One of two elevators was broken all week. Sign by pool announcing that anyone with “active diarrhea” shouldn’t go in the pool and that if you’ve had it in the last two weeks not to go in as well. Maid service only every other day,

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Only downside is the amount of bugs (spiders, bees, wasp). Not sure if the hotel is trying to be eco friendly, but it was difficult to swim with bees and wasps constantly in the water or flying around the pool.

We had the best stay! We had breakfast included and it was a great breakfast. Just wished they had complementary coffee in the morning but there was a coffee maker in the room. Nice pool and free shuttle to 6 flags was great!

The gym sucks, the rooms were clean but the patios are disgusting. The AC looks like it has never been cleaned. There was cake frosting all over the patio from previous guest. Cigarette butts every where.

Horribly dirty. My first room smelt like piss, same as the hallways. The second room I got smelt fine, but the shower smelt like sewer water when it was in use. The shower head was also very dirty. When I went to go to bed, I discovered a huge yellow stai along the left side of the bed and a orange stain in the shape of a line right next to jt. I ended up sleeping in my car. Shower left me smelling disgusting. I’m very disappointed in my stay. This used to be my go to hotel for scv, a lots changed. Outside of room issues, there was Ashe on the floor near the bar. Not sure how it got there but it was very annoying to step in. I’m not sure why this all offers to let you pay for parking. Parking is free unless your vehicle takes up more than one space. You’d think there would be something to warn guests or just not sell that st all. It’s a scam and I’m sure that due to this, a lot of people have payed the parking fee for no reason . I won’t be returning to courtyard Marriott, very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness going on here.

Our visit was prompted by a family emergency. Given the circumstances and the long drive, we really appreciated Cameron’s friendly demeanor and efficiency at check in. The same can be said of the staff at the Bistro. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were no slow drains, which is a pet peeve of mine. There were plenty of outlets; every light fixture and couch had at least one. The stay was the least of our concerns during this stressful trip.

Great stay! Easy and quick check in. Accomodating and friendly staff. Felt safe although we only stayed one night. Parking was easy and well lit. Facility was very clean and up to date. Spacious room. A/C worked great, room was dark, beds and pillows were comfy. We didn't participate in the breakfast. Overall stay was excellent and would definitely stay here again. Very close to Magic Mountain.

I give it 4 stars. The staff was A1! Super clean and the rooms spacious. If you want a good solid nights rest, Walls are super thin!! so thin I could here the guy next door snoring among other noises prior to them going to sleep. Our door also had a gap on the side and bottom that let in a lot of light. Still great hotel but the thin walls are a hard no for me. The staff, pool area and cleanliness saves the hotel. Again do not stay here if noise from your neighbors it’s a big deal.

Great facility, but noisy noisy noisy. HVAC was so loud it woke us up every time it turned on, mini fridge rattled constantly, could hear the elevator ding every time it was used, could hear the neighboring room, could hear everyone in the hallway.

Stayed here before and I really like how convenient it is on our travel to LA or san Diego. Only complaint is I will never accept a room by any doors leading outside or elevator. Too noisy at night people coming in and out.

Overall it was decent. The worst thing was the air conditioner in the room is really loud and goes on and off all night long. Very hard to sleep through. We were 3 couples staying in three separate rooms and all of us had a hard time sleeping with the AC noise.

The hotel was nice and clean, but I was a little disappointed in the small size of the room. I was also surprised that while laying on the bed I was only able to see half of the television screen, not the best room layout I’ve seen.

Everything was pretty clean and service was overall good, the only complaint its the lack of cell signal and wifi definitely needs improvement couldnt even get an email sent without steppin outside hotel.

Second stay here .. Brittany and Gaby were very accommodating allowed me to check in early for my early meeting. Fresh cookies and fruit water were awaiting in the lobby. Roberta made sure my room was clean. I will always stay at this location when I visit Santa Clarita

The exit from the highway was close do to construction. It was very hard to find a different rout to get to hotel. We were arriving late at night and the front desk person that we spoke to ask for alternative rout wasn’t very good at directing us. He also wasn’t answering the door when we got there. We had to call him again for him to come to front desk to open door for us. The one positive thing was Marsha next morning. Very friendly and helpful.

The hotel experience was excellent! Great hotel amenities and hospitality. Our reservation had breakfast included. I waited 45 minutes to order my meal and waited another 30 minutes to have my order served! Think twice about purchasing breakfast. They only had two hard working ladies behind the counter. Obviously they needed more help when the line is from the bar counter all the way back to the reservations main desk.

Convenient place to stay when visiting Six Flags Magic Mountain. A trolley stopped outside the hotel and dropped us off at the Sic Flags gate just before it opened for the day. Getting a ride back was easy too as the trolley runs throughout the midday and into the evening until close of Six Flags.

There was a fire alarm during the evening. It turned out to be nothing, just a false alarm in one of the rooms, but there was no explanation nor was there communication telling the guests that all is fine so guests can go back to their rooms. Had to go and ask the reception then was informed. Communication could be better. Also, the Bistro is not a "full" restaurant. There were limited options for breakfast or dinner. Ok for most people, but probably not good if you have a picky eater.

Beautiful room interior design and helpful that there was a restaurant inside. It would be helpful if a menu was able to be seen online on the website please. If it’s there, it’s impossible to find. Please add a side salad to order a la carte for diners with dietary restrictions in the evening. The only green salad is a Caesar with cheese and croutons. The meatball appetizer worked, but there was no side salad allowed to be ordered because it was not in the computer or on the menu your staff person said.

Its clean and staff are nice. The parking lot is large but you pay a seperate fee for parking. Beds are comfortable and the location is close to the freeway and six flags. My only complaint is that they advertise having breakfast but its just a starbucks inside the hotel. Theres limited options and its expensive. I was expecting something comparable to other hotels but its not. We ended up going a few miles down the road to a restaurant.
