We had a garden view room that was clean and convenient for parking near the room. Breakfast was average but there were several options so you didn't have to have the scrambled eggs every day if you didn't want to. Pool area was nice but a little short on loungers if the place is busy.

Everything was good. I wish they carried Benadryl at the hotel lobby. I had an allergic reaction and had to go elsewhere at 4am

The breakfast was so so.we ate at 815 and scrambled eggs and turkey sausages were barely lukewarm. Did enjoy the coffee.

Safe hotel. Roosters crowed all night and morning. They did have complimentary ear plugs. Nice pool area. Staff was courteous. Very expensive at the end of the keys- not a lot of affordable options for families.

Due to an issue that the check in agent created, we were not able to check in and had to find alternate accommodation. They told us that needed to use same card to check in and since we had to switch out the card, we weren’t able to stay. We were 8 hotels from home on a Saturday night so we were left with no options but to try to find another hotel. Very frustrating and disappointing. Will never even consider this hotel again.
