Couldn't have asked for a better stay to bring in the new year! The staff was super friendly, very helpful and went above and beyond! The room was clean, well stocked and had plenty of room! Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options and even offer gluten free items! Heat pool was open and gym was nice!

This is my second time staying here because it was my favorite hotel but last week the swimming pool heater was broken and i would liked to be informed before doing the check-in, unfortunately the hotel couldn't fix the problem so my kids could enjoy the swimming pool, i asked when this problem would be fixed but the receptionist didn't give me a straight answer. He just told me the water should be warm which wasn't true. This inconvenience damaged my small vacation in Delaware. I will look for another hotel next time.

If I can add one thing, it would be additional "Handicap" parking spots. If we went out to dinner and came back around 7:00, there were no handicap parking spots. My husband has difficulty walking, as I am sure many people do.

We traveled with our pet. Checkin was great and our pet received a goodie bag which had milk bones, poop bags and even a small stuffed toy. That was a nice touch. The hotel was very clean, as was a pet friendly room. The only downside was that there was not a larger area to walk your pet. Breakfast was included & there was a very nice array of breakfast items which were refilled throughout the time available and very clean. I would stay there again

The worst hotel we have ever stayed. The hotel is full of bedbugs! We were there for a family vacation thinking we picked a good hotel. It was an absolute disaster and really regretted we picked the hotel. First impression when we checked-in was unbelievably bad. It was a lady who seemed to be really unwelcoming. She seemed not happy working there at all. What customer service?! Customer service is non-existent! We were confused but tolerated everything until we couldn’t sleep, especially my toddler, because of bed bugs. We changed rooms twice, but all rooms seemed to be infested. The worst part is that front desk people didn’t seem to care even with the bedbug picture below. No apologies for any inconvenience the bedbugs caused us. Please refer the picture below and stay away from this hotel! Run 🏃‍♀️ away!!!!!

Lovely visit, hotel staff go above and beyond. The walls, however, are so low grade you can hear not only everything in the hallways but in the rooms on either side and across the hall. And whoever is on the design team should go back to school: barn doors do NOT belong on a bathroom. Absolutely zero privacy.

the hotel was nice. my room and my reserved room didn’t quite line up but close enough. temperature control was rough. i know the seasons are changing but i spent the whole night so warm and with no blankets. the thermostat had no effect.

The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was great. He treated everyone as if they were the only person in line. The location for this hotel is right on Route 1 which makes it a little noisy. We also had some loud people standing at the elevator but the hotel really can't control that kind of behavior. It was only for a few minutes but woke us up. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you bring a pet, I don't know where you would walk it. I didn't see much grass around. I'd be afraid with the highway so close, too.

This is a nice property overall. Clean and easy to park. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was nice. Only negative, with the guest rooms, the doors are kind of loud when they close. So, if you have people around you who are going in and out of their rooms, you would likely hear their doors pretty loudly. Other than these doors, the property was great overall.

This property was just fully remodeled within the last 1-2 years. It is beautiful and has been well maintained. The staff Kelsey and Daniel at the Front Desk were very helpful, friendly and professional as was the housekeeping staff and maintenance.

Was in town for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. Hotel was amazing. Best breakfast at a hotel we have had in years. Place was above and beyond great. One shoutout to Dan at the front desk, he was kind, friendly, great recommendations, quick to solve problems and was just downright amazing. Will stay there again.

I arrive at 12:45 am after a long day of travel. Bill, the hotel employee at the desk, told me my reservation had been canceled because I had arrived so late. He told me my only option was to pay for the room a second time. It took 45 minutes from the time I arrived at the hotel until I finally got into my room.

What I didn’t like was The front desk attendant named Leslie she was rude and ignorant when I call down and ask just for one hour late check out she was very rude and said no only Diamond member get late checkouts on Sunday all I wanted to do is finish enjoying the facility going swimming one hour would have not of matter and when I went down and talk to her check out she was even ruder. But I am not going to let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch because when we checked in Dae was awesome. Leslie should take a page out of his book.

Everything would have been much better had there not been an alarm going off until 1:00 am. When I called the front desk to alert them, they first questioned if I was hearing things and then said someone would be by to take care of it. I went back down to the front desk and was told the manager would be by soon to correct the issue. When I asked how long, they asked if I wanted my room changed….at 11:30 pm….with a family of five. I asked again about the manager and no answer. No follow up and no compensation for the poor conditions. Disappointing as most Hampton inns we stay at have had excellent service.

Enjoyed my long weekend stay. Hotel was convenient to the Rehoboth area, near shopping, restaurants, downtown Rehoboth and the beach. The hotel and outside property was always well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely, comfortable hotel. However, the breakfast is pretty mediocre. They should not advertise a “hot breakfast”. It is “Airplane” food heated up. Pastries and coffee are meh. And everything is served on paper plates with plastic utensils. C’mon…its a Hilton. At least invest ina commercial dishwasher and have crockery plates and cups.

Parking was never a problem and we were in walking distance of the outlet malls in the area. The staff in charge of breakfast are amazing. Very warm and welcoming which is a pleasant start to anyone’s morning.
