This particular location is also amazingly convenient relative to walking distance food options. Very good breakfast. Large, comfortable room. Very hot shower with great pressure. I like big, thick, warm comforters on beds...they do not have that. Also, toilet flushes ok, but not very fast or forceful...had me worried at first.
