A fantastic hotel , staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was huge , great selection of food for breakfast. Pool area and BBQ looked fantastic , we couldn’t use these facilities due to the rain . Would definitely recommend this hotel and will look to use them again

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was overall in great shape. The daily clean could have been more thorough but overall generally okay. The pool area and lobby were very well kept and stocked. The pool is extreme child friendly with a fun kid splash pool with a little slide. There is a nice area to grill, eat and hang out by the pool. The hotel has grill tools for guest use. The location is a nice distance between both Lewes and Rehoboth.

We love staying here when in Rehoboth. Staff is really nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great, especially with a large family like ours. Eggs, sausage, bagels, coffee, etc. Room are clean. The outdoor splashdown play area is fun for kids and theres two big grills, adirondack chairs, hang out space. Highly recommend, great price.

It was truly a heated pool! We could go swimming outside in October! Some of the rooms smell like dogs but likely because they allow dogs. Staff was friendly and super helpful! Fun Halloween decorations!!

The room had a terrible stench. It was on first floor and although window (also in poor condition) could open about 6 inches, there was no screen and it did not feel safe. Floors were vacuumed, but definitely not mopped. Room door did not seal properly (seemed as if it had been broken into previously)...in general, did not feel safe. Staff were very pleasant, but apparently nothing could be done when I expressed concerns about smell and cleanliness shortly after arriving. I would not return to this hotel. One upside.....no bugs detected.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room appeared to be pretty clean until we had to push the bed out to plug in the alarm clock and there was half of an uneaten bagel behind the bed. Also if you are staying on the first floor please check to make sure the window is locked, our window was unlocked and the emergency exit door was left cracked open.

The room was not clean. The bed cover had blood stains on it, the desk chair was very dirty and the bathroom toilet was loose and wobbly. But all the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful especially Bobbie.

Housekeeping was not good at all. The floors were filthy from the first day and even after service they still did not clean them. I had to go to the front desk for someone to clean it. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive.

The queen room suite we were assigned had a barn door for the bathroom that did not lock or stay closed, and the outlets didn’t hold any of our chargers. I requested to switch rooms and the front desk was very accommodating. They contacted me as soon as another room became available. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated and my daughter loved the kids splash area. The free continental breakfast was amazing with several options to choose from. My favorite was the waffles and they had hot strawberries to put on top with whip cream. We only stayed one night but the experience was fantastic.

The front desk staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Main Hotel areas and rooms were clean and comfortable. The biggest problems were the very small bathrooms, and most troublesome, the lack of any sound proofing of the adjoining room door. We could hear full conversations of the family in the adjoining room, who didn’t go to sleep until well after midnight. Would not stay here again for only that reason.

The hotel was fine, but noisy. The walls are very thin. I had to call the office at 11:15 pm because the people in the room next door had the tv blaring. Then, I could hear loud snoring through the wall. The front desk obliged as I could easily hear the phone ring and the tv was lowered. This is a pet friendly hotel— no problem. I love dogs. But, the dog in the room next door started barking at about 5:00 am and I continually heard its owner tell it to quiet down. Comfortable bed, but a horrible night of sleep.

We never got to stay at the Sleep Inn because of problems with the reservation dates being changed without our knowledge and the reservation information sent was not sent to the email address that we gave. Since these things were out of our control, we thought a refund was legitimate, however, the manager refused to give us a refund. We were looking forward to visiting Rehoboth Beach area but the who mess with the reservation put a damper on our trip. My husband was very sick in 2024 and this was our first trip that he could take. What a bummer

On initial entry, staff member Becca was especially welcoming listened well, and responded to my questions based on what I'd said not some canned answer, repeated, Great guest services.

We booked this stay to be near some relatives that we were visiting. The location just off the Coastal highway, mllladel it easy to navigate the heavy auto traffic conditions in the Rehoboth area. The motel is clean and well managed, and we will make it our first choice in the future when visiting the area.

Everything was great. I would have to say the only thing is when we went to go get breakfast there was no more sausage and we got down to breakfast at 8:20 in the morning but that’s something minor. The person that was working in the kitchen area was such a sweet lady.

The room was clean and great for the night. The halls were loud during the night with kids yelling. The breakfast was excellent. Fully stocked, hot and delicious. The lady working was very friendly. My 8 year old son got bread from a nearby Italian restaurant. Brought it back to the hotel. He misunderstood me saying we can ask the hotel (meaning at breakfast the next day) and asked the front desk clerk at 8 PM. She went in and got him plenty of butter for his bread. This made his night! He enjoyed his bread. Thank you to the wonderful worker who made his night!

The room was smelly from mildew and perhaps from old carpet. The carpet needs to be replaced to LVP flooring to maintain cleanliness. I think the entire building needs new flooring to keep the hallways bright and clean. I didnt know the pool is designed for kids. It has structures like a playground in the pool. Breakfast was ok. Hard boiled eggs were not provided during my stay. Replace oatmeal packets to home cooked oatmeal.

Very friendly and helpful front desk especially in the evening shift. So and so cleaning service as they missed to clean up our room on day#2 even though we reminded them that we needed clean towels. We ended up taking our trash out- very disappointing. Breakfast nothing excited; it was great to have waffles machines but it will be better to have one pan for pancakes too...also it will be nice too to offer more options like croissant, Nutella, a couple varieties of mini cupcakes. Overall, a great accommodation near to the beaches and the outlets!
