Breakfast was sausage, eggs, fried potatoes, waffle, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt. The waffles had strawberries and whipped cream as an option for topping with blueberry syrup,reg sryup and sugar free. Coffee and juice. There was lemon water in the lobby. The pool was clean and hot tub both working! The pool has fresh pool towels. Check-in staff was very nice and helpful. Checkout guy in purple suit was very helpful and very attentive to all guest. My room was quite, didn't hear anyone else all night.

The staff and room were very nice. The complimentary breakfast was more than I expected. Usually it’s just coffee and a pastry or something like that, but this was a full on breakfast. I was looking forward to a dip in the hot tub and pool but they were down for maintenance, 😞.

The pool was very well maintained! I’ve never been to a hotel well several times I saw staff either watering plants around the hotel or maintaining the property (pool/outside fountain) we really enjoyed it with our family

The pool was too cold to even get in. Was told the manger don’t want to heat it to 88 and it was at 77 degrees when we got there. No pool towels. Microwave was disgusting and not clean.

Management was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable including beds, linens, shower, and air conditioning. TV was big and nice. Breakfast was great. Staff were veey polite and helpful, even allowedbus to check in early. Hot tub and pool were both great too.

Customer service was awesome very friendly answers all my questions with smile on the face didn't have to waitto check in was out standing.although was very unsatisfied with the room .The bathroom was not clean there was foot prints from someone shoes on the floor of the shower there was what appeared to be black mold along the bottom of the shower she shower was was not cleaned there was water spots on the shower wall the s Floor was not swept or mopped .paid good money for the room should of been clean .other than the bathroom not being cleaned I was satisfied .

Cold breakfast. Old fruit. Sausage and potatoes VERY HARD. Fruit flies in room and bathroom. Water smelled. Toilet did not flush correctly. Dirty, bloody comforter and when addressed to the staff the lady was very rude. Not able to connect to internet. Front desk stated they had issues, two days??? Stated no smoking on property yet guests and staff smoked frequently right out side entrance. Guests were extremely loud and obnoxious in hallway right outside our room, making it difficult to fall asleep until well past midnight. I left my necklace in bathroom and called and told them exactly where I placed it and they claimed nothing was found. Not possible.

I read all the reviews regarding this newly upgraded facility and was encouraged. My first issue was that I booked a pet friendly room online and was told that the particular room we reserved was not pet friendly. We had to make last minute arrangements for our dogs that were not ideal. The second, and biggest issue was the fold out couch. I got all my kids ready for bed and unfolded the couch to reveal FILTHY sheets. This made me question all the other linens. On the king sized bed I found black hairs that didn’t belong to us. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and dust coating everything, including the headboard and the door lock. The locks appeared to have been changed, but it looked like someone had tried to pry the door open prior to the upgrade. The last issue was someone else’s hair clip attached to the shower curtain. The beds were relatively comfortable, but I would not say that our particular room had been remodeled. Their biggest issue is cleanliness. I called the front desk regarding the sheets on the foldout and was brought a new set that I had to change myself. That was not my favorite! I don’t really like touching someone else’s dirty crusty sheets. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful but the room was not clean or updated. This will definitely be a one and done stay for us. We should have just left, but moving our large family after a day of driving was daunting.

The only thing that wasn’t great is the thin walls. The couple in the next room were arguing all night and you could hear it through the walls. You could hear doors slamming throughout the night. Didn’t get very much sleep due to loud neighbors and thin walls and slamming doors.

The good, the staff was great and friendly. Check in was easy directions to amenities were clear and not too complicated. Breakfast was good but very small area so be patient. The room was sufficiently spaced and furniture fit the room. AC was old and only worked on low speed but eventually got the temperature right and had no trouble maintaining it. The bad; The property was clearly refinished and done relatively well, but it’s like they didn’t feel like finishing the job. Old removed equipment still had all the holes in the walls/doors as if it was done yesterday. Patches to the shower were done to seal it so you have very clean white surfaces in spots and old dirty looking original elsewhere. Hooks, handles, other wall fixtures were done poorly and so crooked that you could not use some items. The finish work was just not done. If they could get someone to just do the finish work this place would be top notch all around. The surrounding area, thankfully this place is tucked back behind the main street because it looks rough, The hotels all around are falling apart and some might need to be demolished. Don’t let that scare you though, this hotel and property are clearly maintained, even if not finished out.

Great stay for the price. A/C worked well, fridge was cold, beds were clean and comfy, and the curtains blocked sun so we could sleep past dawn. However, I'm still waiting for some of the incidental fee to be returned because they thought we had a dog when we did not.

This is an older hotel and it is showing wear. But.. they have EXCELLENT mattresses and pillows. This was by far the best night of sleep I've gotten on the road in quite a while. I'll stay here again.

Came back after work my key didn’t work and the staff insisted I was in the wrong room… after 45 mins of waiting they made me go into another room that was not mine.. Finally got my keys and was allowed to go to my proper room with all of my stuff inside. Very irritating when all you want to do is shower after work. No complaints other than that.

Overall was the worse check in experience I’ve had at a hotel. Took longer to check in then make a reservation. Kept trying to charge me again after I paid and claiming it’s my issue but I clearly had proof of receipt and reservation and refused to call for assistance to figure out the issue. Kept insisting on me to figure it out and refusing to allow us to check in. Customer service was the issue. Never will come back to this hotel and I’ll be sure not to refer this hotel at this location.

It is not some place I felt safe & it's overall vibe was terribly ghetto like. It made me edgy, and I slept poorly there, and I am very sorry I did not stay at the Holiday express. My idea is your stay should be relaxing & you should not have to be concerned about your vehicle being safe or yourself. The rating was similar to the Holiday express, but I guarantee you it was no where near it.

It was not as we expected. It was clean and the employees were nice. However, it wasn’t in the nicest area and it was a little rundown. There were men sitting around the outside table without shirts drinking and smoking. It wasn’t cared for as well as it could have been-maintenance wise.

Good value for money, nice breakfast, staff were fine. Building may be a tad older, but rooms are comfortable and clean and the hotel is far enough back from highway so there is no noise at night. They don't clean the room during stay, so that may be annoying depending on how long are you staying. But, solid choice for price.

Nice hotel, not fancy, but clean and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. A short walk to a number of dining options, although the majority of dining options would require a long walk or a short drive to cross a busy street. Happy to see the pool and hot tub both working! The hot tub wasn't deathly hot, so some may not like it, but I loved it. The pool was too cold even for this warm blooded girl, despite being inside. One warning: DO NOT put your room keycard near your other credit cards or your phone- they will deactivate the keycard!

Hair in tub, no hot water, shampoo empty, took about 25 mins to check in when we had paid ahead of time . Only one person working in a Friday night at 8 pm. Sucked big time ! Invest some money on your hotel for gods sake. Comtinental breakfast empty at 8:15 am on a Saturday morning!

Everything was fine except breakfast was cold and waffle iron did not work correctly. On a good note, manager was able to fix the clothes dryer so we could get a load of laundry done. Since this was the most expensive hotel on this trip I expected more
