I have stayed at this HIlton for years. It is clean, comfortable, and there is a wonderful breakfast. Try the wonderful omelets made by Louie. Also, the gym, though small, is first rate.

This is very nice property but the fact that it is lacking a full-time Restaurant was a bit challenging. The breakfast is nice and I appreciated the glass of wine at night but at the this price point there needs to be a full service Restaurant – not an expensive one next-door. I appreciated the wooded environment and pond in the middle… That made for a nice tranquil atmosphere outside. I will probably look for a different property next time that has more services.

Nice place. Comfortable room with seperate living room and bedroom. Fridge and microwave. Decent gym with dumbells to 50lbs, treadmills, ellipticalls, bikes, and cable machine. Good pool with lap lane.

This is basically an old Embassy Suites hotel that has not been upgraded since the 80’s or 90’s. The 5h floor was under construction and nobody told us a in advance. One elevator was not working. Hot tub was not working. Door to to bathroom was rusty and heavily worn. Staff during breakfast are great. Don’t recommend staying here.

I love this hotel but I’m guessing because it’s under construction it’s a little noisy and doesn’t have available rooms on the upper floors. Hoping that once Reno is complete it will be more up to date and have more availability. Would also be nice if bar was open for more than just 2 hours for reception

The property is lovely and the staff go out of their way to be accommodating. My family and I enjoy this hotel enough that we've repeatedly stayed there and will continue to do so, however, there are always things that don't work or go wrong with the room. As mentioned, the staff go out of their way to make things right, but it has come to the point that we take for granted there will be something amiss. Having said that, the hotel is undergoing major renovations, so maybe the rooms will be as good as the rest of the hotel deserves. (But if you're going while it's under renovation, the drilling and hammering start at 8:30 a.m. so if that's going to be a problem for you, be sure to ask for a room away from the renovations being done.)

Do not stay here. The property is infested with mold. The first floor is under remediation and they’re still renting rooms to people. I booked a room which was not my room whatsoever when I arrived. They should’ve cancelled. Instead. They put me on second floor. One floor above the mold remediation. I showed them I had a high floor lake view confirmation. They gave me 2nd floor parking lot view. The room smelled horrendous. I feel like I was poisoned. I called front desk and they apologized rooms haven’t been renovated. The rooms have visible mold and mold concealed under carpet and paint. Mold and water damage is visible throughout the hotel. Instead of an immediate refund for all the above, they did nothing and said they would send engineering and housekeeping. It has to be illegal to be renting rooms to guests while under remediation with remediation rooms open and not even properly sealed despite the plastic and covering on floors all the damage is visible. It’s absolutely criminal. They offered to help me find accommodations elsewhere. No refund. Nothing about how sick they caused me to be. Nothing about me being allergic to mold. No refund. Hotels.com did nothing to help or to give a refund either. They were blamed by the hotel for the incorrect room. Expedia did nothing to refund, give coupon, or give a new hotel reservation. Atrocious.

The room they first put us in smelled like mildew and there was someones sock left behind. Also was a hair in the bathtub. After sleeping that night I informed the staff and they immediately apologised and put us in a much better room. The breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly.

This property states it is undergoing construction, beware we were covered with dust from the workers that were sanding the railings. The workers were properly covered but the dust was falling down into the lobby and guest floors

The hotels is definitely dated and could use some paint. It was an interesting layout too, all of the rooms opened to an open air, covered atrium. It was so quirky that we actually liked it, much different than anywhere we've stayed before. The suite was very clean and spacious. We had a balcony off the back overlooking a lake. It was so quiet and relaxing. The hotel offered a free cocktail hour which we really enjoyed and a free hot breakfast with made to order omelets and pancakes. We also had a server bringing drinks and clearing our plates. It was an amazing breakfast buffet. For dinner, we walked to the City Fish restaurant which is right next door. The food was amazing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. We would stay there again.

