This was a nice place. Upon arrival they offer you champagne and unlimited free cookies throughout your stay. Shipping items is relatively easy also as they have a designated area there at front desk. It didn’t get 5 stars because our fridge didn’t work and one time the housekeeper forgot our bath towels. Others wise I’d definitely stay again. We had the king bed room and it was very spacious. One microwave on property tho and also pool area is huge

Place is good. The bar service is slow specially night time due lack of staff, just one bartender taking care of tables and bar. Service room is great, specially cleaning ladies. Starburst coffee short is great, Christina, the Colombian lady is just lovely. We definitely going back 👍

Things I wished I knew before booking this hotel: the hotel is a bit outdated for a Westin hotel, the gym is outside near the pool and not in the hotel, there’s no microwave in the rooms. The equipment in the gym is old.

Great location, freeway close, Starbucks you can walk to. Pool is long enough for laps ( /-25 Yds) but too bad they didn't mark the bottom and the wall. Fitness room is narrow but well equipped and works as long as no more than 3 people are present. Wish I had found this property months ago.

The property is pretty. However I don’t think my room was cleaned before check in. The sheets were soiled, the duvet was soiled and it appeared that either feces or blood was smeared on the wall behind the towels. The toilet didn’t flush properly and there was no Engineer on duty to fix it. Hair on the shower floor & gum or something stuck in the carpet. I complained to the front desk 3 times and no one offered to do anything, just a ok. The last person offered 5k points for the inconvenience.

The carpets are dirty. The headboard was peeling. I had to switch rooms because house keeping try to mask an odor and the smell of the hotel room reeked. The hotel room I was changed to was a little bit better but still dirty carpet and headboard was peeling with walls dirty overall unacceptable. I can tell for a Westin hotel it is VERY outdated and poorly up kept. Overall I didn’t like my stay and wished I had a better hotel to switch to but I did not want to go through a headache. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.

Everything was excellent. I would only suggest that the common areas such as the elevators and main areas are better cleaned. Floors I. Elevators had trash, food stains etc. The actual hotel room was cleaned very well.

We chose this place because of the reviews and also Westin's usually have a good reputation. This place did not live up to it. We regret staying here. The room was falling apart, the carpet was sooo filthy. My son's bare foot turned brown. It was extremely disgusting! The room smelled muggy, old, everything was falling apart. We ended up staying the Residence Inn by Marriott near fort Lauderdale airport for the rest of our trip and omg this place was cheaper and by far superior!! I'll never go back to this Westin!

Location was great. The hotel is pet friendly and we got stuck with guests next door that had two dogs. Whenever they left the dog by themselves, one would start barking and the other howling until the owners returned. Then there was a dance event held in all the ballrooms and the sound was heard in the 8th floor. We could not sleep at all. When we complained they told us that it would end at 4am. Finally they shut one of the ballrooms down around 3am after more complaining. Never again will we stay here. Not worth the aggravation.

The lobby, bar and other common areas look nice. The rooms are outdated, the towels and rags had stains on them. I understand you get what you pay for but I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for better accommodations. I love the atmosphere of the hotel, the staff was welcoming and helpful.

I made two requests to front desk both of which I had to press to have. Room service dinner took two phone calls and more than an hour. A toiletry request a phone call and a visit downstairs when I realized they had forgotten.

Asked if I could extend my stay, A rude man at the front desk disinterested and smacking on a granola bar told me no flat out. And didn’t help in the slightest with how to extend my stay and shunned me off. I wanted to book another night and he refused to help and didn’t offer solutions as to how I could do it myself. I was willing to pay any inconveniences even swapping rooms and coming back at a later check in but no help was offered. 1/10 customer service needs to be coached on how to speak to people that pay good money to stay at this establishment. Do something asap it’s bad for business.

THE FIRST NIGHT I ARRIVED MY KEY WAS LOCKED TO THE DOOR BECAUSE THE BATTERY WAS DEAD I HAD TO SLEEP IN THE LOBBY ALL NIGHT WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS! ON TOP OF THAT BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE AND I DIDN'T GET ANY REFUND FOR MY FIRST NIGHT I MISSED! ALSO THEY MENTIONED THAT IT HAPPENS OFTEN WHEN THE KEY WILL NOT LET YOU ENTER! I HAD TO SLEEP IN THE LOBBY UNTIL 7 am!!!!! DONT WATE YOUR TIME AND MONEY I FELT VERY UNWELCOMED!

Everything was great at the hotel and the restaurant and bar on site as a huge convenience. However the check in was a little disappointing. Room was not ready after 4pm and they had to find something else available. Perhaps was the staff via the hotel issue.

I travel frequently, but don't write reviews. Jaylen at the check-in desk is the reason I am compelled to write. He greeted me with a friendly smile, quick service and selected the perfect room for a weary solo traveler. 8th floor room, corner end, with a sitting nook and view. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT & FABULOUS!! I was so pleasantly surprised with this room layout I had never seen in ANY hotel ANYWHERE before and certainly wasn't featured the pics or website (I check every amenity). The pool and deck overlooking the lake, gym sauna, breakfast buffet, FREE PARKING and on site restaurant and Starbuck cafe were all bonus!! The area also has places to eat and Harrah's Casino is short distance away for a little adult entertainment. There is also shopping nearby so definitely a hidden gem great for family or solo trip anytime. Enjoy your stay, I sure did and will be back!!

This felt like a corporate seminar facility with hotel rooms. While not a bad hotel, it didn't have a fun vacation vibe. You need to take an Uber or drive everywhere which makes it a little inconvenient. Very limited dining options within walking distance.

Quick check in and check out. Ahead of schedule but it’s not the busy season. Room adequate in size and comfortable. The bathroom could use the proper vent to get rid of the extra moisture. Plenty of parking spaces. About 10 minutes easy drive to the ocean. Starbucks right next to the property. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Check in was easy and not too bad for how busy they were the room was clean but furniture was old and a little beat up. Dinner in the hotel was fantastic the food was great the service was great!!! We also had breakfast that’s where service fell we were seated promptly but we had to flag someone down for coffee and NO one came by to see if we wanted anything the food was just so so I would eat breakfast somewhere else

Overall, it was good. The price was very reasonable, so a good value. The hotel (including lobby and my room) smelled faintly like cleaning fluid, which was a little unpleasant. The items for sale in the lobby sundry store were ridiculously overpriced. At the breakfast buffet, which has the usual scrambled eggs, fruit, bacon/sausage, potato, did not have any pancakes. I asked if they had pancakes and they said "that would be extra". My suggestion would be to include pancakes, like almost every other hotel does. The price charged for this buffet was high enough to include pancakes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay there again, wasn't wowed by the place but it was definitely a good value.

My room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. I had two very early days so didn’t get to use the breakfast or coffee areas. I did eat dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. It’s a scratch kitchen so they were able to accommodate my food allergies. I want to go back when I can have time to enjoy all of the amenities.
