Brighton Suites Hotel

They provided day passes for a great Gym across the street. Professional gym. It was great!

Traveled as a family of 4 with a 3 and 5 year old. Suites were spacious and we didn’t feel cramped. Clean rooms. My only real complaint was the pool. It was cold (apparently it’s not heated during summer months even though it’s an indoor pool and does not get warm by the sun) and there was a lot of bubbles in it which can be an indicator of poor cleanliness. It’s too bad because it rained half of our trip so a warmer, clean pool would have been nice. Otherwise it was a great place.

Entirety of the facilities was well kept and clean. Our room was great and also included a fridge and a microwave. The gym was off property but just across the street with reasonable hours (6 am - 8 pm). They allowed us to park earlier than our check in time and to stay in the garage later than our check out time, very convenient. We had a great stay overall. Would recommend.

A block away from the boardwalk. Clean. Friendly staff. (A single, slow-moving elevator, but it's large and that's tolerable.)

We were gratefully surprised to see how large and nice was our room. The only observation I will made is the pool water has way too much bleach. It gave me a rush and itchy eyes. Other than that we are looking forward to come back.

My main concern is that they only have one elevator and that presented a problem during check in and out. as well as other times

The property NEEDS a proper elevator! The one (1) that they have is slow arriving, slow closing and slow between floors...

A decent hotel that is close to the beach. Priced right. Parking can be challenging, two parking garages, one for SUVs and trucks, the other for regular sized vehicles. Both under building garages are tight or smallish. Staff were helping some customers park. Staff were fantastic. Hotel offers free use of beach chairs and towels, both decent quality ,my wife loved this! Older hotel, so soundproofing between rooms not ideal. We could hear kids crying and loud people talking in the next room. Speaking of noise, early in the morning a street sweeper with vacuum would come by to clean the public street. This was followed by Sysco and other 18 wheelers delivering food supplies to nearby restaurants early in the morning, very noisy. Not the fault of the hotel, but if you are a light sleeper be warned. Ask staff for a room NOT facing the primary street, the front of the hotel.

The property was close to downtown Rehoboth, and the hotel provided all of the normal amenities (pool, etc.) but the hotel went above by providing beach chairs and towels - nice touch that we didn't have to schlep from home.

Great hotel but parking is stressful. We really liked the rooms, location and people but the parking arrangement is funky to say the least . They have two basement garages. The upper smaller one is great and they reserve it for “oversized” vehicles. The other one is for “regular “ vehicles but many of the spaces are about 7’ wide with support columns on either side of a double space. If you leave your spot to go to dinner It’s luck of the draw as to whether a right size spot will be available. Talking with other guests one guy says he puts a roof rack on so they have to let him park in the oversized space. Another says once he is parked he Ubers so he doesn’t have to deal with it. They need a better system—we were there in a relatively slow week—can’t imagine what it’s like when it’s busy.

Housekeeping was excellent…towels,toiletries replaced as needed. Felt like the first day cleanliness was there till,our last day. The location was perfect…no need to use our car since everything was so close.

Floor in rooms and hallways was filthy dirty. Large stains all over floor in our room and right outside our door. Found blood on our pillowcase. Found some kind of yuck on our wall by kitchenette table (booger, blood??!). Staff were friendly but place needs updating and cleaning.

We stayed here near the end of September, just after the off-season started. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the boardwalk, beach, shops, and restaurants. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean! Our room was cleaned every day and refilled with any toiletries and towels we needed. Staff & Service: The staff was very friendly, always greeting us whenever we would come or go. Property condition & facilities: This is unfortunately where things aren't so great. The hotel is old. The elevator is abysmally slow, especially for only going to 5 floors, we often took the stairs. The furniture in the room was also old, and our bed had a large space behind it that smelled of old dust and musty, not a great thing to smell while trying to sleep. Also, the reviews about the paper thin walls and the sounds of flushing toilets are verified, they are quite loud and startling the first few times you hear it. The pool was nice, but the floor around the pool was like walking on needles and very uncomfortable. The pool was small going from 3-4 ft, but it was indoor! Parking was easy for the most part as they have a small garage under the hotel, but it was very tight and had limited spots. During peak season, the garage may not be the easiest place to find parking. Overall: Despite a few shortcomings, we still had a very nice stay! If you don't mind the older amenities, the tradeoff for a great location, friendly staff, and clean stay is definitely worth it.

Very clean, comfortable, beds were great. Housekeeping was wonderful. All staff were exceptional. Great location. Looking forward to going back again.

This was our second stay at the Brighton Suites Hotel. The location is very close to the beach and excellent restaurants. We were greeted at check-in by friendly front desk staff and we were given a parking tag even though our room wasn’t ready, since we arrived early. We were contacted when the room was ready and we returned to unload our car. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels for the beach. We recommend this hotel to everyone looking for an outstanding facility and staff.

Dirty hotel; location was great however, the dirtiness outweighed the location

Hotel is in the perfect location and walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and shopping/dining. The property and rooms were spotless! We would definitely return and stay again.

Brighton Suites was above and beyond my expectations! Cleanliness was exceptional. Every nook and cranny was spotless. Employees of the hotel were very friendly. Greeting you in the morning if you came through the lobby and again in the evening or throughout the day. Maid service came in twice per day and tidied up our room, bathroom and provided anything you were running low on. Rooms are very spacious and beds very, very comfortable. Hotel is located near all conveniences. We parked in the parking garage which was another plus and didn’t have to drive anywhere for the 4 days we were there. We are planning another trip to Rehoboth Beach next summer and will definitely stay at Brighton Suites.

