Stay was okay. Gym was really nice. Floor was damp wet and slippery in our room. Nothing kept water inside shower so after shower bathroom floor was soaked. Curtains were electric and didn’t work. Upon check in shuttle driver and hotel staff were arguing at the desk when a hotel guest had parked blocking traffic. Airport shuttle took forever to arrive waited over 45mins at the airport.

Stay was great however the pool was closed due to renovation. I wish we had been notified by email regarding this. Went down 2 days prior to cruise and were planning on relaxing and sitting by pool. We have been to Ft Lauderdale many times and have seen many of the sites already.

Our feet were black from the carpet. You wouldn’t know because the carpet is dark but when you walk on the white tile in the bathroom the black footprints were all over. We wore our shoes after realizing. Coffee and water were taken out of the lobby after breakfast. The hotel needs a major overhaul. Will be staying elsewhere next time.

I am very familiar with the Hilton brand, and booked because of trusting the name, well this was a mistake. The hotel is old, rotted and roach infested. The water in the tub is green, and the room is filthy. This pool has not worked and will not work for months I was told, this hotel should be shut down for reservations. Room floors were not clean. Wear socks or something on your feet at all times. Room was not too clean and smelt like weed on a non smoking floor. Not great for families but if you just need a bed I guess it’s an okay to sleep for a night. Great area with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Very close to airport and cruise port which was nice.

They put us in a room for disabled people. The bathroom was dirty, full of hair everywhere. When we showered, the room and bathroom filled with water. The water wouldn't go down the drain and spread throughout the bathroom and bedroom. We put towels on the door to prevent the water from flowing into the room. We asked for it to be cleaned three times. I had to go down to reception and complain about having it cleaned, but only then was the bathroom cleaned. They gave me extra towels to catch the water.I explained that I was a Hilton Honor member and asked to change rooms, but they said that since I booked with you, Hilton Honor didn't count.

The airport shuttle is super convenient It’s clear that the property is in need of renovation. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced and a paint job is a must. A room was very humid compared to the hallways as the air conditioner may not be working at full capacity. The tub had some scraped off areas. It just looks like a tired properly. The service was fine.

Stayed here for 4 nights before departing on a cruise. Good place to stay as it is not far from the cruise terminal in Ft Lauderdale. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The rooms are spacious and modern. Would recommend staying here.

We'd definitely stay here again, but reviewing is kind of complicated. Staff were great, transportation from the cruise port was free, we were able to check in early, the room was spotless, WiFi worked great, there were plenty of USB ports to charge devices, we slept well on a very comfortable bed, and the two TVs were true HD (unlike other hotels we've stayed at were there were HD TVs with low def signal sources). Neither remote worked, but a tech came quickly to reprogram them. One had a low battery and a couple buttons didn't work, but we figured out how to get around it. None of the ice machines in the hotel worked, but we were able to get ice at the bar. Bathroom fixtures were beautiful, but installation was a little sloppy. A fair number of things we noticed around the property needed repair or were in the process of being repaired. Negatives aside, the staff, cleanliness, and comfortable room make this a place we'll definitely stay at again.

It was advertised as a Hilton Garden Inn looked really nice in the pictures. When we got there, it was more like a hotel that they bought and put their name on it. The AC unit was very loud and outdated and ran all night.

The room was uncomfortable. There was a noisy vent next to the bed. The mattress was foam and mushy. The pillows were flat. There was only one chair so only one of us could sit. Very uncomfortable!!!

For a quick one night stay it was fine. However no safe in room, plus weird thing was no closet . When we checked in, we were reminded about free breakfast (unless we ordered off menu). In morning we were going to be charged $15 each because we did not get a voucher. All was cleared up, but be sure to get voucher when checking in.

I had to go from my cellular phone to get service. 2) The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows of a poor quality. 3) my last day, I asked to leave my luggage in storage and the front desk person refused to do so. The front desk women were absolutely horrible. I went to them with concerns of a dirty bathroom and no toilet paper etc. she didn’t care. She called the cops to “pretend” she care my mom was sick. The service on this hotel was above and beyond. Regardless it was under remodeling, they made us feel so welcomed and satisfied. We went straight from the cruise to stayed for the night and take our flight on next day; they checked us in early so we did not have to carry our luggage and wait for so long. The staff were absolutely wonderful!

The services at your front desk was awful. I addressed with Sarafina that we had to take an taxi due to the fact that after 90 minutes of waiting in the sun, at the airport, the shuttle failed to show up. This was addressed with the front desk along with the continuous, unanswered calls made to the front desk. They had turned the ringer off. In addition I have pictures of how unkept this room was. I will be reaching out to you this week. I was stunned that this was a Hilton Property.

I arrived at @ 930 at night and was met at the reception area and told there was an issue with my booking. They said the card on file was denied when they ran the charges for the stay. This was not supposed to be charged till I arrived. I was told that due to the bad charge my reservation was cancelled. Then I was told I should have received a cancellation email, which I did not yet. The receptionist then said that it wasnt a problem as they still had rooms left but would have to rebook me at a higher rate. I declined and left the hotel. I did receive a cancellation email at 945. I am a frequent traveller and was highly disappointed by the behavior. Went down the road and saved some money.

I loved the facility and the walkable options for shopping and dining within .5 mile. The ONLY downside was when I called for shuttle service from the airport, the "front desk" did not answer the phone until my 4th attempt. The prior 3 calls rang for 5-10 minutes each without being picked up. They obviously needed more staff on duty.

Check in / out was good. Friendly staff. Room and bathroom were clean. Nice shower. Bed / pillows were comfortable. A/C worked great and room was nice and cool. Free airport shuttle (call for pickup once there). Cruise port shuttle $20 per person (schedule at check-in). McDonald's, Taco Bell, Dunkin, Chipotle, Firehouse Subs and Outback Steakhouse within walking distance. Perfect for night stay before cruise. Would definitely stay there again. Didn't use any amenities so unable to comment on them.

Restaurant kitchen could not produce food for my wife and I at the same time. 15 minutes after my food was served I asked the waiter where my wife’s food was and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I told him to take mine back and have the chef remake both to come out at the same time. Fifteen minutes later both dishes (mediocre at best) were served. This was happening at other tables as well, with several people leaving.

We always stay at hilton gardens hotels when we are traveling. This location on a saturday late afternoon did not open the bar till 5. I grabbed a 8 oz can of miller lite from the self service snack area and it was $8. A can of bud, full 12 oz can, was the same price. That was a rip off. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good at the restaurant and breakfast was really good.

We came in from our cruise ship in Miami earlier than expected and they put us in a room immediately we did not have to wait which was fantastic and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again free transport to the airport, the rooms are all clean and updated and there is a nice complimentary breakfast! Excellent for before and after your cruise.
