Checkin was fast, staff friendly and welcoming. Spacious room with living room that has sofa bed, small kitchen counter, refrigerator and microwave. Clean overall except the carpet, tgat could use a good steam cleaning. Breakfast was good, but items were limited. They have made to order omelet which was the highlight of the meal. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and kind. Quiet surroundings. Family oriented. In-site parking is $15, but you can park outside the street for free. Very close to six flags, some restaurants around. 40 min. drive to the city. Overall, the stay was pleasant and of good value. Will plan to stay in the future.

The metal rail near hot tub is corroded and dangerous.The second elevator has been out of service for over a year. Not breakfast meat due to some memo that was sent to buyers for breakfast in your organization. The handicap chairs need repair and have been that way for over one year

The complimentary water in the lobby is great! One day it was watermelon, the next was even better cucumber & lemon. Breakfast was fantastic. Omelettes were perfect. Hot tub & pool are great. Bed was comfortable & pillows were ok. Gym has all you need & enough space. Comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

The first room they gave us was unacceptable. There was a constant loud and irritating noise that wouldn’t stop. The front desk said that we would have to wait 40 minutes for maintenance. They refused to move us because they were “sold out”. After speaking again with the front desk, he finally offered to move us and waive the parking fee. The hotel was loud with families running around and playing loudly in the pool. The elevator nearest our room was out of service. The rooms were spacious, but could use new furniture and refrigerators. There were no blankets for the sofa bed. Breakfast was good. Your typical Embassy Suites omelette station and buffet. The location of the hotel was good too. Would stay elsewhere.

The property was old and dirty looking. We had to switch rooms because the first room was not clean. In the second room, the vent from the ac fan was very loud and shook the floor. The pool water looked murky and dirty. The hot tub was old and rundown. I do not recommend. The staff was very nice though.

suite was excellent, pool area and hot tub were good. chairs in dining area were worn and tacky looking. custom omelette bar was terrific. Buffet area eggs were never hot and potatoes cold usually. fruit was good, coffee was always hot and good. juices and soft drinks were available. overall really enjoyed our stay and location was perfect for us.

Furniture in room is very worn and tired. Halls and doors are in need of painting because of wear and tear scuffs. Twice there was dog feces in the hall that got stepped on. Clean up of trash around the facility was over looked. Breakfast is very good!

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. Yes, hotel is pet friendly. That being said.. Dog hair all over couch and dog hair in corners that were not cleaned enough. My son and I are allergic to most animals, we needed extra allergy medicine and inhaler. We'll stay again for free breakfast and location, but we'll cover couches with sheets.

The staff was helpful and polite. I appreciate that dogs are allowed. However the Hotel was outdated and not very clean. The pool and spa looks as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The support rail was wobbly and not secure. Some parts of the gate surrounding the pool are corroded from what looks like water damage. The sleeper couch in our JR suit was covered in old stains. Also the light fixture shades were dirty and stained. Because of the lack of cleanliness I would not go back to this hotel unless it underwent some remodeling and deep cleaning.

Hotel is quite run down and desperate for a refresh. The carpet in the room had numerous stains, there were several strands of black curly hair on the wall of the shower, curtains had brown goo of some sort on them, sheets had yellow stains, the walls throughout were badly stained and scratched, I could go on an on. The breakfast as well as the food from the restaurant on-site are just ok. I do have to say that the staff were great (especially the bartender), and we did appreciate the complementary 2 drinks per person. It’s too bad things aren’t updated or thoroughly cleaned (some paint, deep cleaning and a good carpet cleaning would go a long way), because the room was very spacious and convenient to get to six flags.

People yelling in the night, kids running, my daughter thought there was a fire! Near the stairs also didn’t help. The stationary chair was filthy, it was so gross! Front desk assistant manager completely lacked customer service. This was the worse embassy we've ever stayed at... not normal for an embassy!

