Quality Inn San Bernardino - Loma Linda

No microwave, 3rd floor room no elevator, no breakfast.....

She was very rude and held our deposit because she said the room had a “slight” smell of smoke even though no one smokes

Nice rooms, no complaints

Might not look like much from the outside but for the pricing the rooms are well kept and comfortable

Walls dirty and bathroom door dirty vent in bathroom dirty disgusting floors dirty and the ac in the room barely worked, No refrigerator which i thought i saw was included in the room i thought i got when booking it, I could be wrong on that part. No breakfast due to "remodeling" but said online breakfast included only one ice machine for the whole hotel and it didn't even work. Lol i only left stars due to the friendly workers and staff i encountered when staying there. Sad i wasted money at that motel.
