Indoor Hot tub and pool where not open, they have been closed for over a year. The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, yogurt and a waffle maker with NO butter, and no place to sit so had to take to room

Person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed. Also, the rooms were covered in dust! Sheets were clean, but dust was all over the dressers, bed frames and desk.

From the outside, this Super 8 can look a bit sketchy... in a not-so-great area with surrounding properties a bit run down. Inside there is still a bit of remodeling going on that detracts from a perfect "10" rating... no "breakfast" other than coffee and yogurt, the pool and hot tub are under construction, and a lot of painting and carpeting still going on. But once inside the room I was pleasantly surprised... everything had been replaced or refreshed, the water pressure was very good, new linens in the bathroom and on the beds, comfy matresses and pillows, good lighting throughout, and new a/c units. And all at a VERY good price.

The pool is never open when we stay which is very disappointing for my son and his friends. The hotel is undergoing a remodel, which also has been in progress for over a year.

I was expecting to relax in the hot tub, but it was under construction. Other than that we did well!

The place is getting renovated so the pool and hot tub were closed. Very disappointed because we were looking forward to swimming. Hallways and steps were a work in progress. Our room was renovated but the toilet didn't always flush. We had to open the lid twice to get the tank to fill and flush. I reported it to the front desk upon checkout. We had a knock on the door at 9:30 and again right at 11am regarding checking out. We go to hotels about 20 nights a year and NEVER have me been bugged about checking out in such a way.

Under renovation. Was placed on 3rd floor. No elevator. No phone in room. Only a ‘grab it & go’ breakfast.

No pool no jacuzzi no carpet on the stairs

Rooms were very clean and renovated, but the stairways were dirty and seemed in disrepair.

The front desk check in was so unprofessional and rude. The whole hall way smelled like burnt popcorn to the point you had to hold your breath walking down the hallway. There were renovations occurring and the rest of the hotel was dirty. It smelled, the staff was inappropriate and unprofessional.

Property and rooms were clean. Friendly staff. I did unplug my fridge as it was making a loud noise that I couldn’t sleep through lol.

Dirty horrible customer service.

The hotel was dirty. The pool was out of order and people were stomping up and down the hall all night long. Breakfast was crap. And the guy that checked us out was rude

Our stay was totally unsatisfactory however we had a late arrival and no time to book another room. The hotel is very rundown and looked like it was in the middle of remodeling. Our room was dirty, hair in bedsheets and in bathroom (not ours) no soap in bathroom, towels were stained and dingy. No coffee packet, sugar, creamer, stirring rods. The ‘breakfast’ the next morning consisted of coffee and granola bars. That’s it!

Front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful. Very understanding. The room was very clean and most importantly no bedbugs. The bathroom was spotless as well. I so appreciate the cleans. I’m excited to be here and will recommend anyone stay at super eight.

No pool open dirty place would not recommend

No breakfast it was, there was no coffee. The room Stuck And there were Roaches. My wife recorded a roach in the bathroom

The facility is in process of a major remodel. That in itself is a good thing, however, the room we stayed in was mostly remodeled but not finished and they rented it anyway. The painting in the bathroom was only partially complete. The new bathtub wasn’t supported properly and it squeaked as I moved my feet during my shower. Annoying to me but assume irritating to my neighbors at 0500. The deadbolt lock on the door would not lock because it didn’t align with the strike plate on the jamb. If they believe that this room is complete their contractor is doing a terrible job. It could be a very nice room when properly finished.

It was an average room, the only complain we had as senior people was there weren't some sort of grab bars in the tub/shower.

Sink was plugged up. Room looked updated but needs more updating.Heater and AC did not work

I liked that room 109 was all new. It was finished well and was comfortable to be in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, more comfortable than my own bed. The room was really nice.I will be back. I frequent the race track it’s really convenient to that .

Well-insulated from exterior noise, not so much from interior noise (doors closing shut, construction, etc.)

No phone in the room. Staff was great!! Bed was comfortable. A/C worked very well. Not enough TY channels. Power went out about 7 in the morning. Property is undergoing renovation, so I'm sure things will get better.

First night the WiFi did not work and the night clerk was rude but after that it was good. The breakfast was poor at best

It was horrible. No hot water & the shower didn’t work at all. Wasn’t very clean, half of what was advertised was not available due to “renovation” but this wasn’t communicated to us upon making reservation.

Afternoon lady was awesome but morning kids were rude.

Horrible customer service I showed up extremely tired from driving all day at 11PM. Just wanted to get my room and crash. I walk in the lobby and the mask wearing front desk agent completely ignores me until I tell I'm here to check in. He runs my card says declined, drops it back in the slot then goes back to ignoring me as if I'm just going to go away. Turns out my bank had just put the money in wrong account, but getting treated like an annoying cockroach as a paying customer left a bad impression, his propensity to glare at me every time I walked through the lobby didn't improve my opinion of the establishment either. I will be avoiding Super8 by Wyndham in the future, and go infest some other hotel where they won't see me as an infestation in the first place.