Rooms were dirty and poorly maintained -stains on carpet and linens, couch upholstery torn, lampshades stained, something sticky on the base of the lamp - only one light in the bathroom so one has no light in the shower, no fan in the bathroom. Just overall very shabby. We had to be moved from our initial room as it was so disgusting, and the second room was only minimally less gross.

The hotel room was tough. The carpets were stained, the couch had dirty spots all over, there was dried ketchup sprayed on the walls, the decorative curtains were torn. The beds are small, plenty of room to put queen beds in the rooms, not sure why there are double beds. Very small for 2 people. I let the front office know about the room and showed pictures.

Our room faced the highway and the windows kept that noise out BUT every step taken in the room above us could be heard! Breakfast the first day was great but on the second morning, they closed the omelet area down 30 minutes early. Beware of the room behind the front desk where they sell snacks. A small bag of skittles, a hershey bar and a small bag of cookies (7 small mini cookies) came to $17. No prices were posted that i could see. And $15 for parking way out where this hotel is located is just a money grab by the hotel.

This hotel was beautiful and clean! We stayed in mini suite with our family of 6. Two doubles and a pull out couch. Plenty of space! It had a little kitchen area. Sink, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! A made to order omelet bar as well as a breakfast buffet station. Delicious! We'll definitely ne looking for more Embassy suites by Hilton on our next trip. Five starts for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a decent Embassy Suites that offers a nicer than “average” hotel stay feel. The room is spacious but the bed sadly was hard as a rock. The hotel was clean and even had a bar and restaurant downstairs. I might stay again if in the area.

The breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was spacious. The couch was filthy and very uncomfortable as were the chairs in the room. Also the smallest trash cans of any hotel I have ever stayed in. 3 regular water bottles and you are looking elsewhere for disposal options. Luckily there is a two water bottle bin in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel. We have stayed there many times. Our last visit our bed had a mattress That had no structure to it. It was like falling into a hole. It was lumpy and soft. I have never really paid much attention to mattresses before but this was exceptionally bad. We had to check out of the hotel and go down the street to a different hotel.

Flight was canceled and couldn’t make it. Manager refused to refund when I could clearly could not physically stay there. Would not recommend this hotel, cause they refused to provide a refund since my flight was cancelled. This brand is forever tarnished and I will book with a competitor when I visit that area again. Manager was rude as well.

The staff changed my reservation to a room that would not accommodate my family and young kids. I was not informed of this change and was not given any other options. My family and I had to leave the property with my kids and find other accommodations. The staff was not understanding and made zero attempt to fix this problem. Highly unsatisfied.

Front desk manager seems overwhelmed to work by himself when I checked in, so the attitude wasn’t that great which I understand. They also offer 2 free adult drinks per night from their own bar, but there’s one day their bar was closed due to meeting and they didn’t offer any make up for it. First day bartender wasn’t too friendly even after I tipped her and ordered food to eat there. Talked to another server which was nice and I told her I wasn’t too happy about the service few minutes ago then the server asked; Was she rude to you? I didn’t even mentioned who to the server, so I assumed that bar tender usually have attitude issues. Another day at the bar wasn’t told the comped drinks will stop at 6:30pm so I lost another 2 free drinks… Bathtub had lots of metal rust marks and looks dirty so I decided not to let my boy take bath and that upsets him. Check out was easy and fast.

I would not stay here again even though everything was very nice. Room, cleanliness, food etc great! Here's the problem: I parked after midnight and on my way in I noticed another guest had left their van sliding door open. I told the person at the desk and they said they couldn't do anything about it. He said I would have to be the one to go back and find the parking ticket and bring him the numbers and then he could help. I went back and couldn't find the ticket. I think the employee should of been willing to go and take care of that. That kind of lazy, uncaring attitude is a deal breaker for me. So if you stay here just know that this place will not lift a finger to help you beyond what they are forced to do.

Wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Valencia - it was so convenient to the freeway and to shops and restaurants. Very clean, comfy bed and lovely pool area. Also really enjoyed the evening reception and drinks! Would definitely stay here again!

