Great place with cool court yard vibe. We met people from UK to Denver-we played cards in courtyard. They are constantly cleaning/general maintenance. Highly recommend. Only drawback-no laundry facility.

A big PLUS is the underground garage. Very convenient. We enjoyed the bus stop in front of the hotel, to go to Long Beach.

I have stayed here another time. The location is safe and close to everything I needed for my short trip. The rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for privacy and space. I liked that the parking is in a garage under the hotel. There is no elevator, so you may want to unload on the hotel level before parking. Breakfast is very basic, but there are number of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby if you require something more substantial. I would stay again. Next time I’ll bring my own pillow just for my personal comfort. The hotel pillows may be fine for others.

Quick 15 min walk to the pier. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Fast check in and check out. All staff was friendly. FYI, parking is underground and can be tricky. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you everyone.

Only con is it is a motel with no elevator. So it is noisy when you stay in the ground floor. Otherwise happy about the stay. Place was clean staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was included. Great for the price.

They had construction going on a saturday and our room had spongey floors. The room otherwise was decent. We arrived at 3:15 pm and were told check in was anytime after 3. Our room was not ready and we had to wait til 3:40pm to access our room. This motel is way over priced. The only good thing was it is walking distance to Redondo Pier.

Stay was very comfortable. Take note that if you get assigned a second floor room there will be quite a few stairs to climb from the underground parking to your room. Otherwise, room was clean and was equipped with what you need to enjoy a stay. I will be coming back.

It was pretty bad, you could tell the room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and stains on the small bench. Whoever “cleaned it” just tidied up.

Hallway smelled like an ashtray. Room smelled moldy and musty. There was a huge stain on the floor. There was hair and pubic hair on the bathroom floor from the previous occupant. Pillows and towels were tiny and not enough were provided. About what you'd expect for a budget hotel off the interstate, I suppose, but options were limited in the area. Check in staff was nice and parking was convenient though.

Bfast was quite unimpressive and the room was not serviced when it was supposed to be. We slept in sand by the fourth night to a level not reasonable. It said service including sheets and towels every three days and they came in without any sweeping or sheets to put new towels in day three, but that was it. I would not stay again (my standards are low and not hard to meet...).

The people are very very kind! The room itself is fine! Our first room was dirty, had a bandaid as a remote back, sand in the beds, stain on the pillows, overall wasn’t very comforting or pleasant first thing walking into the room with our kid and baby knowing they would want to sleep on the beds or touch anything in those conditions. They moved our room and it was better. Overall the walls are thin but it gets the job done, breakfast was a lot smaller than anticipated and our kids were over it after the first day. But again, the staff were so kind.

Overall was average. There is a sticker on the mirror stating they will change out towels every three days unless request otherwise. Checked in Sunday and had to go down on Wednesday afternoon to find out why not done. Was told we had to request. Why since that would have been the third day. The hand soap was empty. I’ll call you shortly out a note on it stating so and still had to call the front desk to have them change out. The floor was dirty. Should mop between each visitor. They also turn off the water heater at night. Tried to take a shower in evening and had to call front desk. Hour later water was warm . Tried to take an early morning shower because leaving for airport and again no hot water. I’m pretty sure this is a state violation.

All was good & it was an easy walk to the beach. Continental breakfast is very basic (cereal, oatmeal packets, toast, coffee, bananas and oranges). I would rate it higher but there was a bag of trash by the outdoor trash can leaking coffee for the full duration of our stay (3 days). It’s like it was pulled out of the trash can and then left near it. Location was key at this hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean, and parking was easy. The toiletries were good quality, the shower was very nice and clean as well. The breakfast was tasty, especially the coffee. We have stayed at various hotels in the same area, and this one will be our first choice next time we are in the area.

