Pier House Resort & Spa

Gave stars due to hotel key fob work on several occasions. Had to go to front desk to have it reset.

Fantastic stay! Staff was great, spa was wonderful and resort is the best in Key West!

The room was very clean. Checking in was not pleasant. We arrived at 3:45pm (15 minutes before the 4:00pm check in time). We were told that for $150.00 more they could accommodate us with early check-in . We opted to wait the 15 minutes leaving our phone number at the front desk for a text stating our room was ready. 10 minutes later the room was available and we got a text stating so. I prepaid the room via hotels.com and knew I had only the resort fees left to pay. Knowing it was going to be around $130.00 the desk quoted double that. After producing my hotels.com receipt, she acknowledged her error. I strongly urge guests to bring receipts and closely watch their billing procedures. We will not stay there again.

Wonderful place casual atmosphere centrally located

This is the best place to stay in Key West. Close and convenient to everything but it feels very secluded once you enter the property. Every meal we had was delicious and reasonably priced. (Try the Lobster Benedict for breakfast!). Bonus is a CVS across the street to pickup anything you forgot to pack/didn’t know you’d need.
