Exterior doors didn't lock. Run down motor home in parking lot.

Didnt like that the pool was Ice cold, hot tub was closed, needed a repair and its been (4months ) that the sign read matnance was needed..

Only one ice machine functioning, pool/hot tub closed for repair, several vending machines broken, smoke detector in the room was missing - just the wire dangling from ceiling. Damage to paint on walls. On plus side, towels were soft and bed was fine.

I booked there for the pool & spa, they were out of order. TV was not free required a subscription, no orange juice or milk for break fast (out of order), WiFi didn't work, subscription required, Non-smoking rooms were across the hall from the smoking room (not pleasant). Bed blanket had holes in it, went to Walmart and bought a blanket/pillows. But, I wasn't there to relax, I was there to sleep. Wish I did! Won't do that again.

Even though the sign out front says ghe pool and hot tub have been closed for months. Stayed a week the TV never worked. says pet friendly but no cats so I left mine in the car over night, she got out and still cant' find her. overall 0/10 would not stay again.

No pool, vending machines all off, laundry doesn't work, no continental breakfast

Two broken glass doors on the way in from the parking lot. No elevator to second floor. Carpets on back door stairway were stained & filthy. Outside rear door did not lock at night, even though a sign said to use the front entrance after 10. Room was adequate, but could have used a vacuuming. First hotel with no ironing board & iron. No cups at bathroom sink. Had to call front desk to turn off ceiling fan. Switch was broken & it looked like it would fall down. Water in toilet tank ran every few minutes - wasting a lot water. Breakfast was cereal, plastic fruit cups, yogurt & oatmeal. Surprised that Wyndam hasn't paid more attention to this property.

I chose this property because of the amenities and the fact that I would be staying for a week. I wanted to be able to relax in the pool, maybe even have some ice in my cup.. Nothing worked here and it looks as though it’s been that way for a very long time. Pool not working. Hot tub not working. Vending machines not working. Ice machine not working. The washing machine and dryer appeared to work. We booked for 7 nights and only had two towels. Free breakfast consists of dry cereal, boiled eggs, oatmeal, muffins l, banana, apple and coffee. Which was okay.. Juice machine never worked.

Got to the room and no AC. Had 3 fans going and a ceiling fan. 90° outside. Was offered another room but on the second floor which was not an option with mobility issues. Hot tub and pool were not heated. The breakfast was very limited. The beds were comfortable.

The front desk staff was the only positive thing about this experience! She was very sweet and so helpful. The rest of the hotel the AC went out in the entire hotel, it was almost 100 degrees. The rooms hadn't been vacuumed well, and it overall was in a terrible area! There's homeless walking around and asking for money. The hotel pool is in serious construction so that is not available, the laundry machines weren't working and people yelling from their rooms. I had just me and the kids, and didn't feel real safe.

the room was not very clean, either you are paying housekeeping too much or not enough, Floors were dirty and tub was bad. We had to change rooms because heater was not working. We travel for business and this is one place I will not stay in again.

It was very dirty.

The hotel was extremely run down. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and once in room was unbearable. Ask if there was any rooms non smoking and was moved to another room with smelled the same. Due to being exhausted and needing sleep decided to stay. Asked front desk for a deodorizer spray which was retrieved from house keeping closet and self sprayed room. Smoke alarm was going off when entered the room notified front desk who called maintenance to replace it after some time. Room smelled like smoke and discolored mold like presentation on shower curtain. Half the lights did not work in room and floor board was stained a awful brown yellow. IF it was not that I needed sleep I would have canceled reservation on the spot.

The room and hall had a terrible smell. The blanket has a burn hole in it the size of a half dollar and was stained. The room looked out to a dirty parking area. The whole area around the building was littered with cigatette butts a n d door was wired open.

The hotel staff had their babies and children there and were busy with them to attend the front desk properly, the hotel stunk like skunk and swere. The vents to a/c brought the smell more into the room. The room wasn't cleaned properly there was hair in the tub, dust everywhere, dirty towels, stains on the toilet and spread sheets. Remote for TV was missing back cover so you had to hold the batteries in to make it work. Waited at the front desk half hour to ask for clean towels since phone in room was disroyed no one ever showed up. All the doors had tape over the latches to maintain doors open at all hours plus hallways next to exit doors had multiple bags of trash just piled up. It doesn't look like there has ever been any type of inspection the hot tub was dirty had food and spiders in it. The pool and bathroom in pool area were dirty. I don't know how this place is even open with how damaged everything is. The ice machine and multiple vending machines were out of order. The breakfast only had cereal, oatmeal, coffee and old muffins. The juice machine was out of order like most things there. There wasn't enough Parking we had to park in a different business next door leaving our car in an insecure area. The lot behind was full of trash. We could never find anyone to try to tell them of our issues the front desk was constantly unattended so many people were left waiting a long time just to check in.Hotels should not associate w/ this business it is not up to what i expect

It was really dirty, they need to improve the cleaning. Not the same as what they show on pictures.

