Housekeeping cleaned as well as expected. Parking lot pavement was torn up, trash was everywhere you looked. Hot tub permanently closed and was haphazardly tiled up. Pool water heater was broken, so pool water was cold and looked dingy. Decided not to swim. Toilet overflowed. Staff was courteous enough, but just not a pleasant stay. Thin walls; heard other rooms until late at night. Didn’t sleep well.

For being an inexpensive hotel, we were satisfied. This was not a 5 star room and therefore did not expect 5 star service - The spa was tiled over which was disappointing as the listing showed one was available.

Listed as having a hot tub but hot has been permanently closed

According to the listing, the motel has an indoor pool and hot tub. When we were checking in, the motel said that the hot tub was "permanently closed". The beds were hard as rocks. And the room next to me had occupants that were banging on walls and doors on either side of their room. The staff were very nice and took care of the noisy room and the motel was fairly clean. However, they need to upgrade those mattresses and update their site to not include the hot tub.

Good price and close to highway...do not advertise a jacuzzi spa and upon arrival guests see a sign saying spa permanently closed. Too many transient and homeless types Lottering

pros: convenient location, easy check in, friendly staff, clean, great water pressure, small indoor pool, reasonable price for quality - cons: bed was hard and uncomfortable, room smelled like old laundry; hallways were noisy at night, back parking lot was sketchy after dark, continental breakfast was waffles, couple cereals, and old stale bagels; pool was tiny and busy- only one chair to sit in if you didn’t swim. no hot tub

This “stay” was awful! We arrived late (around 11 pm). The front area is completely closed off with plexus glass, nothing like the inviting reception area in the photo. The hotel smelled of weed and stale cigarettes despite being a nonsmoking facility. It took 5 minutes of calling for the receptionist to show up. She checked us in, gave no directions to room. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in days/weeks. The room was dirty. There were 2 men outside the hotel watching as my child and I unloaded our bags, I figured it was a smoke break and they would be gone soon. We got our bags to the room (second story no elevator) and went back to park to the car. The parking lot is not big enough for the # of guests, the overflow parking is a gravel area with no lights. Drove around looking for a spot and the men were watching us the whole time. Went to the front desk again to ask about other parking options. Didn’t bother to ask, cause two prostitutes parked and also got out of their car, I immediately checked out. Went to grab our bags and noticed some of the doors wouldn’t even close properly when fully shut, gaps were showing along the top of the door. Passed another woman barely clothed in the hallway. Loaded up bags in car (still being watched by the men). Also, the Hot tub is permanently closed despite being advertised when booking. Booked a room at the Wingate by Wyndham. More expensive but absolutely worth it to be safe and not around whatever the hell is going on at the hotel.

Website stated it had a hot tub hot tub with permanently closed with it being tiled off completely

No elevator. I wish we knew this, my husband has very bad knees, so that was tough

It was fine for one night passing through. In need of repairs and updating but that's why it's a cheaper place to stay. Front desk attendant was friendly and welcoming. Pool and spa were closed.

The staff that checked us in was extremely rude. Talked to me as if I was stupid and didn’t even give me directions to my room, didn’t inform me when breakfast or check out was. Our room was dirty, bathroom and towels we dirty. We stay here a lot and this was the worst experience.

Everything in the room was dirty. It was convenient because it was what I could afford. Even if it’s cheaper it should at least be clean. Just a nasty place that is falling apart. Will definitely never stay there or at any Econo Lodge ever again. Next time I’ll save up some more money and stay somewhere at least clean for goodness sake’s!

Booked two rooms for one night. The sink in the first room was still dirty from the previous occupant. the complementary soaps were clearly used and half empty. The shower still had a used towel hanging on the wall. The second room reeked of marijuana. The bath tub was covered in hairs left from the previous occupant. There was a used towel and wash cloth hanging still. We should have looked at Google reviews before booking.

The property was not in the best condition. It was dirty at times. Also, it often smells and we saw some bugs on our bed. Lastly, shower often clogged up making it hard to take multiple shower.

The floor of my room was sticky, the sheets had stains on them, a bunch of thing in the room were broken. Not my most relaxing stay at a hotel that’s for sure

Only stayed 1 night. It was clean.

There was black mold like things all over bathroom shower curtain and on the bath tub , there was stains like mold or something on the lamp covers , bed comforter had weird brown stains on them , only good thing is they let us check in very very early. Other than that just go somewhere else and spend ur money on something a little nicer

Did not stay as was showed 4 different rooms and all where dirty pubes on the toilet puke and piss in tubs

Place was super dirty, first room beds were dirty had hair. In them and black spots all over sheets, floor wasnt swept. 2nd room floor wasnt swept some outlets dint have covers. Staff was nice changed our room immediately.

Close to a lot of things. Clean rooms. Bed was firm but not too bad.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. I thought I found a diamond in the rough, but it was just rough. There is no elevator at this hotel. They asked me if I wanted a room by the pool or on the second floor. The woman at the front desk made it seem as if the second floor was the better option. After we could not find the elevator, I asked her about this and she said, “that’s why I asked if you wanted the 1st or 2nd floor.” As if I knew there was no elevator at this hotel I had never stayed at. We saw bugs in our room on the ceiling and floors and there was no parking. Luckily, we only stayed 1 night here as the beds were not comfortable. The room by the pool was not too loud and the hotel is located right off the highway, so I will give them that.

