The room was not clean, the gym equipment was broken and no air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly. There was gross sluggy water in the keurig. I would NEVER stay here again.

Quick service, nice people, comfy pillows, average to freezing cold ac, pool needs to be cleaned everyday, the cobble stone area by the shower should be redone because there are a few raised pieces that could realllllllllly hurt people at the pool if tripped on or over.... Comfy beds wonderful breakfast, great amenities....washing machine /dryer did great...kids loved all the vending machines..front desk staff is amazing!!!! No matter whom was on duty.... I went three different times on different nights and I got a new person every time and each person was so pleasant .. give them a raise even if it's a dollar ...good help is so hard to find... We ask for room service even though we weren't on the board and they were so delighted to help and give extra towels for our room and for by the pool

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking and easy access to the freeway. Bed is comfortable. Cons: Towels are rough. Room is very dated and worn out, especially the bath/shower. Overall, we would stay here again, if it's a short stay.

Nice staff and good price. The hotel smelled musky and was not very clean. The gym bicycle did not work, I had to unplug and plug the treadmill to get it to work. The only cardio machine that worked was the elliptical. A bigger gym with more options would have been nice. Breakfast was a plus but I wish it was real eggs

The hot water machine for drinks was inoperative. The single elevator had a sticking Lobby button and failed to open upon arrival at the floor until other buttons were depressed. Only the ice machine on the first floor worked. Unfortunately the fancy new signage is not matched with interior work. The only exception I have experienced is a legacy location in Chicoteague.

The room smelled moldy, the carpet throughout the room was damp. The towels came with hairs tangled in it. The staff came knocking on the door 10 mins before checkout time to remind us it’s time to leave. Not nice at all.

Needed a hotel nearby work related, reasonable cost. Clean and nice, entrance was hidden as semi parked in front of sign and the entrance to hotel. Busy area. Check in fine, hotel lobby and staff nice. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok, coffee was outstanding.

I stayed there a couple nights ago for an overnight stay and the experience was terrible. Once I got there I had to wait 40 minutes to get checked in because there was no one at the front desk, my family of 4 had to share 1 towel because none of the towels were washed for the whole hotel, the “free WiFi” was not working, and the restroom was not cleaned.

My husband and I are covered in bed bug bites. One of the beds were broken, metal grinding with every move. The room smelled horribly like mold. The blankets, sheets and pillow cases were stained or just plain filthy. Carpets were so gross that we didn't dare walk barefoot. As soon as we arrived we felt like we should just leave and now with so many bites all over us, I wish we had listened to that feeling.

Roaches and more roaches, ran into them the moment we walked into the room, needles to say we turned around , checked out and left. Terrible experience I put my family through. I hope I get my money back , the front desk person said we would , but did not seem too convincing,

Before I share my review it should be noted that they understand renevation so some things can be overlooked. The internet was very weak at best. Surprised to see only one elevator. Exposed wire harness to ac in wall behind floor board. Toilet needed to be fixed. Red spots on sheets. Now the plus. Excellent staff ready to take care of our needs. Supper cold AC great for the wife.

We were placed in a room right next to the train tracks. Trains ran all night long. The room was average and had no countertop in the bathroom, and no place to put our toiletries. Breakfast was included but had limited seating and limited choices for breakfast. Did not get much rest and only had some scrambled eggs for breakfast. Will not stay here again. Need updated

The Hotel did not match the photos posted. The hotel has RR track right behind it and the trains shack your room. The room is out dated, worn and smells of mold. This hotel should be closed.

The only things that are really important are the bed and the wifi. There has been no free wifi provided over the duration of my stay, which i consider a breach of contract. The hotel is old, scarred, and smells bad throughout. Room is a pass and staff are courteous.

On site laundry was a bit steep. The breakfast staff was always on point refilling the hot food.Kathy and Joe at front desk were vsry helpful and polite. Garcia from houskeeping kept the room clean and smelling fresh. Thanks Best Western staff made me feel welcome.

This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in. In three of the seven nights I stayed there, housekeeping did not clean my room until I complained and/or brought it to the attention of the front desk. The hallway carpeting leading to my room was severely worn and dingy. The upholstered chair in my room was similarly worn beyond what it should be. Even the tv remote felt almost sticky to the touch.This facility is in need of major upgrades to its physical appearance, carpeting and room furniture. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And I will never stay there again.

Pulled bed shears back and there was black hair on bed sheets. Front desk said there was no house keeping asit was 10 pm. I asked for clean sheets and I changed them myself.

The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel room bathrooms need to be revovated and to somehow increase the water pressure. There are train tracks directly behind the hotel so it gets very noisy when the train passes especially at 1:00am!

The hotel is tired and in need of maintenance. Paige who was at the reception desk was welcoming, friendly and greeted us with a smile. The location is convenient to I95. The overall location was not stellar. Would not recommend.

Walkable to Chase Stadium and the Xtreme park. We saved on not having to get Ubers to and from both. It’s also close to the Fort Lauderdale airport. Pool is ok and free breakfast a plus. We will stay there again next time we see Inter Miami.

We got to the hotel at 10 am & were told that check in would be at 3:00 but they would call if any rooms come available. There were at least 20 people waiting for check in & it's hard to believe that not 1 room became available at all until 2:45. The area felt very unsafe to even leave

Lobby smelled musty. Clerk was great. Hallway smelled of fresh paint. All doors had wet paint signs. Room smelled musty. Breakfast in morning had no butter or cream cheese for bagels or toast. No hard boiled eggs. Prepared eggs had peppers and whatever else in them..not ever eats that.

This was a one night stay before going on a cruise. I went cheap because I was just looking for a place to sleep for the night. The hotel needs to rip out all carpets and put in wood or tile. It would drastically improve everything. This is not where you want to go on a family vacation but it’s not a bad place to stay a night while traveling. When we first walked in there is a bit of a weird cleaning fluid smell. The front desk staff is very nice. The breakfast was good and the coffee was even better. Pros: Cheap Comfortable bed Friendly staff Good breakfast Great coffee Nice breakfast area Cons: Humidity on carpet leaves them wet Strange smell Located in an industrial area It’s worth the stay for the price.
