First of all want to recognize Arlissa at the front desk for going above and beyond. She is a great employee. Also would like to say all the employees were very friendly. Had a good experience with the business center and also enjoyed the pool. The room was very comfy. We highly recommend this location and will be returning.

The room was not very clean, the door didn’t close correctly. You had to push it to close it correctly, then it got stuck. Parking says $10 but they charge you $15, even when the front desk said they will respect the advertised price. Front desk was not very professional

A few issues, the pool was not clean and there were no pool towels, the AC didnt work in the gym, a maid tried to force her way into our locked room (physically hit the door against the door stop on the wall), and the grounds on around the hotel.was littered with trash. The shopping ctr beside the hotel is sketchy - dirty, filthy stores, drug addicts - rough area to have a hotel in. If we knew the area, we would'nt have booked. Also, the hotel policy to cancel is to charge for one nights' stay. Book in Dania Beach if you travel to Ft Lauderdale, 13 min away from this area, beautiful resort area.

After a long fight, front desk want me to pay for parking,I didn’t see $15 for parking, it said parking available, my wife have to walk away cause I was berging for free parking.I don’t think I’m the only one that thinks parking available is free.you should let customers let customers see parking where it said $15 for parking.

The staff is wonderful. Breakfast was good. But the TV signal did not work and the elevators are out of service. We are on the 4th floor. They also state that they offer transportation to the port, they didn’t say it would cost $15 per person.

This was a fine place for an overnight before a cruise - but I would try another location next time. There was a bit of a dingy smell throughout the hotel, hair on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived, and a bit of dust here and there throughout the room. The stay was fine for an evening - but I wouldn’t stay there for an extended period of time.

Good location. The lobby area, food area and pool were clean and presentable. The room was absolutely disgusting. Urine on the side of toilet and dried to the floor plus the room had a horrible smell. The shower walls were dirty and you could clearly see in the light that the floor hadn’t been mopped. I stayed across the street one week prior and that hotel was far better. They also advertise laundry facilities but they mean you have to walk across the street to the dirty laundry mat. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere. I’m surprised they don’t have more bad reviews.

The room was okay. Check in was a breeze. Then the screaming, crying children arrived at 11:00 pm in the adjoining room banging on the connector door and carrying on. The walls are so thin you could hear everything. A text to the front desk and they apparently sent someone up to quiet them after 35 minutes. An hour later we are still awake. and we were asleep for an hour before they came Never again.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. It is off on a side street and was quiet. However the beds we had seemed to be worn out and the breakfast was pretty much the same every day. There is a strip mall across the street where some homeless seem to gather. Overall the hotel was adequate for our needs but I probably wouldn’t go there again.

-Upon landing at the airport had to wait more than 1 hour for shuttle to arrive and take us to the hotel. -TV remote did not work. -Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Unable to use phone in hotel to call front desk. That’s scary in an emergency

mattresses do need a replacement. it was literally curve in the mattress we had. it sounds like it got bought from a thrift store. Did not expect that from Hampton Inn. Breakfast for eggs, potatoes and meat in one 3 part compartments kills the idea of vegetarian people eating potatoes from it.

Room was fine, but I was given conflicting information about the airport shuttle. The inbound driver said that the shuttle the next morning would run every 15-20 minutes to the airport. At 10:10am at checkout I was told the next shuttle wouldn’t arrive until 11:00am, so I had to pay for an Uber. As my Uber arrived at 10:30am, the shuttle arrived too. Terrible organization and communication.

Bad management, bad staff. Room was cleaned the first day and nothing after for days. We extended the stay on Momday for our employees staying there, leaving a CC to charge the room. Tonight they called us at 9:30pm to say they were being kicked out! I had to go to the hotel to fix the situation. All of it because someone didn’t do their job correctly

We had a reservation for a one night. I was told our room would be ready by 3 pm. We arrived at 3:15 and was told our room wasn’t ready and was told to sit in the lobby and wait. We waited over 1 hour and had to ask again if our room was ready. Finally it became ready. What a disappointment and not a good way to start our vacation. Doubt we will ever stay with your group again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very modern. The breakfast was better than most hotels i have stayed in. The only issue i had was the pillows were way too soft for my liking. Hotels.com list this hotel offers "train station pickup", this isn't true. Since i came into town via train. I had to Uber to the hotel (was not expensive)
