The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets The tv had more snow the Canada in January Repair staff didn’t speak English and seemed to say “you get what you pay for “ The pool was not open and looked shabby

Parking is a little small but check in was super easy. Girls are check in are always welcoming and helpful. Stayed twice already both times have been great stays never any problems. Some air conditioning in some rooms aren’t the best but still good place to stay.

I was optimistic because of the pictures online. But this hotel and room were so bad, I forfeited the $125 for the night and left after being in the room for 15 minutes. It looks like it was an old apartment complex that was converted. The parking is gated but still seemed insecure. The room was basic with a bed and tv. The AC unit was 30 years old and didn’t work, and the tv remote (which you are issued at check in) apparently wasn’t matched to the tv in the room. The bed had coils pushing through it. Lastly, when they offer weekly rates, and you notice there are people living at this “hotel” red flags are raised.

This is an older motel that appears to have been around since the 60's. The room I was in was clean and spacious but had cracks in the tile floor and the walls were in need of a repaint. I did like the inclusion of a "Kitchen" room with full fridge, sink and microwave though. The shower was pleasant, and the bedroom included a decent sized flatscreen TV. The bed was a bit harder than I would have preferred too. I was also disappointed to notice that the pool was locked up and unreachable.

Girl upfront very nice... building is ok, better then most of the other motels afound here... pool is a plus, clean, quit, safe. Around the building is an eyesore.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy, the bathroom was the star of the room, it was spacious and had a big shower. 4 stars due to the parking being narrow and only in one direction so it’s complicated to get out when it’s full and theres cars on both sides.

The property has a great courtyard with a pool with many beautiful plants and trees. There seems to be a few longterm stays, but they were agreeable & friendly.

Pictures are a little deceiving on line. Property has gated parking , need a keep card to get in , that’s not the problem. The card wiper literally is hanging on with tape. Non of the vending machines work . Can even get any water. The pool water is GREEN. The carpet in the hallways are super dirty and smell like weed and cigarettes. No one of the bedside lamps worked in the room. Maybe 2 outlets at the most worked . Shower is rusting . Cold water doesn’t even work(nob is held on with a rust screw). The tv on the wall was hang on buy a thread , the picture was a grainy. Maybe it’s time to update what the rooms really look online .

The room was opposite of what is on the website. It's so run down and dirty, and sketchy. Noisy and ugly. Our room was disgusting and there was a cockroach above our bed. We could not sleep due to the bugs and noise above out room amd outside our room. We tried speaking to the manager and they were nowhere to be found. We were so disappointed entirely in this place. I have never booked a room like this. It was full of hookers and druggies as well and the rooms were terrifying. Overall, a horrific stay! Never again!!! A real dump!! Please close it down!

Our first room had condoms behind the night stand and trash under the bed. Bathroom door would not close and stay shut. I complained so they switched us room into an “upgrade” room. Yes it was nicer but still dirty and wall outlets still didn’t work in the room or bathroom. Making it very difficult to charge a phone or use a curling iron in the bathroom. All the mattresses had plastic wrap and very uncomfortable and loud to sleep on. Almost impossible for my toddler to sleep.

This place is so dirty I’m so disappointed because it’s nothing compare with the pictures that you see on their page I recommend do not book in this place and sadly I lost my money because after checking in I went to the room and the first thing that I saw was a cucaracha I request for another room and it was dirty than I request for my money because I’m not going to stay in a dirty place but according with the hotel policy they can’t give me my money back I was so stressed and disappointed be safe and don’t rent this hotel

The room we stayed in had roaches and stains on the bedsheets. If you need something cheap and dont care about how clean and safe your room is then go ahead and book here. If you dont want your skin to itch after laying on the bed, then book somewhere else.

I WOULD not stay here EVER AGAIN, unless you enjoy cockroaches crawling over your bed, in the room and most disgustingly in the fridge! Ruined all our dinner left overs! Left the hotel after 1 night (booked 2) manager refused to address the issue.

The property is very old, toilet, sink, towel holder, window frame, tv, air conditioner and some other stuff were broken. The sheets and pillow cases were in stains. The only positive thing is that the bathroom smelled bleach.

