Second time staying at this property and we always had a pleasant experience. We were allowed to check in early both times and were able to get into the water park early. However, it’s also always a challenge getting out of the garage, receptionist took all our keys at check out and advised us to call for help in order to open the gate to exit but nobody is picking up calls,

The pool was extremely packed , limited seating for those that are staying overnight and sleeping at the hotel. The hotel guest should have priority over those just visiting for a day pass. Limited servers by the pool area. Too over populated and over priced . I dont think i will be visiting again

Stay away if you travel with kid. The water park is ok but at 5 star closing everywhere. Hotel pool is only for adults. No kid areas. So at 5 pm forget about pool time.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff wonderful! My only complaint is that 4/5 of the main pool at Tidal was closed due to bad filtration so even the small area that was open was cloudy and of course crowded since there was nowhere else to be! The pool was the sole reason I chose this hotel for my daughters birthday trip so that was a huge disappointment and the pool manager mentioned it has been like this for several weeks so they know but are not making note of it for future guests to make informed decisions. I would have chose a different location until it was fixed had I been informed so please call before booking!

The property is very spacious, lots of things to do on the property. The water park was incredible specially if you have little kids. Food and service was spectacular. Definitely a place to check out. Only con is the parking, very expensive.

The JW Marriott Turnberry is a great resort for a relaxing getaway. The lush grounds, spacious rooms, and excellent golf course create a true sense of escape. Some areas could use a refresh, as parts of the property feel a bit outdated, but the friendly service, beautiful pools, and overall comfort more than make up for it. A solid choice for both families and couples.

Staff is courteous and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The waterpark is a lot fun both for kids and adults. We stayed for 4th of July celebration and they plenty of activities and the fireworks show was exceptional. Will highly recommend to other guests.

We stayed here during Memorial Day weekend and dont have any complaints. I do notice that the staff were more attentive in past visits, cleanliness of the room could have been better specially the bathroom. you can also start to see wear and tear around the water park with many of the slides and water attractions with rust in many parts of the structures.

The front desk staff was extremely nice and so were the servers around the pool. I was able to check in early, which was awesome, so we went to our room to drop off our bags and headed down to the water park - which is always fun. Every worker I encountered at the resort was extremely kind and friendly. The pool side service was surprisingly quick and our food and drinks were good. I rated the property three stars because the one thing I can't stand to see at a hotel is a dirty room. I asked for an updated room - which I was granted. My room had stains in the carpet, mold in the shower grout, a broken lamp, and dirt/dust along the baseboards. I also deducted a star for the lack of turn-down service and free water. Most hotels will place one free bottle of water per night on the bedside tables - which is always super appreciated for taking pills or quenching your midnight thirst. You have to pay for a bottle of water here and don't dare touch it if you're not going to use it - the mini bar is on a sensor system. The other reason this hotel only got three stars is because there were no bath robes or slippers offered - you definitely can't be a 5 star hotel without those items. Solid 3 star hotel.

Room dirty, dirty carpet, no towels at room, I try call by phone front desk and nobody answer! I had to down at front desk to talk with employee! I find one pill of medication at chair, my dog and may 3 kids, 1 is baby, could have found that pill and taken, very dangerous!!!

The staff that checked me in was very short and standoffish. I was told I would receive a text when my room was ready I never received that text. Instead I had to check back in with the front desk after waiting nearly 3 hours on a text that never came. When I finally got into my room there was a spider in my bed, the room was almost clean, the balcony was dusty and the view was horrible.

Great location in Aventura. Perfect for families. Very crowded in peak season. They forgot to leave towels several times during our stay in three different rooms we had booked. Also they forgot completely to clean one of the rooms one day. The property feels a bit dated but is well kept. Had an incident regarding being cut by broken glass around the adult pool. We had wished better customer service after the incident, but we managed to leave satisfied.

