Colorado is so expensive, so I chose this place. I would not stay here again. Not as clean as I prefer. The front desk guy was very helpful.

This might be one of the most economic places to stay in Durango. I just wish they had other things at the property like a pool or gym but this is a basic place. Nothing fancy but it does provide what is needed, a place to stay. And a simple breakfast is included.

Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was strictly a continental type but was fresh and adequate for our needs. Really enjoyed our stay.
