Beautiful grounds. Warm pool!!!!

False advertising of beautiful gym everywhere on the web and even in the hotel elevator. All locked up no access. We booked the hotel based on the nice gym. The current space assigned is cramped and dirty with locks on the sliding doors to the nice terrace outside! Very disappointing.

Beautiful salt water pool!

For the price I didn’t think it was up to par. One elevator was out, hot tub timer is only five minutes so had to keep getting out of the tub. Shower outside didn’t work and the shower pressure in the room wasn’t very good. Staff were excellent and friendly. First time in Boca Raton and wouldn’t go back.

The hotel is a very affordable option in the area. It is clean, practical, and well-designed. The pool area and second-floor cafe are great for work or relaxation. The facility is very clean and the staff is very attentive.

Very quiet and beautiful tropical pool patio area. The on-site “Farmer’s Table” restaurant was exceptional. The coffee and juice bar with an array of goodies made for a great breakfast (not like the usual buffet.

Stayed for 10 nights during July 2024. We really enjoyed our stay here! Property is older but well- maintained, clean and comfortable. We agreed with other reviewers that there was a lingering cleaning agent smell in the lobby and elevators only, which to me it smelled like PineSol. However, this did not keep us from enjoying this hotel. Great tropical vibe in the common areas and around pool! We appreciated the relaxed and casual atmosphere. Beautifully landscaped all around! Front desk staff was professional and responsive. Housekeeping staff was excellent. They were friendly and always available on our floor for anything we needed. There are washer and dryers on the property, along with ice machine and vending machines on 1st floor. No microwave in room, only a fridge. Security was visible, but the area seemed to be quite safe. On-site restaurant, Farmer’s Table, served delicious food and drinks all day. They also had a great happy hour. We walked past Trend Tea but did not visit. It seemed to be very popular. There were many private areas to use your laptop .Great location with wonderful shopping mall nearby and so many great dining options! Easy to get around with our rented car, and easy drive to many Florida areas that we visited. Absolutely loved the beautiful town of Boca Raton!

The hotel is under renovation, this has not appeared anywhere in your archive before. The workers enter and exit through the gym so it is unairconditioned, full of dust and unpleasant to work out there as there is always work going on. Also noisy. This is my 4th time at the hotel and I was very disappointed.

This is my first time using Wyndham hotels and I can honestly say that I was very disappointed. 2 of the small white towels had brown spots which is very disgusting

I left my room after checking in the hotel and came back around 11:00 PM. I found roaches crawling around baseboards and took pictures and videos and showed them while I was checking out to front desk staff. I was told I will get a refund for the horrible experience and still not seen any refund.

Modern, clean hotel in renovation phases in some areas of the complex. The lobby had a musty odor at times. Our room was very nice, clean and well taken care of by the staff. Would stay again if visiting in the area - very convenient to I-95

My two night stay was great. The front desk was nice and accommodating during check-in. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. My only complaints are: the room is humid, despite having a dehumidifier; the overwhelming scent of fabuloso in the lobby and in the elevators is an attempt to mask the smell of mold.

I had an excellent 4-day stay at the Wyndham Boca Raton. The staff was attentive and consistent — my room was made up every single day with fresh towels provided daily, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. Great service all around!

Second time staying at this property. Staff is friendly (from check in to housekeeping). Room was very clean. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. I didn't use it but the pool area is beautiful. Good job Wyndham and staff!

Great staff and clean hotel

Property was generally clean and staff were helpful. The age of the property was evident to some extent but there’s only so much one can do. The dampness in the rooms seemed excessive, even for the area and time of year. Decent quality stay. I would book again for business.

We liked the location, the pool and the restaurants on site. There was an wet dog scent in our bathroom due to the shower curtains and although I requested a change it still had the same smell . The elevator also had a strange smell.

Lovely lobby and pool area is very nice, especially at night with the lights that hang. Our room could use a little update especially the tub (it was peeling of the tub floor)

Super noisy air conditioning unit, no door dividing suite/bedroom , super small bathroom, living room had a small portable fan due to the heat, couch super uncomfortable

Our suite was very spacious and the couch area very comfortable There were ants in the kitchen area and I had to push the refrigerator back as it was falling out of its space However, the beds were hard and all bedding tucked in so crazy tightly. Didn’t sleep well.

The room we got was outside and right by the exit/entrance door. We heard every person that walked in or out that door. It was impossibly to sleep through this!

Light sleepers should note the hotel is in the landing pattern for Boca airport so go to bed late enough that the planes landing wont bother you. Sliding glass door in my room was single pane and did not close well so most outside noise ended up in my room. Beds were comfortable.

Very spacious suite. The beds were very firm (no my preference) and the living room area had no a/c but had a fan to help circulate the air. Since that room received late afternoon sun it made it fairly warm and not conducive to wanted to spend time in there. It would have been nice to receive info on hours of the coffee shop and restaurant.

The hotel was quaint but outdated and there was a hole in the closet door and the TV in the bedroom did not work. It was clean and quiet. Beautiful pool area. May stay again.

