Airport shuttle was a bit of a wait. We had to call the hotel twice, but the driver was friendly. Check in was not good. There as a system upgrade and the staff started heling people who came after us and totally ignored us. The room was clean except there was hair in the bathroom and the bed was too soft. You literally sink into the mattress. I prefer a firmer mattress. Did not use the business centre so cannot say. Also, elevators are super slow. If you want to visit sawgrass mall, it was about a 15-20 min uber.

Everything about the property was in good order, with a freindly staff, but the airport shuttle does not begin the day until 5:00am. We had a 6:00am flight, and needed to leave by 4, so we have to provide our own transportation.

The front desk staff had no idea what was going on. They had some event going on and kids were running around jumping on furniture screaming it was terrible. Parents had no control over these kids. Elevators were slow and kids were in the elevators unsupervised. I think they holding the elevators up on their floors.Staff at front desk told us the shuttle to airport would take us at 530am but the shuttle doesn’t run at that time. If I hadn’t gone down early to check my car I would’ve have missed the shuttle. Shuttle people were not friendly. They acted like they were doing you a favor. No instructions on how to get a return shuttle. Will not stay here again.

I found front desk staff and shuttle personnel polite, professional and friendly. The cleaning staff was invasive. Twice they entered my room without warning claiming the room was on their list to be cleaned. It was shared that the room was identified as empty. I notified front desk on first incidence. Management called to apologize after both incidents. It led me to believe the room had not been serviced by the staff before I was assigned. The room looked in order with the exception of the musty odor and a stained chair. Carpets also needed cleaning.

Rooms were not as clean as shown in pictures. The sofa that “sleeps 2” barely held my young boys. It may have been a twin sized mattress. I also had to call for sheets for the pull out sofa.in addition to that, the sofa was stained. Visibly dirty which was absolutely disgusting. The room was incredibly small as well. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Food on the floor under the sink was left from the previous guests which made me think the room was not clean. Also, the dust on the wood accent pieces was thick. Probably had not been touched in months. Also, when I called about booking the room I specifically asked if there was a shuttle to the airport bc we had an early flight. I was told yes. However upon arrival, we found out it does not start until 5 am so we had to Uber.

The room was smelly and i was uncomfortable. I checked in and then checked out 30 mins later. It did niy appear to be clean to me. I only came because of what tne website suggested buy it was all a lie. I will bot recommend that place to anyone and i want my money back

I am extremely disappointed for this booking, after requesting for room service clean up nothin was done and the room was smelling as they did not take the garbage out and put fresh bedsheets and towels. Won’t recommend this to anyone !

The location is convenient as it is next to the airport and you can get a shuttle for free. You can also coordinate a shuttle to the port. But, it is very outdated and old. There was mold around the caulking of the bathtub. Most of the light switches and lights did not work. The pillows smelled like something rotten. Some staff were very friendly while others were rude and short with you. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was excellent, except for the fact it was very noisy. You could hear the traffic outside I believe maybe the windows aren’t quite as thick as they could be very comfortable bed and pillows wonderful hot water and I love the fact that the TV swiveled where you could see it if you were sitting on the couch and or laying in the bed. I will definitely stay here again.

No microwave in room, no coffee service at night or very early, computer center printer broken, no luggage carts available on ANY floor, limited "bistro" offerings were awful and incredibly overpriced, Starbucks coffee choices too limited, they actually charge you an additional $10 per night to park your car in their parking lot!!! Will NOT be back to or recommend this Courtyard.

Room key did not work. Staff tried to reprogram key then the actual key pad on door to no avail. We had wait then to change rooms. Not good experience. Service guy was great but management should have known.

Hotel room was huge and very comfortable. We had two queen beds. We will definitely return if we take a cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. The hotel is close to everything- Brightline and the airport and plenty of restaurants.

Two issues. I called from airport and on the phone I told staff I was on terminal 3. They told me to wait but the pickup area. Shuttle never showed we waited an hour in the rain. There was coverage but with wind with got soaked. We ended up taking uber. Staffed apologized and proved us with a coupon but it was not a good experience. Second issue on breakfast, we asked no bacon due to religious reasons, and they gave us beacons unfortunately this has to be remade (since once touches other food can’t eat it) but lady gave us an attitude and a word look and just removed the bacon. We were polite but it feels the staff there was incompetent. So we didn’t eat there and had to eat from outside. Room was great. Shuttle back was great. Unfortunately due to the other two issues I will never return to this property.

I liked the location-right by Bass Pro Shop & a great restaurant. It was very safe & convenient to get Lyft & Ubers. The hotel was clean & very well taken care of. Great shuttle service to the airport too. Elevator was broken & the other was clunking & didn’t feel safe. There was no coffee in the lobby most of the time. Overall, it was great & I’d stay there again!

Good hotel to stay in prior to and after a cruise. Property and room was very clean and lobby had lots of space and seating area. There is a bistro with decent food in the lobby but hours are a bit spotty. Not a lot to explore around the hotel that is walkable. Only a train station to get you around (or Uber).

Terrible Marriott experience! I purchased a $68 upgrade package when booking that included breakfast and high-speed internet. Front desk knew nothing about either. Gave me unsecured network info and a ticket for free breakfast because I had the confirmation. Side note breakfast was $39.99 so my internet was supposed to have cost me $28??? Additionally they should be embarrassed to state they have a restaurant and a bar. They took the chairs from the bar so people wouldn’t sit at them all night (from the staff) and their restaurant consisted of anything that could come out of a microwave! Terrible! We had chicken sandwich, pepperoni pizza 2 miller lite’s and a shot of tequila for $82!!!!!!!!!!!! All while watching videos play of Marriott/Bonyoy luxury properties…..what happened to this one???

The hotel is well maintained and clean. In house food and drink limited and expensive. Staff claim very limited local knowledge for example no knowledge about local bus service etc. Most staff appear to struggle with English language and were unhelpful. The hotel advertised a courtesy/shuttle service to the shops which was one of the key reasons we booked - but the service was grudgingly provided on only one occasion - thereafter we were told to get a taxi. Staff pretend that they don't speak English or simply choose to ignore you if asked for assistance. Shuttle service to the port which is additional cost is good. We transferred to a different hotel - on return from our cruise.

Overall, the bistro service was extremely slow… Most of the time there were not many customers having food but It still took a very long time to get anything. And what was shown on the menu was quite often not available..

Good stay for the price. We stayed in the summer before our cruise. Happy hour didn’t exist, although the front desk told us that it started at 5 o’clock. We found the sign and showed it to the guy behind the bar/coffee/foodr area and he took it and put it down below and didn’t honor any specials. In the morning the lady behind the coffee/bar/food area was friendly and made us breakfast sandwiches.

The food quality was horrible and overpriced, along with the $6 water. I bought their “flatbread” and I am not exaggerating when I say it made a microwave Tony’s pizza look gourmet. That soggy abomination and a drink ran me $30. I can how they try to get away with more reasonably priced rooms.
