Just bad timing. They are renovating their pool so little noisy with jackhammers. Great easy location to the beach and downtown water taxi picks up in their backyard !

It was a little inconvenient the elevator kept breaking down and a couple of the workers was very nonchalant about it. And due to my health condition it was impossible to keep running up and down the stairs. Some workers did seem to care and be apologetic

Location was great - off the canal and a short walk to the beach. Great balcony view. The hot tub was not warm enough so not really usable. The laundry situation was not good. You needed coins and the front desk was not able to supply them. The alternative was to download an app which I did however the app did not pick up the available machines so I entered personal credentials and loaded money only to have no access to a washing machine. Hotel is a bit dated but very comfortable.

The only negative is parking. I was not aware the Fort Lauderdale area hotels are mostly valet parking. It's an addition charge of $50 per nightly stay. The attendants were quick and polite. I just found it as an inconvenience having to wait for your car everytime I wanted to leave.

We stayed at Gallery One for three days before our cruise. The location was great only a few blocks from the beach and from the Galleria Mall. It is also located on the marina. After we arrived, we rented a car to get around Ft. Lauderdale. When we arrived back at the property with the car we were told there is only valet parking which was an additional $50 per day. What a scam. Had we known this we would have chosen another hotel. Not only was it expensive, it was inconvenient and cost us extra time as we had to wait 20 minutes to get our car. Secondly, there was a foul garbage smell in the room. We reported it several times but it was never rectified. We had to check out of the room. Lastly, there was a large leak in the bathroom. We also reported this. Housekeeping was sent to inspect, they wiped up the water, but it returned. I must say, the housekeeping staff and front desk were very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, they were unable to handle the maintenance problems with the property.

Hotel was in the perfect location. My only thing about the hotel is the valet parking. I’ve had my fair share of experiences with valet services and this by far was the worst I’ve ever experienced. This needs to be changed ASAP. It was terrible

They put us next to the highway. Hot tube never worked. The cost of a drink was crazy expensive. AC in the room super loud. you had no choice but to valet your car for 55 $ a day definitely NOT going back there again

After being out for a new year’s event. I get to my room turn on the lights first thing I see is roaches on the walls. I was move to a different room. My wife immediately start sneezing. So with me be a mold tech I start immediately start looking mold. And of course there’s mold in the room. Tv didn’t work at all the bathroom looked like something off a scary movie. My worst hotel experience ever. All the rooms are out dated with terrible maintenance.

The rooms and grounds were dirty and not kept up. The same dirty tissue was on the console by the elevator for 4 days, there was scum and mold on the shower door, the balcony does not appear to have been cleaned in ages. Housekeeping was hit or miss. On day one they took our dirty towels but didn’t replace them. Our toilet paper and tissues were not replaced, we had to go ask for them. The pullout bed was so uncomfortable that it was unusable. The area by the pool was just dirty. The same used cups/trash were left for days. The hot tub start knob was broken and people were using a fork to start it. On the 3rd day it was fixed, but broken again on the 4th day. There were only a very limited amount of towels by the pool. To associate this hotel with the name Hilton is ridiculous

I think your housekeeping staff needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms, changing my towels, but not cleaning my floors it’s totally unacceptable. The dining room area for breakfast needs to also be thoroughly cleaned the areas around my table adjacent to the windows were very filthy. Your lovely area and your outside facility was the best part of my stay.

We had a terrible smell of mold. We had to turn the air conditioner off because the smell of that. We had a broken table on the deck. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling off the hinges. Water was pouring out of the fridge. The hall right outside of the elevator had a plug in large air freshener and it was so smelly it made me plug my nose and run to my room. The carpet on the 14th floor just left of the elevator had white mold growing on it. The pool was full of debris. All in all I would NEVER stay there again. The only reason I stayed is because I hate toting my luggage everywhere and paying for a taxi. Good luck

The bathroom was filthy, hair from previous guest was visible everywhere, the bedroom lamps and table full of dust. Have been staying here for past 15yrs won’t return. Even the welcome cookies were hard and stale. Very disappointed!!!

