The Zen Hotel Palo Alto

Very good, Very good, Very good,

The menu was good, filling and plentiful. Parking felt safe however could benefit from more spaces to park.

We'll be staying here during future trips to the area: friendly staff, clean rooms, great showers.

Nice and clean BUT didn’t compare to what it once was several years ago. They’ve eliminated all the things that made it special. Gone are the spa like individual toiletries, no basket of snacks in room, no bathrobes, no fresh cookies in lobby, and what happened to the delicious breakfast they used to have? I was so disappointed because that was one of the things that set this apart from other older, run of the mill motels. It is not a hotel, rather a small drive-up motel with nothing to make you want to return. I wouldn’t complain about it, nor would I praise it.

Good upper scale motel fora night in Palo Alto. Very comfy bed, good sized room. Parking easy, at least in the afternoon when we checked in. Mostly very clean but not the cleanest place I’ve ever been. Bathroom small and dated. Location on main road and noise traveled into rooms.