The hotel clerk attempted tp run my debit card after we checked out and was being charged 250 for my boyfriend service dog

The gal that checked me in was not friendly at all. She wanted to get me out of the room so she can play on her phone. The guy that checked me out was worse. He was very rude.

The gentleman at the front desk was very standoffish and rude! I asked him if there was anything special I needed to stay there, and he said no. I check in with my ID and he responded "I won\'t serve you because you live here!" He went on to say we don\'t serve locals, and refused to give me any further assistance on getting a refund! He was even meaner to another customer, a black man trying to check in too! He refused to give his name or any type of help or explanation about why we couldn\'t check in. My home is being remodeled and that\'s why I needed the room. It made for a very rough night as they had the best rate for that day. I ended up spending $100 more on a 5 star hotel! Not Cool At All!

Stay was nice and overall great. Still some construction going on Pool and hot tub were closed and did like the deposit if your phone number starts with (719) area code. Both Front desk ladies were super helpful and great to work with.

It was good until checkout and the front desk clerk that checked me out was extremely rude and disrespectful...it was a younger dark haired girl and from the moment I went to check out she was incredibly disrespectful and rude also they need more and better parking...the woman who checked us in was awesome as was the night audit ...

The staff member at the counter was rude and unhelpful. He did not explain policies that were unfamiliar to me; he just pointed at a sign and insolently said it’s right there. When I questioned about being charged for early check in he said that that was the policy and then announced that I needed to leave a $100 deposit because I paid cash for the early check in. I did not understand from his comments that all he really needed was a credit card on hold in the event of any incidentals. I also had never been required to provide an ID for each person staying in the room. Because of his surly attitude, I suggested that he should stay home if he didn’t want to be at work and be civil to the customers. He then, with a great flourish, slapped the cash and IDs that I had given him and announced that the motel was not accepting early check ins that day. At that point my friend and I decided that we would rather lose the $84 that the room cost on Expedia and was non refundable than to tolerate any more of his attitude. We then went to a sister property, the Travelodge, and booked a room. The service there was wonderful and we spent a great night in a safe and pleasant place. I was also taken aback that at the super 8 the front desk was behind a plexiglass wall with a slide thru trough like is found at a gas station. Such an unpleasant experience.

When we checked in the lady was really nice. I didn’t know about the $100 cash deposit, and I asked where the nearest ATM was and she told me. She called our room and asked if we needed anything and we said an extra pillow. She brought us one. The next morning there was a guy working and he was RUDE! I was checking out and he goes the card keys go over in that box. Like talking to me like I was a stupid little kid. (I’m 45 years old. Not 5) so I put it in the box and he just stared at me like I was stupid. Didn’t ask can I help you etc? I said we had to put down a $100 deposit and it was like he thought I was lying. So then he said well I need to inspect the room. Then snapped by the way what room was it? I told him and he went and inspected it. Came back and gave us our deposit back. He didn’t say anything as we left. No have a nice day, no thanks for staying, not even goodbye. He was just really rude! The hot tub was down for renovations so we couldn’t use that. The continental breakfast was juice and a nature valley bar. It was 7:30 when we checked out. I was afraid to ask the guy behind the desk if that was the breakfast. He probably would have snapped at me again. Or talked to me like I was stupid. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Just rude morning staff.

Great place, near major events

The back parking was fine but there were a few sketchy guys in a car hanging out in the back for quite a long time. Made me uncomfortable

I stay here when I drive thru Pueblo, Co however this time I saw a homeless person staying in the retaining pond east of hotel. And there was a guy sitting next to building plugged into outlet and a person sitting in a car playing on their phone for the longest time. Was this a connected event?

I like the location where everything is at walking reach

Property was very sketchy upon first views. But looks were deceiving because the rooms were surprisingly clean and nice

We booked and paid for eight rooms for our traveling baseball team. One reason we went to this property was because they said they had breakfast. Please see the picture. That was the breakfast. All of it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Going through renovation so area messy looking . Hot tub and pool closed which i drove an extra 30 miles for. Breakfast consisted of a granola bar and yogurt.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The property is under renovation, and the parts that have not been renovated yet are really old, decrepit, and dirty. My room was totally fine, as was the portion of hallway where my room was. The listing said, "breakfast included," but breakfast turned out to be just Nature Valley granola bars, little containers of yogurt, and cans of orange juice. Nothing bad there, but I think the listing should have said something like "limited selection of cold breakfast items."

It was great except we had 4 people in our party and showed up 15 minutes late for breakfast, which is grab and go, and they said it was over, so I asked if I could just get the two kids a yogurt and they said “ breakfast is over” so I said can I buy it and they said, “ it’s not for sale and breakfast is over!” My kids were hungry “Geez”
