I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience! The staff was wonderful—they even cleaned my room both days, which is a rare and welcome surprise these days. I felt completely safe and had zero issues during my stay. A huge perk is the excellent shuttle service, which covers any non-residential location within three miles. That made getting around incredibly easy. A perfect 5-star stay. Highly recommend!"

Very nice hotel. The beds were comfy with high quality bedding and the coffee in the rooms was outstanding. The complimentary airport shuttle was convenient and the front desk staff was helpful lining up a Lyft when we needed it. The pool was refreshing (no loungers though) and the hot tub was hot!! The warm chocolate chip cookies were also outstanding. We’ll be back!

Great hotel with excellent service. The gym was nice, the bed was very comfortable and we couldn’t hear noise from the streets nearby. The one big downside was the pool which was dirty and therefore unusable.

We didn't expect that they were going to charge us $34 dollars for parking. This is ridiculous even it's not described in the reservation and the funny part is that the parking lot is under the building itself. Stealing money from people. Shame.

The hotel was nice enough. The price was decent. The dining options are limited in the immediate area. There isn't much adjacent to the hotel. There is no parking in the area besides their $29/night covered lot. There are several signs in the gate and covered lot claiming they are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle. The biggest issue was that the pool and hot tub were closed for long term maintenance. This is not mentioned on Expedia or the Hilton website. The Hilton website lists it prominently as something fun to do.

Clean hotel/room. Lots of cost!! Was not informed of the 34$/day parking fee until check in. Pricey restaurant, $3 for water in your room. Wifi charges unless you become a Hilton member. Fitness center was ok, some broken equipment, nice pool area but small.

They seem to put most of their guests on the second floor - not sure why. The carpets were stained, the bathroom toilet has back grime on the inner rim. The room was in poorly maintained condition with chips, cracks, staining everywhere. Just worn.

We stayed in room 647. The air conditioning was terribly inconsistent in order to close the blinds drapes it had to slide over the air conditioning intake which would end up blocking airflow so we had to leave it pulled back about 6 in which ended up in the morning bringing in sunlight before we were ready to wake up. Housekeeping was tapping on the door very early in the morning when we had indicated that we were staying for 5 days. I told the front desk that we would like to have our house cleaning, new towels, sheets and coffee replace after 1:00 p.m. everyday. My wife and I get off at about 9:00 in the morning on vacation days and enjoy coffee and getting ready for the day. I told housekeeping three additional times that the room was ready for cleaning and no one ever did we come home to our room that had not been intended to at all. Had to call several times for towels and coffee. One time the coffee maker didn't even work. This was not a convenience for us at all after I make an effort regarding house cleaning.

The good: ample self-parking in the garage; a nicely decorated lobby; comfortable bed. The bad: everything else. Seriously though, the check-in process was horrible**, the onsite restaurant was constantly slammed by what I can only presume were attendees of whatever meetings/conferences were being held there, and the bathroom in my room was super gross. Hair on the floor, hair on the towels, dust/grime/hair accumulated around the base of the toilet, a missing body wash dispenser in the shower, soap scum (like chunks of soap from the hotel bar soap) caked on the shower toiletry holder, and green discoloration on the shower head. It was definitely disappointing. **Worst check-in ever. Literally. From the rudest reception desk person who didn’t communicate anything about the hotel features (like the parking garage and hotel elevators are separate and located nowhere near each other) to telling me I had to (drag my luggage back out to car and) self-park before I could drop my bags in my room bc there isn’t enough guest check-in parking to the overflowing lobby with meeting/conference guests, it was such an unpleasant experience.

The bed and pillows comfortable but the street noise was disturbing. The noise kept us awake and in fright of our 5:00 am wake up time. The morning check out to long because the front desk guy was also doubling as the coffee counter guy.

The hotel was nice, the cafe was great. However I was satisfied with the linens for the bedding,( a sheet, uncovered duvet, and another sheet) the pillows were feathered and flat. Also the air conditioning did not work. We had a two day stay and every time we walked into the room it was hotter than the hallways despite having the temp set to 65•. I am 8 months pregnant and could not sleep due to those two issues.

I was quoted initially that it would cost me $700 for 4 nights but there was no mention of the $27 a night parking fee which brought by bill up to over $800. Then our room faced the 55 freeway and MacArthur Blvd that was pretty busy and we could hear motorcycles, anything that could rev up loudly which would wake me or my son up during the night.