Room was clean-ish. Mini refrigerator was disgusting. Ice machine/ soda machine/ laundry was down and the breakfast was only cereal cups and mini muffins.

Horrible experience everything was disgusting the beds the bathroom the carpet walls we had to use disinfecting wipes and clean the areas we used, the swimming pool had a sign from sanitation department telling people to stay out because it was unsafe

The carpet was dirty, as if it had not been vacuum for a while. The bathroom floor had dead bugs in the corners and behind the door. Shower was dirty, we had to clean it before we took a shower. The bed spread had about 3 cigarette burns on it, that make the bed feel dirty.

The staff was kind and very accommodating. Room was disgusting. Bed comforter had holes, the walls were dirty and the bathroom was gross! The side door into the building was shattered and held together with tape. I refused to shower due to the condition of the bathroom. Tv in room Didn't work. For a 173.46 night, I expected a whole lot cleaner. Was given a 73.00 discount off my bill which was nice. Never again will I stay at this hotel again. Be warned!

Our suite had 2 portable air conditioning units, plus the one on the wall, and none of them worked. The room was HOT and muggy, needless to say. My husband used the bathroom when we got in the room and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The wall outlets also did not work. I was behind a guy in line who was complaining that half of the outlets in his room also did not work. There are no elevators. We went right back downstairs and asked for a refund and left. The lady was kind and easy to work with.

Hotel was alright. We got a king size room, TV did not work, but overall was a decent stay. Also I live in Colorado Springs but my license still says Pueblo so I had to pay $100 deposit, $10 for dog, a lot more than I expected. I did get the $100 back before I left.

I booked a smoking room, and I usually expect a neglected room with damaged furniture & cigarette burns everywhere but this one was nice and clean and comfortable. Compared to the room I had the previous night further north in Colorado this was 100% better. Guests were quiet, staff was friendly, and check in was quick & easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and room was very huge actually all and all was Great.

I found the hotel kind of dumpy. It is in real need of a makeover. This was not evident by the picture that I saw on the internet of the hotel I would be staying in. Also, it was rather disappointing to find that the TV was not in working order. I filled with it for about half an hour and at that time it was rather late because I checked in late and I already had my clothes off and I was not about to put them back on and have somebody come down and mess with it. The cable box was very hot so I am thinking something went wrong inside of that. Might be a good idea to have your hotel cleaning staff turn on the TV in each room when they go to clean just to make sure that they're working. Also I went to check out and there was no one at the front desk at 6:00 in the morning I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for people to come and nobody ever did. There was no Bell I could ring to summon someone. I wrote a note stating what time I checked out of what room and signed it. It was room 129. I left that note and the two key cards on the keyboard of the computer that the woman who signed me in the night before was using. I much prefer actually checking with a human before I leave the hotel so I know that the key cards are in the hands of somebody with responsibility. I had a conference to sign into on the other side of town and I needed to get there and could wait no longer. I am not a frequent hotel user but I was not really impressed with this hotel.

This location required a 100 dollar CASH deposit and refused to take my debit or credit cards for a room that I'd already paid for. I was not comfortable handing over 100 dollars cash for a 50 dollar room that was already paid for. The clerk was very rude and said I'd have to contact Hotels.com. The customer assistant from Hotels was wonderful and contacted this location for me. Turns out that my DL still had my old address (in the same town as this location) and they require a cash deposit for locals. I was refunded my stay and I went elsewhere. This location had signs everywhere in the lobby about cash charges and deposits for any evidence of smoking or drug use in the rooms and felt very much like that was what they anticipated from guests. Anyway, this place requires cash even though that's not company policy, I would not stay here.

My truck broke down and I had to stay the night before I could fix it. I checked in after midnight and the clerk at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I appreciate it.

