Very nice staff. Loved the warm cookies. We had a room on the river on the ground floor. The room was large and we loved sitting on the patio.

Great breakfast, (not included) and lovely location. Staff were very nice. But a bit surprised there was a parking fee in a smallish town like Durango. Internet worked after I got a promo-code. But not before. If it doesn't work go to the front desk and they'll give a code. But overall liked it.

Had a second floor room overlooking the river. Next best thing to a cabin, but within walking distance of everything downtown including the train. I was totally enchanted with my balcony on the river!
