Clean and great pool area. It is right at airport so there will be plane traffic during daylight hours but airport is shutdown at night. Great view of water from property. You get a 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen condo. All units have covered balconies. All for the prices of most single hotel rooms on the island. Only downer was some roofing work going on during the day of our stay but that is only a temporary issue. So definitely a bargain

Room and amenities were great. Very clean. Pool area offered lots of chairs. Outdoor common areas were well maintained. Only complaint was that all of the elevators were shut down for maintenance on the morning of our checkout, which meant having to move our luggage down all of the stairs. Probably poor luck on the timing, however would've been nice if at least one alternative elevator was kept in service.

We loved our week at the Hyatt Windward Pointe. Our condo was beautiful and comfortable, the property was well-maintained, the pool, hot tub, and other facilities were sparkling and the perfect temperature. The Abbey Road Bar and Grill is delicious! They even prepared the fish that we caught! The resort is several miles away from the downtown area, but we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. A wonderful place for a family vacation!

There was roof work going on all day everyday I was there. The noise was terrible. Also the elevator was out of service making brining up all hagas and groceries a nightmare. Staff said it would be working but it wasn’t. All parking near unit was taped off for work and the entire area has roofing materials and scraps and trash everywhere. Not the trip we hoped for or expected.

the pool area and onsite outdoor activities are the best! we love the sand volleyball pit next to the pool and always take advantage of the outside grills. Every room has a great view from the balcony. The property 1 mile from downtown but nice and quiet. perfect for some R&R

The front desk staff was warm and friendly. We were welcomed given several wonderful suggestions for places to eat and taxi service. My (now) wife and I ran off to get married in an act of spoteneity. Every member of the staff for that matter, from Managers, Concierge, Housekeeping, Cooks and servers were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our villa(as the suites are called) was amazing. Clean, stocked with amenities, spacious and comfortable. The food at the Abbey Road Snack Shack was unassumingly amazing. The food was wonderful, and the people who work it were very engaging. The gardens are breathtakingly beautiful, and we found ourselves content to spend a lot of time there. Wonderful infinity pool, and Sauna, fountains, swings. So much to see and enjoy. Lots of local wildlife on hand within the garden to enjoy. The kind managers gifted us a bottle of wine to enjoy together. The view from our villa balcony looked across the ocean, and was also great. The hotel is set well away from Duval St , but only an $18, 10 minute ride to have fun and see the local nightlife. One more great thing about this location is it is only an 8 minute WALK to the airport. We will definitely be back, and thank you for such a great stay!

Stayed 4 days and 3 nights, we never heard anything from the front desk or room service. Had to ask for clean towels. The bathroom outlets in the primary room didn’t work. The other bathroom needed cleaned, hair on the floor and tub when we first checked in For the price per night, was not worth it. Sliding door would stick and was hard to open. Parking was terrible not enough spaces had to park a long way from entrance

This is an excellent place to stay in Key West. This is our third time staying there because we love how quiet and well kept it. Close to everything but far enough from the craziness. If I was to say anything negative, it was that the floors were actually dirty. My socks got black by just walking in the room for 20 minutes.

Really nice option for families. Spacious, full kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 bedrooms/2 full baths. Room had a few areas that showed age, but was clean. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and dishes, cup, etc all looked like they had just been washed. Convenience & amenities of a hotel resort with the space and feel of a condo.

This property was great! The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and functional. The property itself was amazing. It offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool area was large and had plenty to do. Airplanes, boats, cars, jetskis, it was a 2 year old boys(and his dad) dream location. Jets from the airport as well as the local navy station provided an airshow throughout the day, everyday.

A fantastic property which was very relaxing. We really appreciated the beautiful pool area, the size of the suite and the wide range of facilities in the room. The free parking was useful and having a full kitchen allowed us to cook when we wanted too. We only stayed 3 nights so there was no housekeeping during this time. The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival.

The upside: this was our 2nd stay-cation...great. The downside: need black out curtains in the bedrooms...too much light comes through (from neighbors outside lights) to truly enjoy a good nights sleep.

If you like roaring jet planes 100 yards from your bedroom window this is the place to stay. Rude, chubby dude at the front desk should not have a job. Tried to get me to go to a time share presentation while they were delaying my check in. You would think if they start cleaning at 10 am that you could get into your room 30 minutes early. The numbering of the rooms is pathetic. It doesn’t make sense and the front desk was clear as mud about where to go. Maids started knocking on our door at 9:30 to get us out. Our room was right by the walkway so the maids carts were rolling by at 7:30. Thankfully I am Marriott Platinum Elite member and our stay at the Marriott was so much better. Do not waste your time here!!!!

Property is beautiful; on site staff terrific. If you are offered the “rum tour” and “property presentation” avoid at all costs. We were told it was an hour; we were there for over three. We were firm that we were not interested in signing anything- sales manager started yelling at us. A 1/4 of a day when we were only staying for a few put a huge damper on our vacation.

