Nice and clean room. Great location- close to everything. Outdoor pool was a nice for a quick evening swim. We didn’t eat the breakfast so we can’t comment on that. We’re pretty easy, so we just need a place to rest. 10/10 in our eyes. Would definitely book again!

Front desk was welcoming and even offered to book rooms across from each other as we had two rooms in our party. Convenient location from the beach and the free breakfast was satisfying! Rooms were cozy, clean, and spacious. Laundry room came in handy also. A negative was that the fridge froze some food we had stored overnight and we had to discard them the next morning. Also, it felt freezing throughout the night but I was able to adjust the AC and warm up the room. Overall, great place to stay! 9/10.

We have stayed at this property before. For the price it was fine. There was no service. We had to take the trash, to the front desk, go ask for towels when needed. No one ever came to the room the next day to see if we needed any supplies, or anything. The pool wasn't very clean and no pads for the lounge seating.

cindy and maya at front desk very friendly and helpful. room very clean and beds very comfy. room ac worked fabulously and relatively quiet. we were in the east facing side, so sun came in early. also, could be a little smelly at the pool based on the wind. there is a grocery store with a dumpster next door. NOT a dealbreaker . room had blackout curtains, but still not dark enough. fabulous location to food, shopping, lewes, rehoboth, and dewey. easy to get to the beach. pool very nice, could use a few umbrellas for loungers. will stay here again when we come back to this area. great value for cost in summer season (july 2-6)

First time staying. It was clean but definitely an older hotel. The ac was ice cold and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was continental so no hot foods except for a pancake maker. The pool is very nice as well.

Pool was closed due to chemical levels, no signs or letting people know. Went outside to find the gate locked and became locked outside, had to walk all the way around the outside of the building to find out, and the gentleman working behind the desk was not nice about it at all. They could at minimum have posted a sign or let guests know upon arrival. Then we needed quarters for laundry and he told us he didn't have any and we should go to a laundry mat and use a credit card. Hotel was nice enough, but wouldn't stay here again.

Our room was filthy. Hair in shower, toilet dirty, carpet so dirty. The shower curtain had mold. There was a stain on the carpet and wall beside bed that looked like someone died there. It was just terrible. Oh and the free breakfast was a complete joke. Good thing was no bedbugs!

The toilet in our room didn’t work. We had to manually flush it. We asked for maid service (clean/dry towels) but we didn’t get it. The shower curtain didn’t fit the shower and there was black mold on the bottom of one side of the curtain which pooled at the one end of the tub. The free breakfast consisted of packaged, small, muffins, danish, cereal, and make your own pancakes. We went out every morning. The stair wells were never swept, cereal and or crackers remained on the floor and stairs the entire time we were there. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. One of the front desk women was very nice, that’s about it for anything positive.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel is within walking distance from a few restaurants. However, the condition of the room wasn’t good. There was hair on the pillows of one of the beds, there was a bit of mold on the shower curtain, and we had to wipe the counters with Clorox wipes because they were sticky and a bit dirty.

The room was clean at first glance but there were areas around the sink that had not been cleaned. The stairwell was full of cob webs. The walls are very thin and despite the hotel being nearly vacant, we were next to an extremely loud person who interfered with our enjoyment and ability to go to sleep/sleep in. The compressor on the air conditioner did not work well. The breakfast options were extremely limited. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. On the upside, it was close to the outlets and a 5 minute drive from rehobeth beach. Would not stay here again.

It was a decent stay for a one night trip. There didn't seem to be much staff to help out with things if we needed it. Each time we walked to the front desk it was empty. The key system is also a bit of a concern. The keycards lost magnetism quickly. This apparently is a known issue but hasn't really been resolved yet. Our TV in the hotel room did not work properly. It constantly looked for a signal that it never found and the sound didn't work. When I inquired about this at the front desk, the attendant asked did I try to change channels as a resolution. Not only did that not work, there was no furthur attempt to address my concern about the TV. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was lackluster. For a quick stay, its not a bad hotel. But the expectation shouldn't be high for the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend. It a great hotel. We had people playing music right outside of our room and we called the front desk at 3:00 AM and a gentle man we spoke to was able to stop them right away. Great people at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants reasonable price, clean and you’re stay.