Absolutely Disgusting – Save Your Money and Sanity! I don’t even know where to begin. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We paid over $700 for a two-night stay, plus $55 per guest per day for parking, which is outrageous in itself. But the condition of the hotel was beyond unacceptable. Let’s start with the toilet seat, which looked like it had been chewed by a dog—completely damaged and filthy. The shower was covered in dirt and thick soap scum, making it feel like a health hazard rather than a place to get clean. The couch was stained and soiled, and the sofa bed had sheets with yellow stains that were so disgusting we couldn’t let anyone sleep on it. We had to go out and buy an air mattress for our guest to avoid having them sleep in filth. This is an old, outdated hotel with no signs of renovation, which would be fine if they at least kept it CLEAN. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially at this price point. I voiced my concerns to management and, to their credit, the manager waived $117 off the bill (parking charges) —but that didn’t come close to making up for the horrible conditions we endured. Do yourself a favor: skip this place. It’s not worth the money, the stress, or the disappointment. I wish I could give zero stars.

This property has roaches. And once my room was switch my diamond hoop earring were missing. Filed a report which security never gave a copy. Or acted as it mattered. I can’t believe this hotel is affiliated with Hilton. The outdoors area was amazing. Once I told the front desk about the roaches they acted as if it this was the normal to have roaches crawling in the bed. The next room they gave me I didn’t have any room service due to me not wanting them in my room.

I was surprised to have a full suite with a kitchen. From the balcony I had views of the canal, the ocean, as well as Downtown. Close to the beach, a grocery store and restaurants. Pool was nice with the bar handy. Water taxi stop at the hotel along the canal.

We had issues with road noise from the 6th floor because this hotel is off the highway. The noise was like a window or door was open and that was not the case. We paid a premium for a two bedroom suite, neither bathroom had a full roll of toilet paper no extra toilet paper. There wasn’t one wash rag between both bathrooms, and one of the bathrooms had large black smudges on the ground. The shower was terrible paint literally fell from the ceiling while I was showering because the shower head was spraying the ceiling. The shower head was also spraying outside the shower so it soaked the entire bathroom floor which I had to use all extra towels to dry up. All these issues and they gave me $120 worth of food credit which pails in comparison to what the room cost. I would not recommend this hotel if you have issues they really don’t care.

The hotel was fantastic. We had an intercoastal view with a balcony and it had such good views . Huge suites, great location, decent facilities and the staff were very helpful and attentive. We got a Lyft from the airport so didnt have a car but it was so handy as the water taxi pulls up to the hotel we therefore brought a multi day pass and were able to travel everywhere by water taxi it was so handy and allowed us to see manatees and dolphins. It was also a really short walk over the bridge to the beach and to a beautiful state park. The bed was really comfortable and having a kitchen was so handy for breakfast and hot drinks. The hotel pool bar and coffee bar were great as well. Additionally you have a publix and starbucks over the road and mall next door so if like us you didnt bring the car this place really is ideal.

Comfortable stay. Auite was large but road noise popped up occasionally. Restraunt had tasty food and server was super.. Elevators were out of service one day so everyone had to use the service Elevators. Went down to get a snack and it was pretty much empty. Rooms need some updating. Despite picture of beach it is NOT on the beach!

The property is beautiful and in a nice location close to the beach. The rooms are nice and large but when you look closer there are little things that make is seem like they cut corners. My room had a light switch that was kind of sticking out and our washroom sink was plugged so water would pool easily. There were chips and stains on the walls like it was painted quickly. The place is still decent and ok value if you are willing to look past all the many little cosmetic things that need repair. This is also a valet only place so make sure you factor in the additional nightly valet fees to your expenses.

Apartment was lovely and light with fantastic views. All staff - especially front desk Maxim, Daphne and Romauny were helpful and friendly. Kitchen adequate [could do with more silverware] living area comfortable [though TV only had very limited channels] bed comfortable. Only real downside was very intermittent wifi which kept dropping. And noise partly from the bridge, but also from being right above the bar which played music from 10.30 in the morning to 11 at night. We're too old for that! We'll be back: we'll try for room in same line but higher level. Thanks to all the staff.

