The staff were first class, especially Brandon on reception and the breakfast girls. Rooms are really quiet, even with the airport runway in view. Most of all, we like this hotel, because it is pet friendly. We knocked a star off because there was a lot of mess around the maintenance area, on the carpet on the ground floor while we were there for 3 days and no attempt was made to vacuum it. But, we really like this place and would recommend it.

I arrived to a room with a hot refrigerator, broken desk chair, room telephone didn't work. Housekeeping service was limited to after your 2nd night...that didn't happen. After the 3rd night...still no service so I asked change rooms. The hot tub was broken. The staff acked like they cared and were apologetic...but was it real?

The staff was friendly & helpful...great Mexican restaurant w/in a 5 minute walk. The lobby area was nice...lots of seats & tables. Our room was fairly nice but the wallpaper in the bathroom has started to peel. Also, when outside, the scent of tar was pretty strong (reroofing). Overall, I would probably stay here again.

It was a basic hotel with basic amenities. I did see roaches in the morning and did not really want to eat the free breakfast. That being said, the gentleman that checked us in was quite possibly the nicest person I’ve met at a hotel.

Chose location based on proximity to local university where I had an event. This is a good location close to many things. However, the hotel itself is in need of help! Although the common areas (lobby and sitting areas) were tidy, the floors/rooms were not in the best repair. Room one had a terrible heavy musty smell and I found it odd there was a dehumidifier unit in the room. Thought it’d be tolerable but changed my mind when also I pulled back covers to go to bed and found several long black hairs and a live bug crawling under my sheets. The lobby attendant did a great job re-rooming me and helping after I forgot some things in the previous room (thank you Lynda!). Room 2 was much fresher but it too had a dehumidifier that intermittently ran all night. Pros: helpful staff, good location, comfortable bed once re-roomed, spacious. Cons: run down, not as clean as expected, basic room features not up to standards (bug/hair in bed, mini fridge did not cool), noisy dehumidification units in rooms (what’s up with this?!?!). Overall would not recommend, especially as there are many hotels in the area to choose from.

Everything was ok until we turned the lights out to go to bed and then the bed bugs came out!!! We went to the front desk they changed our room and said the manager would contact us to make it right and heard nothing.

Room smelled of mildew. The phone base had mold/mildew. Lamp shades(in my newly renovated room was stained and gross looking) The bathtub, filled with water while taking a shower. It's a shame seeing as I have stayed at the property previously w/ no issues or problems

We stayed at this hotel for just one night with our family, but everything was absolutely fantastic. The entire place was spotless — from the lobby to the room to the facilities — everything was incredibly clean. Our room was super clean and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made for a great night’s rest. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. Even though it was a short stay, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit in our room was very, very loud. So loud, in fact, that when I was on the phone with someone from back home, they said they could barely hear me and it sounded like I was driving on the highway with my windows down. I like a little noise when I sleep (like the sound of a fan) but this was beyond any noise I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. There was no way I could just turn it off and go without AC as the outside temps were still in the mid-80s, even at night. I would have asked to switch rooms but I got in very late and was exhausted, and I knew I was leaving early the next day. I also wasn’t confident that the ACs in other rooms would have been better, so I decided to just deal with it for one night. My advice to guests experiencing this would be to ask for a room change. The hotel is so nice otherwise, so hopefully this is just one minor mechanical blunder. I would stay there again and hope for a better working AC unit.

It was ok. I had paid for a king bed and when I got there at 4 pm they told me they only had a room with two double beds. Was not really happy about that I’m a big guy and that little bed was not comfortable having my foot hanging off the end of the bed for someone over 6 foot 2 that was not good.

I didn't like anything about this hotel, rooms are small beds are full, not even queens, sink area is small, bathtub shower instead of regular shower. Bathtub had scraped off porcelain- exposed metal of tub. overall a below average experience and disappointment

My stay was nice. Didn’t get the room I booked but front staff helped me get another room with a king bed.The only problem I had was the AC unit in room 429 was very loud like an electric lawn mower noise but all else it was a good stay.

I suffer from severe asthma. Room was cleaned accordingly and as requested, however, to 9ur surprise the AC did not worked and the temperature remained at 76 degrees all through the night, which caused me breathing problems and discomfort. I did not rest nor sleep well due to heat issues.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Fairfield Inn it is very nice and the room was exceptional. The check-in lady was super kind too after a super long day of business meetings and she even gave me snacks. I will stay at your hotel again! It is very clean and has the latest in technology too. I also liked the plant based variety of breakfast foods too!

The day shift is very dry and unwelcoming. You would think you would be enthusiastic to welcome guest checking in and out. Then the fan in my room was broke. I spoke to the front desk who informed me that he couldn’t do anything about it. Engineering wasn’t available and he only had 7 rooms available with 7 people still supposed to be checking in. I definitely would not recommend staying here, nor would I stay here again.

This is my favorite place to stay when in town visiting my daughter at FAU. It's always clean, the staff is always so welcoming and accommodating, and I feel safe. Not to mention the convenience of being next to the interstate and the school campus.

The room wasn’t very clean and no hair dryer. The breakfast had a lot to offer but no hot water. It was like tap water even when they gave me a cup personally. The sausage looked raw and rhey ran out of bananas but 7.

The bed was horrible and pillows like rocks. Lost expensive dinner leftovers because mini fridge didn't work. Couldn't use pool or spa because of all the grime and color of water. The breakfast was terrible, including a simple cup of coffee

All of the desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the refrigerator worked (half the time they do not when I travel). Breakfast was great with many hot and cold choices. Great location and even though next to a small airport and next to I-95, it was very quiet. I will seek to use Fairfield Inn & Suites again.
