Pros: Hotel is VERY convenient, right across the street from the mall and several restaurants! Staff is amazing and very helpful, and the food is GREAT!! Pool is open until 10pm which was very nice.. kids loved swimming after a full day at Magic Mountain. Cons: The hot tub was broken, no valet, and parking across the street in the parking garage was kind of a pain. Definitely will be back!! 😁

Reserved a balcony room. First room that was offered had a horrible view from the balcony; almost no view and the curtains had dust bunnies, over the balcony on the roof there were many cigarette butts (this is a non smoking hotel). Accommodation was made by being moved to a better room with an actual view from the balcony. Also, you have to pay $17 a night for parking unless you try to find free parking around the property which isn’t easy.

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times and have found the service and facility to be very accommodating. They do have a charging station but the plugs do not seem to work. If you have a electric car I would not depend on being able to charge at the hotel as it is first come first serve and they have not worked the last couple of times

Hyatt is in an excellent location. I was hosting guests from Australia and I put them at the Hyatt in Valencia bc of location. The one part that was disappointing was the lack of cleanliness at the facility. The pool bathrooms were beyond filthy, someone used the toilet didn’t flush and was not and the floors and sink were stained! The pool had lots of dry tree dirt floating on the top. The elevator area rugs were dirty and not been vacuumed in days. I visited my guests the whole time they were here and wished the people At the desk we’re cautious of their surroundings! The one good things about the pool is the towel service. They should dust and clean the pool facilities daily—-it’s the Hyatt Hotel—- standards are a lot higher than others in the area.

I had booked this property to treat my back issue and use the spa. On all 3 days of the trip the spa was freezing cold, there was no sign that it wasn't working. I feel a partial credit should be provided as I paid 200 a night considering the value of the spa. Without knowing it didn't work, I would have picked a different hotel as my back needed it for a medical condition.

I wrote everything by the photosbi took, when i mentioned it to the girl downstairs , also i had a rather large water bug or roach dead in the bathroom this morning that i almost stepped on!! We were supposed to stay another night so i figured they would just move my room maybe upgrade or comp for the horrible room and the girl said she could offer us a free breakfast. I smiled and declined thinking of the dead roach it just seemed really beneath the standards of the hyatt that i have come to love over the years...what has happened to this location? After i speak to manager in an hour or so most

By far the most disgusting experience ever. The first room had pee all over the floor in the bathroom. Then they changed me to a room where the cover on top of the mattress under the sheets was dirty with hair, public hair, and other stuff. Never will I stay here again.

We were very pleased with our quick one-night stay at the Valencia Hyatt. The room was very clean, quiet and super comfortable. The bed was amazing and the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Parking was reasonable and just a short walk across the street. Lots of options for food close even for walking.

Rooms lacked cleanliness, especially the windows. We found some small plastic debris that got left behind, assuming when the floor was being vacuumed. The food in the dinning room could use major improvements. We found the food to be a bit greasy and not a lot to select from. We remember when eating at the Hyatt was a big deal. It’s sad to see the quality go down.

Our room was dirty. Smudge marks on the doors, stains and spills on the walls. Lots of dirt on the window and railing. Feels like they put us in a forgotten room. Not very well maintained. It was quiet though. We slept good.

I've stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks in a row for business commute, and the front desk staff is welcoming & tries its best. The two gentlemen who work at the front door are also v polite & super helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms (and I've been in a variety on all floors) are consistently dirty -- sometimes, really dirty (read: gross).

This was OK comparing to all other Hyatt properties we’ve stayed in. Room was not big. But clean and had a complimentary bottle of water so I gave 4. However shower had a terrible flow and the room coffee was just horrible. Those things need improvement

The ice maker was always empty making is ho to other floors. Sometimes 2 floors would be out! The room was spacious the bed very comfortable the shower excellent walk-in, no tub. The products were good and the coffee maker was great. Wish there had been a microwave. We always have leftovers and like to eat them later at night. Didn’t like parking across the street, no valet nor door man bellman we had to schlep our luggage upstairs, surprised me when others hotels that were cheaper offer all those amenities for the price we could’ve at least expected valet

The good: room size, shower, bathroom The bad: the bed was stiff as boards, pillows were smaller than standard and stiff Had to call for support to connect with Chromecast to watch streaming service services. Paid extra for a Terrace. Picture below no view 8 foot tall side walls Room for one chair no possibility of going out there in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee with my wife Coffee station located in the closet Look around the room try and find an outlet close to a table so you can brew coffee in the morning(nonexistent) After we got home, I called because my AirPods were missing and I thought I’d left them in the room. Finally got through after being hung up three or four times and transfers that dropped to dead calls. For a romantic getaway for me and my wife, it was a letdown, but we made the most of it

Room was clean, comfy bed, nice view. Unfortunately, the appliances were trash and not what we expected from a Hyatt. The coffee maker was broken. The mini frig had a strip of masking tape across the front with “Out of Order” written on it with a magic marker. Next to it was a replacement mini-frig sitting on the carpet. Not a good idea due to potential water damage on carpet. Compressor was loud. The blow dryer filter was clogged with lint and on its last leg.

The Hotel is very clean and modern styled, you get what you pay for. The only thing is we were located on the third floor and there was no WiFi connection for some reason. When I called the front desk for help I was told that they will contact the service and see what is going on. Have not heard from them since, had no WiFi in our room therefore couldn’t enjoy the stay as much due to limited access to the TV because of the WiFi issue. Besides the above concern the staff is very pleasant, the facility is very clean.

Great property but suffers from aging equipment and furniture. TV guide seems completely out of sync with the shows on display. AC couldnt seem to handle 71 degrees when it was a 101 outside. Staff was really nice and professional. Easy checkin and checkout. Room was spacious. Beds were great! Toddler slept like a rock on her own bed when she often wakes up a bunch at home.

Staff was amazing! Everyone I interacted with was so nice. When I first arrived there was a gentleman being rude for no reason and the manager handled him so amazingly and the other staff members stepped in to help other guests while that was being handled to make sure everyone was being taken care of and not needing to be around this gentleman. So impressed by that.

The staff could be more friendly and helpful. It seems that they are more interested in helping the "regular" business conference guests. I had to wait for a long time for the front desk employee to stop flirting with a guest who was just standing to the side talking and flirting with her. Also, we sat at the bar around 4pm and no employee was kind enough to say they don't open until 5pm. They just looked at us and went about their business. The property and area is great but the service lacks.

First off the staff always welcoming friendly willing to help and assist. Really need to highlight this trip the restaurant servers incredibly kinda ladies. Always so happy to see them year after year. Pool is amazing.. rooms are clean.. beds are comfortable. Beautiful mall right across the street plenty of shopping and dining options.

Rooms were clean, but very small. Front desk staff were unfriendly, seemed annoyed when I went up to ask questions, which I only did twice, two separate times, so had the same experience with two different front desk staff members and decided not to go back to ask for help and just figured things out on my own. Great location though, close to shops and restaurants. I would not return to this hotel.

regular coffee in a cheep canister $5 plus almost a dollar tax in the morning is like a slap in the face. Very expensive parking, and people that work at the hotel saying the hotel just doesn't care. I'm finding a new place to stay.

Enjoyed the hotel room it was great! Breakfast needs a bit of work. My daughters eggs benedict she said were delicious: her hot chocolate was a swiss miss type that hadn't been stirred properly bits of poweder still visible. My coffee was weak, my american breakfast arrived luke warm. The service was very good but next time I would hunt around for a place nearby.
