Beautiful hotel, nice pool but no jacuzzi. The room was very nice but the bed was extremely hard and I did not sleep well. Breakfast was horrible I was so disappointed. Everything was cold and over cooked but tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. I usually do waffles since you can make them fresh and they show waffles in their ad but they had cold, dry hard French toast sticks and no syrup.

The staff is great there. The charging station is bad, 2/3 are out of work. Even the staff restarted the circuit breaker, the station stopped working after 1 minute. The air conditioner is old and pretty noisy.

The rooms are always neat and clean, really enjoy the suites. Convenient to Six Flags. Downside is renovations cause lack of parking in front. Having an EV, people were parking in the EV spots, not allowing us to charge.

Our stay was good. We choose this hotel because we are a Hilton member but mostly become it was really close to Six Flag Magic Mountain. I think it was 8 mins away. We enjoyed the room. We got the 2 queen bed suite. We loved the living room area. My faamily falls aslep at different times and husband likes to sleep in and I dont, on vacation, so I got to actually turn on a light to read without waking him up. The kitchen was an added bonus. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot in the shower. The pool was heated but it felt luke warm to me. I couldnt swim but some people in my party did for a little bit. The front staff was super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was also friendly. Simple requests were answered fast. The breakfast was good. We like the pancake and waffle makers. Fresh pancakes and waffles every morning. The juice was watered-down so that wasnt great. Good coffee, simple & easy.

Room tv doesnt work. Advertise ev charging but allow non ev's to park in charge spots. All spots occupied by non ev's. Rude staff. Only response to issues was oh well cant so anything. Spots should be open tomorrow and we can put a note on to have the tv looked at some time tomorrow. Well im gone in the morning. Thanks for nothing!

The hotel seemed newer, unfortunately the lighting in the rooms is really dim. Especially the bathroom. And the only mirrors are in the bathroom making it hard for multiple people to get ready in the morning. The breakfast was good and had lots of seating for large families. The pool was definitely not heated and freezing cold and dirty. Unfortunately no Hottub either.

EV chargers on site! Staff were very friendly and responsive. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast service was good and the food was okay. The location is good and easy to access. We booked a room with a hide-a-bed and asked staff to makeup the bed prior to our arrival. They refused, which surprised me. The heater within the room was mostly non-operational, despite staff saying they repaired. No recycle waste bins available.

I was given a ADA room and was told there were no other rooms available to give me, 1 of the AC units wasn’t functioning properly. I used the grill outside, it was extremely dirty and the knobs were not all working.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly. I was a little disappointed one of the bath towels had a hole and the cover / blanket on the bed was actually a bed skirt - that was weird. Sunday breakfast was definitely better than Saturday. But overall great place.

Beautiful property that is relaxing from the moment you walk in. Staff was excellent with perfect combination of friendliness and professionalism. Dining area overlooks the pool with rolling mountains (and amusement park) in the background. Felt very relaxing to sit in lobby/dining area. My only complaint would be that our bathtub had 3 hairs along the wall and tub area from the previous guest. While everything else seemed very clean, the tub apparently had not been cleaned well.

This place seemed amazing but of the Wednesday-Sunday stay WE NEVER HAD OUR TOOM CLEANED, asked front desk 2x and still nothing. Issue by the pool with an unsupervised child hitting people and that was barely addressed of at all!!

Sparkling clean! Everything was so neat, modern, and meticulous. The bed was extremely comfy and bed sheets were fresh as you can smell the cleanliness, and room is spacious and well decorated/upgraded. Hot breakfast is awesome and plenty, staff is super friendly, lobby is modern and clean. Overall a quiet, bright, safe, and spacious hotel. Highly recommend staying here! I’ll be back for sure.

After a looong driving day, we stopped for the night. Hotel seemed clean. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was LOUD! In the morning got in the shower NO body wash. NO shampoo!!

This was a weird place. Second time I stayed here - was here for business in January and everything was fine, if kind of drab. This time it was strange. I was there 10 days my room got cleaned once. No new sheets, no nothing. I called down cause I need towels and they were very accommodating. Everyone was putting trash in the hallway because it clearly wasn't being collected. On the day my room did get cleaned, the chamber person put dish soap in the dish washing machine and it spewed suds everywhere. I think the place is understaffed and the staff they have are undertrained. Workers were all nice, polite, friendly. But it’s like no one exactly knows what’s going on. When there was breakfast or any kind of food service (only Wed) suddenly a bunch of people showed up who were not staying in the hotel. Like I said - weird. I needed a place with a kitchen and it had that (though I had only one fork). But I would not stay again and would not recommend.

The hotel was nice, new and very spacious. Our room was comfortable and for the most part, clean. I spilled some water on the tile and when I wiped it up with a paper towel, it came back very gross. I promptly put on some sandals. Don't go barefoot in the room. Appreciate the prompt help & cheerful service from Joshua at the front desk. We checked in very late and he was helpful and got us to our room quickly.