The customer service was beyond excellent. However, the property needs some love. Shower corners at the roof line had mildew, the desk had a piece of varnish torn off, our phone did not have a phone cord. The welcome mat at valet had multiple stains. Expected much more care at the property.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. My only complaint is for the price you pay for the rooms. I should not be able to hear the people on either side of me loud and clear. I could not sleep for two nights because all I heard was conversations and other things happening in the room on both sides of me. Even occurred late into the night. I did reach out to the staff at the front desk to let them know, but there was nothing they could really do about it. The room is nice, but again it’s not quiet even if the people next to you are having a conversation and the other room it’s as loud and clear as if they were in the same room as you.

Staff was awful when we checked in we requested cribs it came after three times calling The next day we asked for extra towels didn’t receive it until our 2nd call in to request our last and final day was the icing on the cake went to get the car after 1hr of not receiving it we loaded it ourself and just asked for the key which they couldn’t find and then came 20min later and handed it to us. Only reason we came here was for the water park That wasn’t even good service as we had to ask them to clean the chair and then ask again for towels which they just handed to us

Housekeeping arrived at 4pm to clean for the first time while my family was trying to rest after a long day at the water park. They took one hour to clean the room while we waited n the hallway. We had to request housekeeping service 3 times. Valet parking took 45 mins each time to retrieve the car.

Noise! I heard people yelling in Spanish and slamming doors all night long. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone after midnight and the evening staff was short and rude. Needed help with my luggage for an early morning flight no one ever answered the phone. I had to struggle to the lobby with my handicapped mother, 4yr old and a ton of luggage to find the front desk person just sitting around with a bell hop. This place is beautiful with nice amenities but the lack of attentive staff ruined it for me. I will not return.

The valet was absolutely ridiculous. We waited over 30mins for our car and paid $50+ to park for one night. Not worth it. We got to our room and there was a dirty towel left on the balcony. The customer service check in desk was the only 5 star. Very disappointing

Amazing resort, the park fee is included in the hotel stay which is great addition to the stay. The rooms each have a balcony with amazing view and they were all clean and spacious. We used the garage ($50 per day) and were a 5 min drive to the mall. I would recommend this resort for families looking for a nearby inclusive hotel.

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to FLL airport and also close enough to the beach. It is also right across from Aventura mall which is convenient for shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious and my kids loved the water park and Starbucks.

Overall stay was enjoyable. The facilities and staff were great and the room sizable with a pretty view.The room service meals were good but the breakfast buffet at Corsair was very much under par; majority of the staples were empty the whole time. Not worth the $39. Also, found it odd that exactly at 11 when the buffet was over, it was announced to people to get what they wanted because they were closing (there was no food left) even though they had just been seated. The manager handled our concerns well and offered to comp our breakfast which we declined. We didn't use the water park because of the weather but it looked beautiful. Valet staff was fabulous and even remembered our name.

My daughter has a severe egg allergy and we asked the chef at the buffet breakfast if he could make eggless pancakes, and he wouldn’t. Said the pancakes are premix and he couldn’t accommodate. I find it hard to believe that a chef at a Marriott can not make an eggless pancake. Other than that the hotel was great and the water park is amazing for kids. I just wish they would be accommodating with kids with food allergies.

Beautiful stay check in was perfect, upgraded to a suite as they didn't have my room available. Grounds were gorgeous only issue was cost of food. 90$ for breakfast for 1 adult and 1 child buffet is a bit steep. 28$ for a personal cheese pizza just seemed a bit much after paying 400 plus for 1 night stay.

At the Bourbon restaurant, hotel staff aimed to charge me twice for breakfast. Eve though I paid the bill using one of my credit cards, they still added it to the preliminary folio. What a dishonest way of doing business!

Hotel is very nice, the rooms are also spacious but a little outdated and when housekeeping comes the next day they don’t actually really clean the room. Staff is very nice. Wish there was a little bit more to do after the waterpark closes with the kids, but there isn’t any.

Took forever to check in until 6-6:20 pm and they gave us the wrong room on top of that. Restaurant ran out of pizza. Wait times were exhirbitant. Wont go again.