We had such an amazing experience! The staff were so helpful and accommodating- our flight was canceled flying in and they helped us with late check in and also making sure we didn’t pay for the night we missed. They went above and beyond! Property is super nice, The personal verandas offered such amazing views each morning and at sunset. Pool area was amazing on hot July days and our condo/villa was perfect for our family. Loved having a full kitchen for breakfasts and 2 bathrooms make everyone more comfortable! We will definitely be back!!

Staff was super nice! Check in was fast. Rooms were spacious and enough for all 6 of us. We did not note the check out time was at 11am, oops! Buy they were able to accommodate us and gave us time to check out. Will definitely stay here again!
Staff was super nice! Check in was fast. Rooms were spacious and enough for all 6 of us. We did not note the check out time was at 11am, oops! Buy they were able to accommodate us and gave us time to check out. Will definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was warm and friendly. We were welcomed given several wonderful suggestions for places to eat and taxi service. My (now) wife and I ran off to get married in an act of spoteneity. Every member of the staff for that matter, from Managers, Concierge, Housekeeping, Cooks and servers were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our villa(as the suites are called) was amazing. Clean, stocked with amenities, spacious and comfortable. The food at the Abbey Road Snack Shack was unassumingly amazing. The food was wonderful, and the people who work it were very engaging. The gardens are breathtakingly beautiful, and we found ourselves content to spend a lot of time there. Wonderful infinity pool, and Sauna, fountains, swings. So much to see and enjoy. Lots of local wildlife on hand within the garden to enjoy. The kind managers gifted us a bottle of wine to enjoy together. The view from our villa balcony looked across the ocean, and was also great. The hotel is set well away from Duval St , but only an $18, 10 minute ride to have fun and see the local nightlife. One more great thing about this location is it is only an 8 minute WALK to the airport. We will definitely be back, and thank you for such a great stay!

Resort is amazing. Room and balcony is huge. Pool is awesome. Only thing they are missing is a shuttle. It is far from Duval street and the Uber's there were $30 each time so it adds up when you go back and forth a bunch.

First time in KW, really enjoyed our stay. Spacious villa, we used the balcony all the time with the ocean view. Pool was great. The only con (which was not a problem for us) was that the location is on the opposite side of the island from most of the great sights of KW. Expect a lot of ubering or renting a car. You can literally walk from the airport so that was nice. Don’t worry about plane sounds, you hardly notice it. Overall we loved our stay.

Good location, really pretty area around the pool. Condo was perfect, clean and comfortable. Does back up to the airport, we had a fantastic view of the runway, my son is a pilot, so this was the highlight of the trip for him.

Absolutely stunning property! Professional and friendly staff. The hotel is literally next to the airport, so you can walk if you have to. The planes are often coming in or out but when they do you can hear them briefly when sitting on the balcony but not so much in doors. Bikes are on the property to move at your leisure. $20 for an entire day (24 hours) was an amazing price for me. There is a concierge to assist with any shopping, traveling or transportation needs. The hotel was definitely a 10/10. Full kitchen, two full baths and bedrooms. If you left anything at home, stop by the front desk before going to purchase at the store. They have a lot of great stuff that’s free to you!

Absolutely LOVED the stay here. The Condo was beautiful and maintained well. Pool, bar, amenities were outstanding and very relaxing. I do suggest renting a car or golf cart to see the island and visiting Duval but its a small price to pay for such a beautiful place and very helpful and friendly staff.

Area around the pool was very nice. Food at the Abby Road Shack was very good! The noise from the cars going by was a little distracting. You hear a few planes during the day but nothing at night. It never was an issue for us. Can easily walk to and from the airport if wanted.

We loved our week at the Hyatt Windward Pointe. Our condo was beautiful and comfortable, the property was well-maintained, the pool, hot tub, and other facilities were sparkling and the perfect temperature. The Abbey Road Bar and Grill is delicious! They even prepared the fish that we caught! The resort is several miles away from the downtown area, but we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. A wonderful place for a family vacation!

All good things! They were able to accommodate our early check in, our room was Beautiful with a gorgeous view. Housekeeping took great care of us- responding to our needs very promptly. The pool was nicely heated and warm, with fun games to play. The cafe in the center court was delicious. We had a great time. Definitely enjoyed our stay there and recommend it!

This is my third time visiting this resort Nice grounds large rooms This visit was not great. Dirty. Floors,carpet, kitchen. Black feet from dirt. Mold on the shower curtain the shower heads thick mold shower curtain mold, mold in the jacuzzi tub. My special needs son took a bath in mold. Cleaned the tub several times could not get it out of the filter The carpets bad thick black dirt Front desk was not helpful and they let me on hold
