Stayed 1 night

I was greeted by the most discriminating, inhospitable, female receptionist at this hotel. I had already paid to stay there for one night. When it came to deposit I offered cash or a different bank card both options, each having plenty more than the required $100. She refused each method because it wasn't under the same card I paid the reservation with. I was depending on this hotel to be safe place for the night and she yelled at me to stop crying and get out. They literally robbed me. Looking at all these other 1 star reviews within the last 2 months.... it sounds like the same older, heavy set, long greying hair woman. She purposely doesn't wear her name tag or answer the phone with her name and claims there is no manager present. Pretty sure she is the manager and lies about it so she can continue robbing their guests. P.S. I have been requesting a refund for this room I never checked into. They refuse. This is straight robbery. Look at all their google reviews too.

Room somewhat in disrepair, falling apart. Smelled and seemed clean. Hotel should be rated lower so can be accurate of what you’re really getting. Pictures displayed in advertisement not indicative of how the room really looks

They hide the pet fees in fine print, then want $20 each pet/per night. This doubled the cost of my room at the front desk while I had no other chose. Great way to sick it to the customers who have nothing else lined up. Also, the microwave in my room didn't work, the dead bolt on the entry door didn't lock, I like a dark room while I sleep the shutters in the room do not block out the light, they ask for dog poop to be picked up and they provide bags ( the entire week i was there, the bag dispenser was never filled, and the dog area has stickers in it.

Stayed 1 night

Very thin walls! Did not sleep at all! Guy in the room next to me blasted his TV all night while screaming and hollering at his wife on his phone because He was apparently was cheating on her. In between that He was crying and screaming obscenities. The door and door frame on my room was loose and bent like it was kicked in. I had to slam the door hard to get it to latch. I felt a cold draft blow through the door all night. No body wash in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask if they had any and was told they didn’t and to use the shampoo. Their continental breakfast consists of hard boiled eggs, cereal, and waffles you make with a waffle maker. Glad there’s a IHOP next door.