I see a lot of people putting bad reviews on the property and talking about the cleanliness or the upkeep but in all honesty it just is dated. I had one small issue with cleanliness and it was immediately taken care of. Hope and the lovely blonde lady that work there were both very kind and attentive. I came in to work from out if state and they had the best prices for my three day stay. You get what you pay for so this is not the Ritz, but the customer service is fantastic! Thank you, ladies for making sure we had a good stay ☺️

When I checked in, the staff insisted that I provide a deposit for incidentals, not a problem all hotels and motels do the same, however this one demanded cash. a little unorthodox, but i did so as I was checking in expremely late. When I was exiting the property, my uber wating for me, they refused to give me mmy deposit back, saying that the towel was dirty, that made no sense to me as it was just me takinga shower. Not to mention how 1 towel ciost $100.00. Bad busines and dwn right fraud! Stay away go down the street to another hotel!

I was snowed in and couldn't meet my original reservation. I called three times and just got a dial tone. I messaged them saying I would still be there for the second day but I couldn't make it that night because the highways were all closed. I showed up the next day at noon and explained the issue. They said I could come back at 3 to check in. Didn't look me up or anything. I came back at 4 and the person then said they had cancelled my reservation. Completely. Without telling me. Expedia still had it listed so clearly they didn't notify anyone. Did not offer to help me find another place to stay in the city. Did not have an explanation for why they didn't inform me 4 hours earlier. Inconvenient location anyways, go to the La Quinta

Check in was fast and simple. Service was excellent.Had a bit of a sugar low, counter person gave me a snack, that was appreciated. Swimming pool was to cool to swim in. One of the out side doors was in need of repair. Over all I would stay at Days Inn again.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great night manager. Nellie was very helpful with our reservation.

The staff is rude and disrespectful

This property refused to give me my deposit back upon entering. I gave them $100 cash deposit and when I checked out, they claimed that a towel was dirty. Are you kidding me a towel was dirty? Stay away from these people they fraud

Absolutely awful! I’ve never experienced such a poorly run hotel. Showed up after midi night and was told my room was marked as a no show. Apparently their policy is (I need to call if I will be arriving later than midnight) NOWHERE does their policy state that. It clearly states check in time starts at 3pm & “check in time ends at anytime” they have refused to refund me for my hotel & continue to lie about their policy.

Dirty place and druges out side and across the parking lot. I should of moved on and keep on going down the road.

Great location around multiple shop’s and restaurant’s

It is pretty run down. The place smells of smoke and the property looks like a drug den.

The pool and hot tub aren’t in service but there’s no way we’d feel safe using them if they had been open. The whole motel reeks of weed. The carpets are filthy. The linens are stained and full of cigarette burns. Breakfast is bare minimum and the in room fridge was gross Didn’t dare step foot in the bathtub. A $100 cash deposit is required that is not mentioned on Travelocity. The exit doors kept being propped open all night despite supposed to be locked after 10pm. Had to have a very long, hot shower once home to wash that place off. Never again!

Honestly the place was pretty much a dump. It is a sad state of the industry that one must pay over $100 / night for lousy accommodations. The room smelled bad (some weird cleaning compounds?) Bed's comfort level was mediocre. Insufficient parking for guests, with no apparent security for the cars parked there. Staff was friendly enough. This was "miller time" (a type of obnoxious seasonal moth) and there were a half dozen in the room. Shower worked fine. Room temperature was fine. There was some strange Kleenex or toilet tissue stuffed into the hall door's view hole. (??? go figure!)

A little rougher area, but still quiet

Clean enough. Very noisy and definitely didnt feel safe. Ended up not staying the whole time.

Carpets were filthy, crickets in the hallways and people sleeping in the parking lot. 2 homeless men walking by kept trying to open the side doors.

This property is in desperate need of some updates. The bath tub had a hole in the wall. The bottom edge were the top and bottom meet had hair coming out of it. Big hole on the wall behind toilet. Staff was nice enough. Food was limited to cereal oatmeal milk n muffins

Tv had snow had to work to get it to work each time you turned it on. Breakfast was very slim, yogurt,cereal or a pkg muffin. Coffee was not drink able.

Coffee maker and coffee, but no pot fir thr coffee maker and no cups to drink out of! No hangers. Don't bring your own, there's no place to hang them! At least they had hot water and cold quiet a/c. Breakfast? Ha!

They had a very slight selection for breakfast, yogurt, muffins, cold cereal, juice milk and coffee that was not hot. They had oats, but no microwave so you could cook them.