We really liked the location of the hotel and our room was great, but the smell was awful. When we checked into our room there was a heavy air freshener smell that gave me a headache. By the next morning the air freshener smell was mostly gone, but was replaced by what smelled like pet urine, particularly on the sofa. It was so bad that none of us would sit on the sofa. Since it is a pet-friendly hotel, I assume pets had previously stayed in the room. If not for the awful smell, we would have loved the stay.

Good location for our visit to Six flags Magic mountain, plenty of free parking. Room spacious although sofa bed mattress very thin and not suitable for sleeping on, teenage son managed just sleeping on the sofa cushions but not ideal. Room smelt strongly of weed, reception offered to spray some air freshener when we mentioned. Breakfast was nice and varied although best to get there early as some items ran out and weren’t replaced.

A 10/10 Hotel... If You Don't Plan on Sleeping Let me be clear: this place is almost perfect. The staff? 10/10. The cleanliness? 10/10. The location? 10/10. The experience of lying horizontal for eight hours? A solid -3/10. It's like the hotel spent its entire budget on everything except the items designed for sleep. The pillows on the main bed had the structural integrity of a damp cotton ball. My head just sank through them until I was basically smelling the mattress. But the real star of this comedy of errors was the "sofa bed." This thing wasn't a bed; it was a medieval torture rack. My teenager, who can normally sleep through anything, was treated to a complimentary acupuncture session from the springs, which were clearly staging a jailbreak through the thin mattress. When we dared to ask for a rollaway bed (a crazy request from a family at a family-friendly hotel, I know), we were told there were none. So, I spent my vacation sleeping on the couch for two nights. You guys shouldn't advertise as "family-friendly." You should advertise as "family-endurance-challenge." We'll be back for the amazing service, but we're bringing an air mattress.

Pros: HUGE rooms.The 2Queen suite was very lovely. Convenient location. Clean property. Friendly employees. Most of the breakfast is good. Lots of options, which was great in case you get served rubber and cardboard (see cons below). Bathroom in our room had an actual fan. Amazing. And a curved shower curtain rod to give extra elbow space in shower. Separate toilet/shower room and vanity/sink area. Fully stocked kitchen with full sized fridge. Actual thermostat is amazing. A/C is cold and mostly quiet. Overall beautiful property. Even has a laundry. Cons: Lacking TP in lobby restroom on multiple days. Some breakfast options are actually inedible. The hash browns were rubber. The French toast was cardboard. And it ends earlier than any other hotel breakfast at 9am. Hugely inconvenient. The separate bathroom vanity has no door to block light from sleeping people. The couch is tiny and the sofa sleeper is the most embarrasingly uncomfortable and noisy piece of crap I've ever sat on. The road noise is actually pretty noisy but not intolerable. Was only given three towels for a reservation for 4 people. Had to go down for more. Not horrible just a hassle. Overall, we will be back. It's our new fave Six Flags hotel. I'll just bring an airbed instead of using the pullout.

We stayed 2 nights. Conditioner and body wash bottles in shower were never filled up at check in. When asked for some we were told to go to the front desk. The pull out couch has. Mattress that is purely springs and cannot be slept on. I asked the front desk for someone to clean the room. No one did. No one cares here.

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff! Open bright areas. Very clean. Obviously a very new hotel. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with a very nice kitchen area. The complimentary breakfast was better than most other hotels offering a similar service. Completely happy with my stay!

The hotel itself, staff, offerings, etc. were very average (which isn’t a bad thing - just unremarkable). It was a poor check in experience that tarnished our stay. We were only staying one night for a special event nearby. We arrived at 3 PM which was the post to check in time. We were told that the room was not ready to come back in 30 to 40 minutes. So we did, and the room was still not ready. After another short wait, they gave us the key to the room. We went to the room, and it had not been cleaned. We returned to the lobby, only to find out it would be another 20–30 minutes. The associate at the front desk (Riley?) was very nice to us and apologetic, and offered us beverages and snacks. However, by the time we got to the room, we were not able to do any of the plans we were hoping to do before our event that night. We had to quickly get ready and head off to our event.

Excellent hotel by Hilton as always which includes condition of room, breakfast offering in lobby, parking availability around the complex and front office staff. Had to shorten the stay and the onsite manager, Jeremy Tratner, worked with my original reservation to our benefit! Have stayed in various hotels in the area for years and this is the best!

Property is always clean and well-kept. For some reason breakfast wasn’t up to par this time. Really disappointed because usually they have great breakfast. Hopefully they improve their menu asap. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant.

The only problem was the morning breakfast had run out of few items when we went down an hour before closure. There was no oatmeal, hash browns, or French toast and they did not get replenished during the 35 mins we were in the dining area. Bacon would have been a welcomed option. 😉

Always like the quiet and calm atmosphere when me and my family stay here. Rooms are clean and well-kept. Unfortunately the breakfast has definitely been on a decline in recent trips. The selection of food has dwindled and the quality has also taken a hit.

Been staying at one of their competitors for over 10 years as I travel more than most but they upset me, so I found this Hilton nearby and they truly are the “Epitome” of customer service, and a awesome stay. Staff is just great, friendly and you can tell they enjoy their work. No sour faces here as you see in most places you visit or stay. Truly an excellent choice and I’m now sold on this Hilton. Oh, the biscuits and gravy are just AWESOME!!
