Hotel looks a bit old and dated for a 4* Couldn't fault the receptionists but room looked a bit dated. Pool is tiny. Location is right next to the bus stop and central to going area and Santa Monica but still up to an hour in either direction.

Would have given five stars, except that the Internet was not working for our trip, and the restaurant that used to be there is closed and boarded up, so we had to walk around the area to find food. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent though.

Parking is outrageous ($50 per day). And when you pay for late check out (70USD) they will still charge you $12/ HOUR for additional parking on top of that and not tell you. Staff were friendly and the area is great. Pool is nice but loses sun pretty early in the day because of the other buildings.

The room was about four hundred dollars for two nights. There was a four hundred dollar deposit charged up front. They charge fifty dollars a day for parking. The guy basically said that there was no choice because there was no other parking around. Will not stay there again. The room was not even clean. I wanted to love this property as the pictures show maybe slightly dated but comfortable stay. When we arrived to our hotel room, there was a ball of hair that was left unflushed in the toilet and overall the room was very dirty. Everywhere you looked, you could find a dust ball or something that needed to be wiped down. I want to be clear that again im okay with dated, just needs to be clean.

Value was very poor. Paid $150 USD per night on Expedia and by mistake booked 1 day earlier so didn't show the first night. They cancelled my booking for the remainder and then made me pay $190 USD instead of honoring the $150 USD. I had no choice or I would have been charged for the 7 days and then had to find another place and pay another 6 days. The bathtub was black on the bottom and there was paint peeling off of bathtub. the mirror in the bathroom had chipped paint. There was a handprint on our headboard that wasn't cleaned. The WIFI didn't work as well. The only redeeming thing was a very helpful concierge. I would not stay here again.

I have always chosen this hotel when attending a concert at The Troubadour. It is only a few minutes from the venue and there is a city bus stop located nearby. The hotel is clean and safe, and the rooms are large and well-lit. I highly recommend this property!

Rooms are EXTREMELY dated. They replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring in the rooms so you hear EVERY footstep in the room above you. Beds are terrible. Area around the hotel gets sketchy at night. Parking per night is a bit much.

Expensive motel in WeHo. Was surprised by the high price for what you got. Can only be considered a motel, and not a hotel. But is a very good option if you want a location in walking distance to the night life in West Hollywood. Parking is extortionate at $50/night. Staff have closed themselves inside a glass box in the reception area, and are doing their best to avoid any interaction with customers. When asked about parking during my check-in I got told by lady at the desk to shut up and wait until she arrived to that point.

This hotel is in a great location, but they make you pay $50 a night for Parking and you have to schedule your room to be cleaned. They don’t automatically come and clean it. The staff was very rude and not very helpful. I would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was excellent and anticipated my needs. The hotel was very clean and parking was easy. The only things I would fix or would have liked to known in advance 1. Parking cost an additional $50/a day, with in and out privileges (the garage was clean- this a huge bonus. The last time I stayed in L.A. the parking lot was DISgusting). 2. More trash cans 3. Towel rack placement.

Location was fantastic for my needs. Walkung distance to Troubadour, Whisky A Go Go, and Viper Room. A Trader Joe's is next door and my room came with a fridge. My room was clean and the amenities allwork.ed. Staff was very helpful. I'll stay here again for sure.

The photos are misleading - you have to walk thru the parking garage to get to the main entrance, which is dark and dingy. Coffee machine in my room didn’t work; traded it out for another that didn’t work. No coffee in lobby and no food on site other than vending machines. Cafe around the corner doesn’t open till 9am.

Sadly our stay in this hotel was disappointing. The room was adequate, however, the “sliding” door on the balcony did not close properly meaning the noise from the main road was horrendous and it was very cold. We were therefore unable to use the sofa bed meaning 5 of us had to share 2 beds. We booked “inclusive” breakfast with Expedia but the hotel provided no breakfast- or food of any kind. The restaurant was permanently closed. There was one vending machine in the lobby. The swimming pool cleanliness was questionable. Not a family friendly hotel.

Uncomfortable bed. No cafe or bar as advertised. Way over priced. Walk in shower curtain way to short and water gets all over the bathroom floor. No maid service if you don't request it the day before each day. 50 dollars a day for parking. This should be in the property description. But location is good.

The WeHo neighborhood is pleasant and friendly, with lots of food and nightlife options. It's gotten a bit dirtier since I last stayed there 15 years ago. But the Ramada by Wyndham, where I also stayed that time, has turned into a sh1t h0le. I am sorry, but there clearly hasn't been a single penny spent on renovation, and what they've done is for the worst: they closed the bar, got rid of breakfast options, retained a thick glass wall between the guests and staff at the front desk, and didn't even once say "Welcome" or "Thank you for your stay." Furthermore, there wasn't even a bottle of water in our room, or a box of "Kleenex" or the tiny bottles of lotion or so that you are accustomed to seeing. Meanwhile, they keep pushing you to enroll in their "Rewards" Program. My best reward will be to never, ever stay here again.

The parking gate was broken and we had to have an attendant open the gate just so we could get into the garage. Parking was $50.00 a night. There was not a breakfast available and we didn’t get any information as to the closest restaurant.