For a stopover place, it served its purpose. Room facing the PCH street side has traffic sounds all night. Disappointed that the ice machine was out of service. Wakeup call came an hour later than I had requested. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

It’s on PCH so we got a room right above the street and the room rattled all night, so we didn’t get a very good nights rest between the shaking and hearing motorcycles racing down the street. We bring sound machines too but that doesn’t help with the building and windows shaking. The floor was also pretty dirty.

Overall the hotel was okay. The room was in need of a renovation. The laminate flooring was splintering. The toilet was too close the wall causing the tank lid to shift. The base boards were worn and needed repainting. The handle in the shower spun over 360 matching it difficult to control the temperature and turn off. The beds were comfortable.

Drains were clogged! Mentioned at the front desk but no repair. Water was 6" deep in tub after shower. Bathroom sink would gurgle when the room above used their water.

Close to the beach and everything Redondo. Hotel is clean and a solid basic place to stay short term. Wifi is weak and some noise will be heard on bottom floors. Usually or sometimes I notice weed smoker guests outside but not overly frequent.

100% recommend. We got the family room. It was very nice and fun for the children. Our second room didn't have a television, but it was still very nice. Some are of the hotel room had the "landlord special" paint over it, but it was still very nice with microwave, desk and coffee machine in the room. It was great to walk to the beach (approximately 12 minutes ), and rest, and visit the restaurants and shops on the boardwalk.

First off the hotel is the bottom on the Ramada chain... run down property with a paint job. But main issue is they came into my room without my permission!!! We had the do not disturb sign up, left for a few hours and found our room had been entered without any notice. We had valuables laying out that could have been easily stolen! But more importantly, our privacy was invaded! Spoke to Ryan the General Manager who gave me a sad excuse to enter our room, claiming they had to check a mattress tag. Gave no concern for our privacy, just keep saying he had the "right to do". Oh really!? You may have the "right" but that doesn't make it right! On top of that the room was dirty all over. No attention to detail at all! And the bathroom was all molding. Will never stay there again!

The staff was prompt and helpful when we ran out of supplies like shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. They did a great job cleaning the rooms and parking was great. It would’ve been nice to have more options for the continental breakfast though.

This is verry close to Redondo Beach Pier. Too many great choices to eat or shop all within walking distance. The underground parking makes it an easy choice for the exceptionally congested area.

This is a wonderful location within a few blocks of the Redondo Beach and the pier. There are quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and the towels are provided daily if requested. Breakfast is cereal, toast juice, coffee, etc but there is a Trader Joes nearby and a fridge and microwave on the room. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, ask for ground floor.

This is a great affordable motel to stay at. It is a 10 minute walk to Rodando pier where you can find shopping and restaurants. The motel itself has a nice patio to relax on. There is a parking deck below ground level and cold breakfast provided (cereal, fruit, oatmeal, etc). The rooms are clean but do not expect high tech TVs. Great place to stay if looking for something simple or a shorter stay.

This is an older hotel but has been updated with fresh paint. Rooms look light and airy. Underground parking was nice, not having to worry about car being parked on the street. Although breakfast is advertised there was no breakfast and no coffee, only hot water, for the 2 days we were there.

It started out fine. Checkin was good. Person at check in was friendly and agreed to assign us the same room when we return after 2 days away. The breakfast was horrible. Plain bread and dry cereal and fruit. Although there was a sign stating "Coming soon" we were there for almost a week and there was no hot water for tea, orange juice of decaf coffee. Our room was cleaned nicely after day 1 but was not cleaned the rest of the week we were there. In fact, when I call the front desk for replacement towels because ours were in a pile on the floor expecting to be replaced when the room was cleaned, I was told to bring our dirty towels to the lobby so they could "know which ones to replace." I was absolutely mortified by this request as I was undressed because I couldn\'t take a shower yet and the obvious that no patron wants to be shlepping their dirty towels down to the lobby. Lastly, the road noise is incredibly loud. I chose this hotel because it was closest to my daughter but I cannot recommend anyone to stay here even for the price. For $50 more a night you can stay at the Portofino on the water and ii is very nice.