Cons: Old shabby musty-smelling room, torn drapery by window. Creepy old wall to wall carpeting (yuck). It seemed the hotel was renovating on the other side, so when reno is complete the rooms will surely be much improved. In the meantime - be advised. Fake nondairy creamer for coffee in the morning. Mediocre (at best) free breakfast. There are luggage carts by the entrance but nobody to assist with bags. It’s very self serve, which I don’t really mind, but some might. Pros: Room and bath seemed clean, if shabby. lots of towels. Bed was comfy enough. Convenient kitchenette between bedroom and sitting room, with sink, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker. I only used the fridge to keep a few snacks, but it was functional for a longer stay. You could have guests in the sitting room and offer them refreshment. Staff were courteous and quick to accommodate. I was allowed to check in early. Public areas seem well kept, looked nice. Pool looked good, though I didn’t use it. I was traveling alone and never felt unsafe, whether parking at night (no valet) or inside the hotel. Staff seemed minimal but the people who are there, are courteous and attentive. I probably won’t stay at this particular Hilton again until reno is complete. I have no plans to return to Boca again soon. I was only there for a family matter. This hotel was a good location for me.

Physically this hotel delivered a good room size for a fair price. The separate living/sitting area from the bedroom is something I always look for when traveling so as not to feel cramped in one room. The rooms were clean, but old, and I almost never take a bath in a hotel room so much, much prefer a walk in shower. Climbing over a tub into the shower always prevents a 5 star from me. The other thing I couldn't get over was the musty smell in the room. I realize dampness is a Florida thing but they need to take steps to make the room not have that smell.

The room was very nice with plenty of space. The bed was nice and big. I love that it had two televisions in the room. I also enjoyed the refrigerator and the extra towels. The door was a little difficult getting in with the pass key.

Be aware it’s an older property. No smart tv. There were these weird dusty plastic plants in hanging in the hallways. Honestly this hotel is like a walk back in time. 1980’s or 90’s but the suite was comfy and the personal balcony was nice to sit and have brunch.

My first room had a balcony door that won’t stay shut. I was switched to another room and that room had a funky smell and the shower water was brownish. We had to abandon the hotel and find a new place to sleep. Very disappointing

There are some good and some not so good thing about this hotel. Good: - breakfast made on the spot fresh for you - pool was clean and nice for the family - happy hour is great to relax and have couple drinks on the house - service and the personnel are top notch - great location Bad: - thin walls so if you are traveling with kids make sure you have good neighbors - very outdated rooms - rooms did not feel clean but smelled nice - the breakfast items that were not made to order were not as fresh and nicely cooked - when we went there was some kind of construction going on on last floor so during the day get loud Overall the hotel is nice, outdated but for the price i would definitely stay there again.

The room we stayed in definitely needed updating, the gym was really nice and the pool area was great. The food for breakfast was excellent. But the main reason we will stay in this hotel again when we come down to visit our family is because all the workers from the front desk, to Heather in the bar, to Louis and his helper who made my excellent omelets and to our favorite lady from Hungary( and of course we forgot her name) who worked in the restaurant and had coffee ready for us and everyone every morning. Always had a kind thing to say. I cant thank enough. They all made our stay the best ever! Hopefully all these folks will be there the next time we visit.

Rude staff! Promised an early check in but denied by a rude staff member named Paige upon arrival. Called corporate and spoke to a Livinia who called Paige to inquire. Paige hung up on Livinia even. I finally got checked in but the experience was horrible. I won’t stay here ever again.

This is a lovely property located close to Town Center Plaza and a short drive from Mizner Park. Beautifully landscaped waterfront with easy access to Restaurants and shops. The heated outdoor pool is a definite plus; as is the complimentary daily happy hour. The complimentary cooked to order breakfast was supported by careful, dedicated staff. The Suite was very comfortable and included coffee, water, a microwave and fridge. All in all a wonderful stay.

The property is in a small office area which provides a quiet setting with ample parking. Several shopping and dining options are a few minutes away by car, but not really walkable due to the busy roads outside the office park. Every staff member we met was kind and attentive. The decor is a bit dated but everything was clean and in good working order. Relaxing lobby and pool area and well-equipped gym area.

Breakfast was great and especially the made to order omelets, pancakes, French toast and waffles! The cook is so friendly and excellent cooking skills! Hot porridge! And buffet choices were the best! The cocktail hour was so much fun to meet and share with other guests.this is one of our favorite places to stay when coming to the area!
