It needs a coffee shop and a bar. The part time "restaurant " didn\'t have 3 out of the 4 items we ordered. The front and back of the house are outstanding. Big kudos to Sara . My wife and I had a very wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this property, just plan your food and drink elsewhere. D

This is a very nice hotel and pretty affordable for the area. Staff was nice and helpful. The only negative is they are redoing their roof at the moment so it’s a little noisy during the day but it wasn’t that much of a problem. Napping would be a little complicated until they complete the project.

This place is ran down bad!! Dirty carpet, bugs inside and outside of the building. The ice machines don’t work. Staff not accommodating if you have a problem! False description of how the place looks inside and out! I could go on and on! If you like your living space to be decent, clean and livable I would advise you not to stay here!!! And that’s nothing but the truth!!!

After a day at Magic Mountain, the close proximity was great. The property is a bit older. Whe had cracks in the wall, stains in the ceiling, holes in the window shades, and freeway noises, but it was a nice room over all. The worst for us, was the very strong smell of Pot permeating from the bathroom.

Great position for Six Flags - easily walkable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge, with 2 large and very comfortable beds and bedding. The hotel itself was just a little dated and lacked atmosphere. There is nothing else in the area either.

It's decent enough for a 1991 hotel. It feels 1991 but it is clean. The desk staff was basic without being overly helpful. The maid staff was very kind and accommodating. Safe area but no view of Six Flags because of other businesses blocking the scene. Don't expect a view unless it's a window looking at the courtyard pool. Which btw looked nice.

Overall not great I had to change rooms three times as there were issues with the prior rooms so that was very inconvenient. Once I got in the third room it was fine but the moving and because things were broken was a real inconvenience.

We had a leaking a/c unit in our room, condensation was dripping all over the carpet leaving it soaking wet. So for the night we put the ice bucket container under it to catch the water. I notified the front office in the morning. Told them we were leaving so they could come fix it. Their solution was to put a loud carpet drying fan in our room and turn the a/c up to 77. Issue was not fixed at all.

This was a very comfortable hotel! The beds were nice, rooms were cold, pillows felt fluffy all night. There was a large wildfire nearby so lots of CalFire personnel stayed here, we didn’t hear anything even though at least 10-15 fire trucks and personnel left before we even woke up. Parking was also plentiful despite all these vehicles. We stayed here for a visit to Six Flags and really enjoyed the 15-min walk to the park while everyone else was stuck in the car line until the park opened. The breakfast could have been a bit cheaper for what it is, but I got a custom-cooked omelet which was tasty. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

It’s a three star hotel and we knew it. This is our second time staying there and didn’t have issues before but this time, it wasn’t a good check in. We had a late arrival and after driving five hours, with our 1 year old, we received a room with the HVAC system not working properly, the thermostat ripped off the wall and the bath tub had a massive leak (not a drip, pretty much running). When we called the front desk, the responses was “make sure to turn the shower handle off all the way” 😐 and kept telling us to adjust the heat with the thermostat on the wall, even after explaining the obvious with no thermostat and already tried to turn off the water. Clearly We had to switch rooms, but it was clear across the building down the hallway. Barely a sorry and nothing was offered for the huge inconvenience. The room was on the highway side, so all we heard from freeway traffic during our stay. Otherwise the hotel is fine. The new room was exactly what we expected from the last time we stayed there. Honestly, expected to have better, smoother response when we had a major issue with the room.

Check went poorly when they gave me an attitide about giving me the King Bed I had reserved. They said they gave out all the ling bed rooms…. So whats the point of RESERVING one thats available? They grunted and gave it to me. Check in was LONG. I called later to report some Items I had left there…. My mistake. But they had no recollection of having found my NEW clothing items that had tags and were in bags. Made me feel like a liar about leaving them there. I had a witness. Either the help steals or theres no communication. Still waiting for a manager to call back a week later

Our experience at this hotel was not good for several reasons. Beginning with the check-in we were charged a $150 deposit despite prepaying for the room ahead of our arrival. We were then assigned to a room where the television was not working. I called the front desk, and the call was disconnected, I called back and was told an engineer would come to room to check out the issue. After a half hour I walked a quarter mile to the front desk and was told an engineer will come to room within 10 min – after waiting another half hour I drove back to the front desk and was assigned to another room where the thermostat was not working – again was told an engineer will come to room and we were happy when he arrived within 5 min. and then we find that the mini fridge was not working but decided to just live with it. However, this caused a delay in unpacking our things and moving our stuff to another room and missing an event. Also, during our pre check in we requested a wheelchair accessible room and was assigned to the back of the property where there was no handicapped parking or wheelchair accessibility to the entry and our room entry key only worked for bldg. 3 when or room was closer to bldg. 4 entry way. The following morning, we found that a complimentary breakfast is not offered at this facility and the cost for a breakfast is $20.99 per person. Finally, upon check-out we were not provided a receipt for our stay because we booked via Expedia.

Very nice experience checking in. Room was cozy upon entering. Beds were nice. Room was clean. Exceptional service by Alex and William who both helped me locate forgotten medicine, provided me correct link to make UPS label, and followed through on promptly packing and shipping the medicine. This saved me a whole day of driving and time to come back and get it. Love this kind of service, thank you!

Staff was some of the most unfriendly iv ever been around. Especially the night crew. I ask for towels for our 3 night stay because we only have 2 and they roll their eyes and ask like it’s a chore. Toilet didn’t flush, ac was loud and not central. Old room. Terrible.

We were all prepared for a nice holiday weekend and a trip to 6 flags. I picked this hotel due to its proximity to 6 flags for the shuttle and to avoid 6 flags parking fees. The front desk asked me to park by entrance 5 because it was closest to my room and informed me that the shuttle doesnt run any more. Well, MY CAR WAS STOLEN!! It wasnt even a fancy car. I asked for video surveillance and was told they had none in that area. Oh, and entrance 6 was closer to my room. Was the front desk in on it?? Ruined a vacation for my family. Our first in 3 years. Police said theyve had a lot of thefts in that parking lot. Checked out early and went back home.

The room was really nice and clean, very spacious The shower was very good, with good water pressure The coffee machine and pods supplied with the room, were delicious The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the freshly made pancakes and omelette along with other buffet items including cereals, pastries, bagels and yogurt. Checkout time of 12pm was convenient