The rooms were huge and clean and comfortable! A few stains on the carpet but it’s a beach hotel so that doesn’t surprise me. I’d still return. Also, our room smelled a bit like chlorine, but I think it’s because we were under the pool pump. Didn’t love it, but it wasn’t terrible.

Front desk attendants were very kind, easy check-in/check-out process. Room was definitely worth the price although the bathroom was a bit small (just not a good layout), and the bed design was interesting. My family and friends will certainly keep Brighton Suites on our go to list.

The mattresses were the only thing i didn't like. Very hard & uncomfortable. Luckily it was only a one night stay. Everything else was great!

The bed was really hard. We also got a connector room that connects at the bedrooms. I really did not need to hear other people taking and doing things right at the door.

Great Location, easy walk to the beach. Bring a wagon or buggy if you have a lot of stuff to carry with you to the beach. Our only complaint were the thin walls. We could hear everything above us and in the rooms next to us.

I like the fact the bedroom was separate from the living area. Was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave.

Great stay here. My parents stayed here years ago so I was skeptical about it. This has to be the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. Staff were great! Only downside was that I could hear someone snoring in the room next door.

Rooms were super clean and spacious. Only a block away from the beach. Liked the fact there was a separate living room and bedroom. Overall quiet and relaxing stay. It was also nice that beach chairs were available for free.

First room had a wretched smell however staff and manager provided us a different room that was spot on.

Front desk guy with grey hair was very rude for no reason.

Our stay at Brighton was delightful. Just one block from Rehoboth ave, quiet but walkable to all the action. Great service from everyone working there.

I recently stayed at Brighton Suites, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the room itself was nice, the overall stay ended on a very negative note due to the behavior of the hotel manager. On the day of our departure, I inquired at noon about the possibility of extending our stay. The front desk agents abruptly informed me that we needed to check out by 11 am. This alone was a bit surprising, as I expected a more courteous response. However, the situation escalated when the manager confronted me in the lobby. He aggressively told me, "You people are what is wrong with the world." This statement was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive. Given the context, I couldn't help but wonder…. what did he mean by this? You people? Ultimately, we decided to leave earlier than planned due to this uncomfortable and hostile encounter. I have never experienced such treatment at any hotel and will never return to Brighton Suites. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking a stay here.

Excellent customer service! They treated us like VIPs. Even though we aren't important at all, haha. Thank you Brighton Suites! We will be back for sure.

Unbelievably bad experience. Had loud neighbors above us non-stop the first night we were there (didn’t complain). Second night, non-stop noise again. By 11pm, called down to the front desk - person at front desk acted like they could have cared less. 20 minutes later, still loud non-stop noise, call again — different person, same response. Now, it’s midnight and the noise is still ongoing. We go down to the front desk where the person working the front desk said they’d only been working there a month and doesn’t know what the quiet policy is. Was somewhat rude, and completely unhelpful. Noise continued throughout the evening, and while we were there at the front desk, she said she never gets noise complaints, as she literally gets a call from someone else complaining about the noise from that room. Next morning, go to check out and tell the manager what happened the night before. He immediately got aggressive, started yelling at us that he was done with dealing with this crap this summer, literally told us to get out and threatened to call the police! No-one was yelling at him, simply explaining the situation and that it wasn’t handled well and he turned somewhat threatening out of absolutely nowhere. To say his response was not only completely out of line, but of a hostile crazy nature would be an understatement. If you stay here, and have any kind of problems — be prepared to deal with it yourself because if you dare try to get help this is what you’ll deal with.

We wanted a quick and easy beach getaway and the Brighton Suites did not disappoint! Checkin was a breeze and Robin was top notch answering our questions and making us feel very welcome. The room was clean and very well maintained - for being a hotel at the beach, we were pleasantly surprised with the upscale linens and finishes. We enjoyed time at the pool and loved being able to quickly walk to Rehoboth Ave. We will definitely be back!

Location is perfect, 11/2blocks from beach, Funland, and bandstand 2 blocks away, restaurants all walking distance, from 50 feet to a few blocks, indoor pool a big plus, laundry facilities, coffee in lobby daily, towels and chairs for beach, easy parking, house keeping friendly and helpful as is each and ever person we e met. This is our 2nd year,, 2 rooms, 4 adults 2 young children. Love this place.

Clean, nice pool, friendly staff, great parking garage, needs to provide breakfast or needs restaurant/room service.

It was spacious, clean and lived the grudge and microwave in the room with a wet bar. The 2 room suite was comfy as were the beds. Big TV's in both rooms, good outlets, Color and decor was lovely. Shower was good pressure. Closet space very good. Covered garage was great and centrally located to the Avenue! The only thing I wish they had was breakfast in the morning.

I love Brighton Suites. The hotel is unique with its center atrium that allows light into the cottage-type rooms. The sitting room is comfortable as is the bedroom. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated perfectly one block from beach and one block off the main drag. Price is reasonable too. This was our second visit and will definitely come again. Only negative is we wish we could bring our dog in the off season. But really no biggy.

The hotel was super convenient to everything. Within minutes you could eat at upscale restaurants, shop, bar hop, or sit on the beach. Parking was is a garage with plenty of room. The elevator was insanely slow so I recommend the stairs if you can. The room was super spacious and the bed was comfy. I feel like the the room wasn’t as clean as it should be, for instance there was a tag from someone’s clothing on the dresser. There was no visible “dirt” but if that was left there then what else wasn’t cleaned was my thought process. Overall, I would recommend staying here and if we are ever back in Rehoboth, I would stay here again.

Friendly check in Cons: because of the good location and proximity to things, its easy to hear people talking outside No breakfast offered(but restaurants are within walking distance) They could upgrade to keurigs in rooms -the packaging of room coffee was such that i couldnt even open it Small things but when you sleep 4 hours after work and event the previous day..
