Hotel and room was clean and area around it was clean also. Breakfast was good with several choices. Check in was a little slow as attendant had to leave front desk several times. Elevator wasn’t working. Beds were more firm than I prefer.

Great staff and very nice hotel amenities. Unfortunately, there was no WIFI service at all and saying it was a problem for two weeks!! Well I was unable to work from my laptop in the room. Very inconvenient and costly.. I would have thought the management would offer some type of credit or compensation

Renovations impacted use of exercise room and pool. Door to area entering could not be opened because of renovations and tile work. Icy road had to be crossed in order to get to vehicles on the north side of building. Very unsafe. Breakfast was served in an area about 10 x 20. Had to go to room to eat.

Need a more cleaned rooms. The property closet was damaged and the floor carpet was damp and smelly. Not the mention the room lacked light and was dark, the furniture and cabinets were chipped and old.

The chair, ottoman, and protective spread were so stained, I wouldn’t even touch them. The remote and several surfaces had spots on them like the room had been bug bombed and the surfaces not properly cleaned. I had to keep washing my hands after handling anything for fear of chemical contact. Several places had paint missing or chipped. The room needed a complete overhaul, which is a shame because the lobby area was fantastic.

There are stains on the carpet between the queen beds. There was a hair in the shower. The toilet made loud noises The bathroom sink drained slowly When the stains were brought to the manager’s attention he said they had a busy weekend

This place was one of my favorite places to stay, but this time it was horrible.There's mold in the sink that stunk so bad we couldn't use the shower, I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs, the mattress was lumpy and so uncomfortable and there were no outlets next to the bed.

Village Inn is right next door so that was convenient to walk to. The room was quiet, bed/pillows comfortable. The curtains could been a little bit longer to cover the edges of the window and they didn't overlap well to keep outside parking lot lights blocked out. That was a little distracting at times for all of us. Otherwise overall decent place to stay & we'd stay again.

We checked in and after showers realized the ac wasn’t working. It was 10:16 when I telephoned the front desk. The man who answered said I needed to use the wall unit to control the ac but I kept telling him there was no power to the wall control. He argued with me that I had complete control and then said it was late and there was nothing he could do about it. My husband went to speak to him in person where he said he would note the problem and have maintenance check it it tomorrow. My husband sad you’ll have to move us because we can’t sleep in a room with no ac. He finally moved us to a room with ac but no bedside lamps but we were so tired we just went to sleep.

Check In left a bad taste in my mouth when I was called “dear” in a patronizing tone. Things seemed a little run down but it was fairly clean. Mattresses were FIRM, so be prepared. Check out was simple and easy.

It's loud. Everything is loud. The heater/AC is loud, the fridge is loud, and it's really close to a busy street. You will hear every single car. If you have trouble with noise, bring ear plugs.

The Windgate is a nice place to stay. Just off I 25. Their parking lot is very well lit. The lobby was recently remodeled. Rooms are clean. Hotel is quiet. The front desk staff is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to stay there when I am in Pueblo.

Nice & clean room, pool and breakfast areas. Breakfast had a great variety of hot food. Only a few things that we didn’t like but would stay again for sure. The sheets on the bed were pilling and felt rough. They need higher quality sheets. Also didn’t like how strong the chemicals in the hot tub were, but at least we felt like it was safe from bacteria. It was conveniently located near a Walmart Superstore and close to I-25.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay considering the price. For me, I don’t need a fancy hotel but cleanliness is a must and this place was near spotless and clean-smelling in the room and common areas. The breakfast was what you’d expect.. eggs and sausage were not good. But I enjoyed the waffles and fruit. I would recommend this place for sure.
