It was great

Clean, great staff, fabulous breakfast!

When I checked in, I asked to link my hilton honors account, and was told I could do it at anytime during my stay. I tried to pull up my account number but I had poor service, and there was a few guests behind me waiting to check in. I got the vibe that the attendant at guest services wanted me to come back later because they kept saying "you can come back later and do this", so I took the hint and went to my room. When I walked into the room, it was someone elses! stuff was all over the place the bed was a mess, so we panicked and ran out. We're not sure if housekeeping hadn't cleaned it yet, or what. I went back to guest service, and they were confused and gave me a new room, that was smaller. I was too tired from my travels to fight them on it. The next day when I went to check out, I asked if I could link my hilton honors, and was told that it was TOO LATE! UGH! so annoying, what a terrible stay. Which is unfortunate because we stayed at this location 2 years ago and it was a great experience.

This hotel is very popular. It's clean, safe, quiet, and a great place to stay. Alejandro was very nice to me when he checked me in.

I loved the breakfast taco options. All the staff was amazing with helping me with my twins today 27th Friday. 8am. I wish I could remember everyone's name