Checkin was fast, staff friendly and welcoming. Spacious room with living room that has sofa bed, small kitchen counter, refrigerator and microwave. Clean overall except the carpet, tgat could use a good steam cleaning. Breakfast was good, but items were limited. They have made to order omelet which was the highlight of the meal. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and kind. Quiet surroundings. Family oriented. In-site parking is $15, but you can park outside the street for free. Very close to six flags, some restaurants around. 40 min. drive to the city. Overall, the stay was pleasant and of good value. Will plan to stay in the future.

This was very close to Magic Mountain so there were lots of families with children. We stayed on a Sunday night so it was relatively quiet. I was surprised that it was in an industrial area with no restaurants nearby.

This hotel was extremely clean, lots of big shampoo, conditioner and shower gel containers in the bathroom. Bathtub in our double room for baths. Beds super comfy. The fold out bed on thd couch is pretty flat and not very comfortable, but my daughter didn't mind it. The staff brought us lots of extra blankets to keep us warm. I think my favorite part about staying in this hotel was the warm and welcoming staff. Just remember, if you get a for free alcoholic drink and snack voucher, you can only use it between five pm and six thirty pm. The pool is open between six am and ten pm everyday. I swim every morning so I had a wonderful time for me in the pool. The breakfast was amazing and was the best free complimentary breakfast I have had at any hotel. We really enjoyed the chef mean omelets that came with fresh hash browns and fresh bacon. We also loved the french toast and the fresh crispy waffles. This hotel is only a mile away from six flags. It is an excellent hotel destination and well worth the money. I am sooo impressed with Embassy Suites.

Our room faced the highway and the windows kept that noise out BUT every step taken in the room above us could be heard! Breakfast the first day was great but on the second morning, they closed the omelet area down 30 minutes early. Beware of the room behind the front desk where they sell snacks. A small bag of skittles, a hershey bar and a small bag of cookies (7 small mini cookies) came to $17. No prices were posted that i could see. And $15 for parking way out where this hotel is located is just a money grab by the hotel.

This is probably one of my husband's favorite places to stay when we are in this area. Over the years, I have noticed changes in the decor, furniture is getting older in the rooms. The one noticeable change was in the continental breakfast. They still have the omlette bar but they have removed all extra meat like sausage & bacon. Only apples, no more bananas. The happy hour still had some good things. That was still nice.

I have never stayed at an embassy suites before and this will absolutely not be my last. I was absolutely impressed with the large room, the service and was blown away by the free (2) free alcoholic drinks. Who does that!? WOW! And let's not forget the free breakfast.

It's a Hilton. Good hotel and I could nearly see the rollercoasters at Magic Mountain. Bed was comfy, the pool and hot tub were nice, and the breakfast was good and there were alot of options. They even had an ommlette station. I wish they informed me that breakfast ends at 9am and not 10am on weekdays, as I didn'tget to eat breakfast on Monday. Just a warning if you'replanning to stay, they charge $15 a night for parking in their open, non-secured lot. I was informed of this before I stayed, so I parked on the street roght outside of the parking lot. When I checked out, I luckily requested a printed reciept and saw they tried to charge me the $15 a night for parking. Went to the desk and they removed the charges. Might stay again.

suite was excellent, pool area and hot tub were good. chairs in dining area were worn and tacky looking. custom omelette bar was terrific. Buffet area eggs were never hot and potatoes cold usually. fruit was good, coffee was always hot and good. juices and soft drinks were available. overall really enjoyed our stay and location was perfect for us.

The room was clean but not enough to give it a 10. The beds are full size not even a queen size and the sofa bed oh my god I have the pictures of how nasty black stains all over d mattress utter disgusting there's no way someone could sleep there how can they even advertise as a 6 person room . Only plus their complementary breakfast was good. Almost forgot the pool gate is borderline hanging on by a thread all rusted.

We were a little taken back by a parking fee on a property that had a large open lot in a commercial area. Not anticipated at this location. The room was clean and well maintained, but the property itself could use some updating. The hallways and carpet in the hallways were drab and worn.