Our hotel room was infested with bed bugs. Both me and my friend were bit. My friend had severe bed bug bites and she is allergic to a lot of things so we were concerned for her health. They gave us a different room and that one was infested with cockroaches. The stay was horrible, I have never stayed at a place like that. I would not recommend. I had to throw my clothes away to prevent bringing the bed bugs back home to my family. I am not satisfied at all. We ended up having to book a different hotel for our safety. I was not able to attach photo evidence on this review but I have a lot of pictures.

Room was horrible AC kept leaking inside the room floor .Also was unable to close window due to screws hold the window in place . It was a 4 night stay only once my room was clean headboard to bed was super dirty

Staff was friendly and if you forget your toiletries they have you covered. The place could definitely use an upgrade on the beds though!! Every time you move, they creak so loudly it wakes you up! The walls are so thin that you hear everything around you as well. Listened to a crying baby for a decent portion of the night. So between that and the bed, barely any sleep at all. Other than that was ok..

Not the same as before. I usually rent here a couple of times a year but now it's worse. Problems with no hot water in my room. Also with the a/c system not functioning properly. Also I called the front office and most of the time no one is answering the phone. And when they do... I get no help what so ever. They even hung up on me coz they couldn't tend to my needs. This place is a joke. I will never rent here again. Thanks for nothing.

This place is really home away from home. The staff is so gracious and professional yet friendly. I appreciate the housekeepers as this place is very clean with all there constant hard work and the front desk for keeping out the problem makers! You ALL ROCK!!!! THANK YOU!!

They withdrawn $20 as deposit for TV remote controller and parking plate but never gave to me. When checked out, they insisted that they gave them to me. Be careful. There is no reason for me to keep them w/o returning if they had given to me. An old TV remote controller and parking plate. Are they usable to me when I left the city? I asked them to review surveillance camera. They just rejected.

Moses did a great job checking us in after hours. The five hour drive and not knowing the area he put me at ease. It's not the Ritz but the service was excellent. Clean room and towels. Coffee and fruit was available.

Absolutely terrible not much else I can describe this as. Staff is rude, area surrounding property is a dump, property itself is in shambles and extremely run down. Rooms are outdated and disgusting. Walls are paper thin, sketchy guests who make noise throughout entirety of the night most likely doing drugs. Tv remotes did not work. No extra pillows. Extremely uncomfortable cannot emphasize enough how terrible and sketch this place is don’t do it

The staff were very nice, the garden area is cute, I cannot say the rest for the rest of the property. The room was as clean as I think it could get however it was VERY run down. Maybe it was just me but I could not sleep in there for anything, it was a rough night. I did like that the parking lot was gated but it also seemed there were some shady characters just sitting in their cars at any given time. With this said, I remained safe, it’s close to Target and a couple of grocery stores and it’s a good price, might stay again if I need to hoping I will feel less anxious as the first time. It does the job but probably not the best for anyone expecting “nice”

This hotel was old and run down. There was only a sheer curtain over the big window so you had to do all your changing in the bathroom. There was a loud altercation on my last morning there between 3 people. They were screaming and cussing, and making threatening comments beginning around 4 am so I got very little sleep. There was no phone to call the front desk in the room.

I'll start with positives... The staff was friendly, helpful and professional considering venue. Apparently, it's dog friendly, I think. Good in room coffee. Comfortable bed, after all, sleep is why you choose places like this. Now then... The room was dark, dank and outdated. Entry light switches did nothing. Lamp to left of bed didn't work at all. Upon walking in, instant feeling of questionable cleanliness. I slept on top of covers, perhaps an undo personal precaution. Never had that feeling before. "Closet space" was all scuffed up and no hangers (maybe a little petty on my part). Toilet clean, but shower was another story...although a shower would have been welcomed, I didn't dare. Patchwork wall paint everywhere. Granted, this was a "budget motel", but it would have been more appropriate to price the rooms at, literally half the price of my stay. In spite of all, I did get a good night's sleep. See pictures...