Great place to stay! Gallery One was with in walking distance to the beach, shopping and many restaurants. The rooms were large, clean for the most part and comfortable. We had a small problem at check in with our room but Javier, at the front desk, quickly resolved it for us! He went above and beyond and we are greatful for his professionalism. We will be returning to this hotel in the future.

Check in was suppose to be 4, didn’t get to our room til 5:30, charged 50 for parking per night, ridiculous, after checking in our heat didn’t work, called front desk and nobody came to look at it, stopped by front desk while leaving g for dinner and requested fir the second time to have somebody look at our heater, came back from a late dinner and heater still didn’t work, called front desk for the third time and they sent someone to look at it and he said the units don’t have heat because we are in Florida, he had no idea

At check in our room wasn’t ready yet so I supplied my phone number for a text message when it was ready. Initial front desk person seemed annoyed about having to deal with me. And so we waited and waited for about 2.5 hours in the lobby. Decided to check again and lo and behold the room was now available. Another person was apparently in the same boat and had waited a long time too. The texting service wasn’t working and the front desk seemed to know that already. This time the person working the front desk was very friendly. Room was basically appointed with minimal amenities. Kitchenette was ok but everything else was budget motel level. Pool and restaurant was nice and staff for those areas was friendly too. Upon checkout, we wanted to store our luggage and had to wait about 10 minutes at the valet station for someone to show up. No big deal…they were off getting cars. When someone did show up, we dropped off our bags and got our claim ticket, but they just left our bags sitting on the curb. After a few minutes I inquired if they were going to secure our bags somewhere. The valet told me that they were fine there. I pointed out that they were left unattended when they got an car..up to 10 minutes as I had just seen. She immediately copped an attitude and shot back that they had to work. Instead my partner ended up babysitting the bags in the lobby where she observed long periods of time where other people’s bags were just left alone.

I had a “ not so good - I won’t be back” stay. Housekeeping came into my room unannounced and wasn’t able to understand English. I was locked out of my room twice w/ a key. Hotel was very accommodating to ensuring that my stay as a guest was taken care of. Refrigerator/ Freezer leaked on the floor my entire stay. Sofa was dirty. Remote control was dirtier. Guest in room next door blasted loud music for 2 nights. I’ll never be back.

The worst front desk service I have ever had. I have been with Hilton for years. My employees always book with Hilton. As the CEO of my company and here on business I was lied to, disrespected and treated poorly. The valet service was amazing, and a few of the front desk people were accommodating. The assistant FO manager does not belong in hospitality. I did not expect this as over the 9 days I have spent over 6 thousand dollars with this establishment. The GM has his hands full with the staff here. Wait staff was amazing. And my experience only reflects on some of the front desk staff.

Check in was easy and they had a room available to accommodate for early check in. The room was very nice and was an exceptional value in my opinion. We had a view of downtown Ft Lauderdale and the ocean from our balcony. It’s a five minute walk to the ocean. The restaurant was open on Thanksgiving and the staff was very friendly. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze as well.

This hotel needs an update. Bathroom needs a little cleaning attention. Not enough towels, etc. Staff were quick to respond to request and pleasant. The hotel charges over the TOP PRICES for drinks (vodka $18), small bottled water was $7.50 and they apply a tip! The markup is ridiculous and makes me not want to return to hotel.

I loved the location—everything was within easy reach, making it very convenient. The lobby areas were amazing, and the customer service was excellent. Overall a good stay. When we arrived (after check in time) one of the rooms we booked was not ready and without hesitation they upgraded us to a suite with a full waterfront view. The room was very large with very comfortable beds and towels were changed daily. The only downside of the room was that it was noisy, even with the doors closed with cars going across the drawbridge. The restaurant served good food and the pool area was well kept and free pool towels available. Location is great to pick up the water taxi - which is a must! It was very convenient with a supermarket across the road.

This was a nice place to stay. It’s right on the intercostal waterway and is even one of the water taxi stop. It is also near a mall that we walked to. Only downside is they don’t offer free breakfast. Everything is to purchase and it’s not even the cheapest.