The room was below average. There were 4 lamps but only 3 worked. There were not enough outlets. I had to unplug from a strip in order to plug in the coffee pot. The sheets on one of the beds had stains and the actual mattress under the "protective" cover was filthy. The hallway on the second floor was covered with debris. However, the pool was nice even though there were no towels readily available. Overall, not that great of an experience but sleepable.

The beds were not very comfortable. They need to be updated. Other than that everything was good.

It’s an older hotel they’ve redone things it was clean. The bed was good. If you need a blow dryer bring your own because it was from 1960 I think or 70 whatever they came out. The plug-ins are also terrible. Emma hold a plug. Lady at the desk was friendly.

Wasn't happy that we could hear the people above us all night long. Bed was not comfortable. The room was very clean.

We stayed here for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating if needed anything. The room was a good size. The fridge and microwave worked fine. A/C worked well. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They have a fairly good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I dont know where to start. Lobby look great but thats were it ends. No elevator, carpet in the halls and stairs was dirty from folks throwing things down. Cameras every where. You think the US Mint moved in with the amount of them. At first it wasn't a problem but in 4 days, I killed enough flies that I'm probably being looked at as a serial murderer. I dont know where or how they got in, but i needed a can of raid to keep up. Fridge didn't work and took 3 trys to get i replaced. Tub resurfacing was coming off and the shower head wasnt that great. Room wasn't cleaned that well from the get go and a large soda stain was next to the bed between it and the night stand. The cleaning practice for the fake wood floor I wouldn't approve. metal bed frame that was coming apart. Internet was okay and stayed strong. Housekeeping was still working rooms at 6pm. Signs on end doors stating it will be locked from midnight to 6am and anyone caught proping it open will be charge for damages. Someones dog pooped on the carpet and didnt pick it up. The corner panhandlers and beggers seem to stay at this hotel and waddle in when the sun starts to go down. lots of folks smoking weed by the end doors. The pool, yeah, you don't want to know what happens. I would have gladly taken my money back and stayed in my semi truck or a completely different hotel. I picked one because I saw truck parking and It appeared nice from the photos. It was very very Deceiving!!

If you were staying multiple days you had to request your room to be cleaned & they did not offer clean towels during my six nights stay I had to request those as well. I had a request more coffee for my room. They advertise a full continental breakfast, dry bagels and toast, dry cereal and a waffle maker does not constitute a full continental breakfast. And they closed the breakfast area down early on more than one day. They say no smoking, but I guess that doesn’t include marijuana because the overwhelming smell permeated the room. You really can’t open the curtains because they have wooden boards keeping the curtains in place so if you turn on the air conditioner or the heater, those curtains don’t get blown everywhere. Definitely not what I expected based on the rating.

Easy check-in, friendly desk employee. I was able to check in early after a major dental procedure, and rest. Thanks!

Great check in process and closs to alot of restaurants.

The person who checked us in was wonderful. He was multi tasking and offered to help in any way he could. Very happy with his attitude and attention to our needs .

Eli the night clerk was very nice and always working. He offered to help carry luggage upstairs. He refilled empty items at the morning breakfast quickly and with a smile.

One of the less attractive hotels I have stayed at. Management was very poor and unresponsive. Workers took their cue from them.

Checking in was great! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional.

We had a 911 emergency and the manager and staff (amazing housekeeper)were eager to help and accomodate. We Thank them from the bottom of our hearts!

The staff here was super amazing!! We would have stayed here our whole trip but my daughter wasn't comfortable with all of the activity in the parking lot and hallways. Rightfully so. There was way too much going on.

Good location

If you just need a place to sleep for the night, this is a fine choice. Nothing special, obviously, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the aircon worked, the breakfast was decent, and the location is good--right off the highway, with shops and restaurants nearby.

No elevator and many noise complaints. Sketchy place to place to stay apart from the sticky floors. Do not recommend

My room was untouched for 3 days, there was cheetos under the desk area when I got there and remained there for the entire time! Drug addicts hanging out outside. My room was upstairs with no elevator so I had to drag my suitcases up the stairs. The only thing that was positive was the people at the front desk, both friendly and helpful when asked.

Very sketchy area. Dod not feel safe at all!! Inside smelled of fentanyl!! We enteredthe room and left in a hurry. The parking lot was empty where i first parked amd when we went out to leave a truck was parked very close to my car with door open. The occupants scattered. My granddaughter had a panic attack!!! Never stay in Pueblo again!!!’

I just didn’t like the breakfast could be a little better

No frills. Just a room. It was ok but place was outdated and needs some renovation. The pool was closed and breakfast was typical waffles cereal or muffins. It wasn’t anything special but we just stopped slept showered and headed out early the next morning.

The breakfast selection would be better with higher protein items

Hard boiled eggss and waffles for breakfast, 24 hr convince store right next door.

The continental breakfast was terrible. There was no room to sit hardly any food at all and we ended up walking over to Starbucks just to avoid the crowd that was in that room.

It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and a good value for the price. Breakfast was late getting set up. I think the previous crew hadn't left things how they were supposed to, and the young man on duty in the morning was scrambling to get everything out for the guests. But he was working hard at it.
