The property and building layout was unique but the parking space was assigned to the unit and was immediately outside the door to the unit. Another plus was the herd of elk grazing right next to the hotel.

Couples weekend and spending time at the Stanley for tours and whatnot. The room here was extremely clean and tidy. Barhroom was clean. The shower worked well. While we did have a balcony we didn’t use it. It looked nice though. Only complain was the parking is a little tight. Other than that I would stay here again.

4 night stay, 2 queen balcony room. Cute, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Balcony was nice. Not private, had 2 chairs, tho no table. Check in was friendly and efficient. Covered jacuzzi and outdoor pool. Quick 10 minute drive to RMNP visitor center, which made it super convenient to the Park. Breakfast was nice with plenty of hot and cold choices that rotated daily. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay and great location by the park. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety. Each hotel room has your own dedicated parking spot, which was convenient for us to have our car right outside the room. The pool and hot tub could have been a little cleaner but the kids enjoyed it. I’d recommend fully.

Overall very nice, great breakfast. I wish the pool hours went later... Would have enjoyed after a long day by closed early. Do note that some rooms are in other buildings and you will need to walk to the front desk, breakfast, and pool

Nice Stay. Check in was easy. Had a parking spot allotted for your room. Bedding was comfortable and room was clean for an older property. The breakfast was adequate, but not as great as previous reviews. Never ran out of anything, but not as good as some other places. It was easy to get around from the property and was quiet for the entire stay.

Great location! Easy to check in and out beautiful area. Could be cleaner! The counter had several long black hairs on it in the kitchen didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well like mopped or wiped down in a long while. Comfortable and spacious. Could be 5 stars with good cleaning

Ted at the front desk was the nicest man ever! We had a long chit chat about the town, our dogs etc. He was so heartwarm and welcoming. The two other people we later on met at the front desk were also very nice and helpful. The room was very large and very clean. The bathroom was nice with good waterpressure og planty of hot water. The A/C didn’t make a lot of noise. The breakfast was fine, better than many other hotel continental breakfasts.

Breakfast had a good variety of food to choose. Cleaning person did not clean our room the first day despite stating that they cleaned rooms every day. Location was within 10 minutes to downtown. Staff was friendly. Saw some elk on the property!

Stayed in a small room with balcony which didn't have a "view" other than backside of neighboring houses/apartments. Furniture was very dated and flimsy, and bathroom was super tiny-- a tight squeeze for large folks. Two queen beds took up most of the room. Mattresses were comfy, and wifi worked. Breakfast food qualify was slightly below average.

This is a good location and good service. The room is clean. But if you stay in a lower room, you will hear all the footsteps, noise and even people talking. The noise is sometimes so loud that you can't even relax.

Very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We loved staying in the 2 story room with 3 beds (1 king downstairs, 2 queens upstairs) and 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 older teens that want their own space. Very friendly staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast options very good. Only a minor inconvenience when the power went out at breakfast and in our wing of the motel for a few hours, but was back on by the time we returned from RMNP. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a King Standard for 2 nights. Bed was comfortable, but there were few amenities. Price seemed expensive for mid-week. In room coffee maker is a joke, and the clock/radio is probably 20 years old. DirecTV didn't even have music channels available. Included breakfast was mediocre, but offers the standard cereal, juice, muffins, etc. Location was good, but not much else within walking distance.

I had no idea when I reserved the room that it was a nice size room, kitchenette, lofted bedroom with 2 beds - 2 bathrooms! and a fireplace! 2 patios to sit out on and enjoy the scenery. Exceeded our expectations. Only complaint is that the parking lot is tight - manageable, but tight -

Nice room, friendly staff, very good breakfast options. My only caveat would be the foot traffic noise from the room above us. It’s the only hotel I’ve stayed in where that was so easily heard and at times tough to ignore. Having said that, if our room happened to be on the second floor or if we didn’t have surprisingly active kids staying above us, this is not something we would have been aware of. I’d be happy to stay there again but I would make sure I was on the second floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had a room at the back of the complex and it was nice and quiet. The shower was small, but had really good water flow. The only downside was that it was a really small room for 3 adults. This was the third place we stayed during our trip to Estes Park and it was the smallest of the three places. Overall, it was a great stay.

Older hotel with great location and amenities. Spacious room but small bathroom. The AC did not hold a cool temperature on fan mode but everything else was awesome. Good hot breakfast. Elk walked through the property.

Our second stay at Quality Inn Estes Park and WOW!! This stay far exceeded our first stay. Upon arriving we immediately noticed the grounds received an update since our last visit two years ago. Check in was a breeze, staff was very knowledgeable, and we immediately felt welcome. Our room was perfect; we had everything we needed and more! The room checked off all the boxes from cleanliness to comfort. We stayed four nights and had a yummy breakfast every morning there. Staff during breakfast was diligent, accommodating, and friendly. The highlight of our stay was MS. BETTY. We checked out early to continue our road trip up to Mount Rushmore and without hesitation asked if we had breakfast for the road. She insisted we wait for five minutes by the fireplace and came back with four breakfast care packages. I don't know if she realized the impact she made on our family. We can't thank Quality Inn, the staff, and Ms. Betty enough for a memorable experience. We hope to be back in another two years. Love from TX.

When booking, I was completely unaware that the property is not just a hotel, but more of a motel situation. It did not say that anywhere on the property details page. As a mom travelling alone with kids, it was a bit scary and I felt very uncomfortable having a door that opened directly outside. It was also raining outside so we ended up taking in a lot. There was limited parking and it was hard to drive around the property. The room didn’t smell great (was musty) and it wasn’t that clean either. The manager who checked us in was not very friendly. The manager on duty at the end of my stay was very nice though. It was extremely expensive ($277 ) for what we got - we would never stay here again.

The room was clean and the beds were good. The overall place was nice. Had some trouble with checkout. We wanted a printed copy of the receipt but the desk clerk kept insisting we get an email copy. We didn’t want it emailed we wanted a print out. It took several reiterations of the same statement before he begrudgingly printed the receipt. The exasperation and eyeroll from the man was completely unnecessary.

Not worth the price. Despite having two consecutive bookings at the same rate and for the same room type, the hotel insisted on shifting me to a different room. The staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience this caused and offered no real cooperation. The back building, where I was moved, felt cramped, poorly maintained, and frankly not worth even $100 a night. Disappointing experience overall.

Very impressed with Elijah’s knowledge and willingness to help. He was very informative throughout my stay and provided insightful information regarding map directions, where to locate the national parks, and informed me that I needed to make a reservation before entering the Rocky Mountains—which I had no idea about. Upon first checking in, he was quick to welcome me and his eagerness to fulfill my questions made this experience comfortable. Overall, very satisfied!

The Quality Inn reminded me of our family trips as a child. Our room was in one of several buildings on the property, was open to the property and had elk nearby. It was very enjoyable. The staff were all very nice and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast area was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and it was just outside of the busier area of town.

Rooms were great! Clean- and had a balcony. Loved how spread out the rooms were- complex made it feel more secluded. We even had assigned parking near our room. Breakfast was fantastic. Great service. Was very close to everything- but not in the hustle of downtown. We will return!