Room had ample space but the bathroom was cramped. Poorly designed in my opinion. Could have taken some of the space in the living room area and used it to make the bathroom a bit bigger. We are not big people I can only image how uncomfortable it would be for someone that was bigger.

This would be a nice hotel if not for the noisy A/Cs. We stayed there before, and everything was good. This time, they replaced A/C units in all the rooms (we were told), and ours was very noisy and impossible to turn off. The technician told us it was like that in all the rooms. We struggled with it for one night and checked out. They refunded the remaining two nights without questions.

They are under construction so I hate to criticize but the smells of sulfur and musty mold were hard to bear. The elevator especially smelled like it was built over a hellmouth. The walls between rooms were paper thin. Heard every single word in the hallway and the next room. The staff was lovely and the food was good.

The hotel is beautifully decorated in modern style. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The only drawback is the $40 per night parking fee.

Room was not ready at check-in. Was told that it would be 15 minutes and that they would call. No call, and a room was not available until over 1.5 hours later. Totally unacceptable.

Stayed 2 nights at hotel couple fighting in the next room. Called front desk no success. Couple kept at it fighting crying banging on wall. Asked to move rooms moved to poorer room just to get some sleep

Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and cozy bed, which made for a restful night. Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. I’d definitely stay here again.

My stay was exceptionally comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel staff was amazingly professional and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Nice place, comfortable rooms. Key fobs never worked. Every time we came in, tried the cards in the doors, run down to the front desk to have new ones made, go back up to the room. That got old. One time the person at the desk told us to use the phone at the end of the hall to call down and they would bring them up. Tried that the next time and the person at the desk told me to come down and get the key. (What was worse, there were two people at the desk and no one was waiting.) No consistancy.The location to the mall was ideal.

The property is well located and the room was ok. The check-in desk's manager should be trained before you place him in charge of customer service; he made my wife and I feel like we're waited on by a DMV agent, not a representative of a property claiming it's a 4 stars hotel; disrespectful and rude would accurately describe this person. On the 2nd floor you got a coffee / tea stand staffed by 3 completely incompetent girls and the bake goods are old and your coffee is terrible; after you make certain that those things improve, you should keep it open in the afternoon so guests can get a cup of tea and enjoy the beautiful terrace; why have it if it's always closed; your hotel is shockingly average.

Electricity went out for several hours and no air conditioning overnight in our room. The staff could not have been more professional and accommodating. That includes housekeeping, maintenance personnel, and others. By showing me where I could charge my phone, providing a fan when I asked, offering a complimentary breakfast the next morning. They also said we could check out for a refund. The next morning they said they had a suite ready for us, however, we had already made the decision to check out early. Every interaction I had with staff was positive. The pool area was very nice. Conveniently located with shopping and restaurants. I would definitely give this hotel another try!

We were lent scissors to cut a tag off and we told them we would give them back but there was no scheduled time. I was paying $300 for the night which is certainly not what this hotel is worth and the woman at the front desk called at 9:30am and woke us up to ask when she could get her scissors back when I told her I was unhappy that they woke us up she argued with me, was so rude and I would not recommend a stay here

The property is close to restaurants, walking distance to entertainment and shopping. The Hotel is safe and clean area. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The pool area and adjacent restaurant make afternoons wonderfully relaxing. The hotel is located close to shopping and local sightseeing destinations.

We stayed the for the third time. We really like this place. Close to everything: stores, mall, restaurants and our daughter’s college.

Lovely stay. Beautiful pool and patio. Room shower didn’t drain properly and the room fridge did not cool (room 310). Staff very efficient and kind. Restaurant has great food. Also love the tea and coffee shop

I paid for a "pool view" room and got a view of a parking lot and office building. The outdoor bar was not open the entire time I was there. The only full restaurant on the property was over priced. I paid $15 for a "glass" of mediocre wine that was more like a shot of wine. The cafe had good coffee and breakfast items. The staff was very friendly & accommodating.

We really enjoyed the cafe on the second floor for breakfast. it has a great terrace so you can seat outside and enjoy the weather either in the sun or the shade. It was so easy with many choices. Also attached to the hotel is The Farmers Market Restaurant. The food was all local and you could sit inside or out. The night we ate there they had a excellent guitar player which added to the ambiance. The room was nicely appointed and clean. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool but it is so small you could not sit on it. when I inquired I was told only the suits had tables and chairs on the balconies. We enjoyed our stay and is walking distance to the Town Center Mall which you can shop in or use for walking.

Trendtea and Farmers Table reason I stay there

We loved staying here! The hotel staff was very friendly and the amenities are top notch. The restaurant, the farmers table, is one of the best hotel retreats I’ve been at. The only improvement I would suggest is with the air conditioning unit in the room, it smells musty.

The Wyndham Boca Raton is such a beautiful hotel! I love the 3 story high lobby with the oversized windows. Trend Tea on the 2nd floor is the coolest tea shop and has the best tea, coffee, muffins and tons of other other baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. The pool area is so relaxing. The Farmers Table is a healthy ingredient/scratch kitchen restaurant with tasty dishes and a great bar/happy hour.