Hotel was in a great area, not a lot of noise, beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. One downside we experienced was that the water didn’t get very hot and we had to run it for a few minutes to get it to a somewhat warm temperature. Didn’t detract from our stay. Everyone was friendly and had no issues with parking. There’s an additional fee for parking but well worth it to be able to go back and forth without any issues. Highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was good however we had some issues being there is no microwave in the unit which made it annoying to have to go down to the lobby to use the one microwave in the entire hotel. The parking should have been included in the price as well. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and we liked the waters and cookies given at check-in.

Great place. Lobby area is beautiful and the room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Only negative would be the bathroom was not great and the sliding doors did not close properly. Also, parking is a bit steep for the area. Originally saw price as $25 on Expedia and it seemed to increase by the time we traveled to $34.

First time staying at this hotel, and overall I really liked it. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and nicely styled. The staff was polite and very helpful, which made the stay even better. It sounded like vacuuming or cleaning was happening around midnight in the room next door, and there were some other noticeable noises as well. It was very busy during check-in and there was only one front desk agent to check-in, answer phones, etc. I felt bad for the guy but he was doing his best. The phones were ringing off the hook, and there was a line at least 10 deep to check-in.

The most outstanding thing about this property was how genuinely kind and friendly every staff member was. There were some big events during the week and staff made sure these didn't interrupt or bother other hotel guests.

Shampoo in the room was out. Staff were very helpful and courteous however, severely understaff. The registration desk staff was also in charge of the cafe while the phone was ringing on and on. Although, she did her best - it was simply impossible for her to be at 3 locations at the same time

I really enjoyed this hotel. I like that you have all day service and someone texts you if you need anything that was great. The staff were all pretty nice except a few that were rude but the b artists at the cafe was incredibly nice and made the best chai latte i’ve ever had she was also very sweet. I will definitely stay at this hotel again it was great. Especially the free shuttle to the airport saved me so much money. I could say though rooms are very noisy because they are conjoined the men next store to us would come late at night and talk super loud at 11:00pm when we were sleeping. But the staff was great i did here them go to the room and ask to keep it down when i noticed them.

I opted for the digital key but stopped by the desk to ask about parking and the staff kept saying “ID, ID please.” When all I asked was for parking info. Wouldn’t speak to me without my ID. I gave them my ID then they changed their demeanor after seeing my status I assume. Another encounter with staff was when I came to the cafe during business hours and the staff (different person) yelled from across the room saying it’s closed and she didn’t know when it will open. Horrible and rude customer service for the hospitality business.

Front desk kid lied to me. I had a pet and needed parking asked if could help me with fees said no. Went up to the room they gave me key didn't work and another guy walking down hall asked what I was doing at his room. Luckily he was dog friendly. It was his room, my key didn't work. Went back downstairs and asked if due to giving key to wrong room could help out with fees said could waive parking. Needless to say, I was charged even more than they said for the pet and parking. Otherwise, it was fine.

Good location: Near highway exits, close enough to the beach and nearby mall. Hotel is clean, front desk is friendly and courteous. Breakfast: very good Only minor thing: guests elevator is in the back, you must walk through the hallway where the event is on going in the lobby/hallway.

Got the place based on reviews, and they were all true , hotel was nice and clean, area was pretty safe and quiet, even though there were couple of celebrations and parking wasn’t issue , hotel took care of it by getting more spaciest across the street . Nice place to go and remember to ask for cookies from the front desk.

We loved the location. There are a lot of good restaurants and retail locations. The rooms were nice and comfortable and parking was secured. My only complaint is the smell of urine around the perimeter of the hotel front. The property is well-kept, but I noticed a couple of stragglers in the area.

The menu selections for dinner should be expanded. The fried calamari was tough. The sparkling water at the snack/coffee shop costs over $20.00—wow! There were only two luggage carts. I had to wait in the lobby for over 15 minutes for a cart but never got one. I found out later that one of our conference attendees had grabbed a cart at 6:30 a.m., but she didn't use it until 8:15 a.m. and kept it parked in her room! Some nerve. You really need at least three other carts. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The two-queen bed accessible room was a nice size. I never left the hotel for dining or shopping as I was concerned about losing my place in the disabled parking area near the front door.
