Over all great hotel. We arrived at 12:30 in the morning after a very long day of flying and check in was a breeze. We even got nice cold water bottles given to us which was so appreciated. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and included in price of room. For a family of 5 that helps alot. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staircase could use some tidying and 1 elevator was down while we were there, causing major backup during busy times. Was usually quicker to take stairs. Pool area was gated off and fairly clean. The pool itself could have used a bit of a clean out but thats to be expected of an outdoor pool. Plus it was a chilly/windy day so no one but us were in it. But everything over all was great and would definitely stay again.

Often lift/elevator failures happened during our 3 night stay. Daily clean up requests not honored. Breakfast area gets crowded in the morning with limited seating and breakfast area in infront of front desk area which makes even crowded in the mornings. The Elevator is very slow and was just one in service, the air conditioner of my room, was dirty and I have to place a towel to trap al these dirtiness plus the grill was covered with mold. The bed was too soft compared with other Hyatt Place hotel where I had been before. I always choose to stay in Hyatt Place because the comfort, cleaning, staff and beds with good lumbar support. This is the first time that something like that happens to me in your hotels.

We stayed three nights and from our 1st night only 1 elevator was working. by the 3rd day no elevator was working and me and my husband had to lift our bags 3 floors down. 3 large bags over 50lbs 3 floors down. Poor service!

My stay was nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok, my children ate the bacon, but they did have a variety of options ( the regulars, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, fruits and cereals). Our only issue were the elevators, one was out of service and the hotel appeared to be full. The wait was long, especially when trying to take your luggage down at check-out. Every time the elevator got to our floor it was full, but we eventually made it. Check out was fast and easy. I would stay there again with my family.

Positive first: managers are very polite and really try to make it right. Thank you very much to Ana. Negative: found a cockroach on our bathroom. They switched us to a different room and the TV wasn’t working. Overall it is a 3 star hotel that needs to be remodeled. It shows signs of wear and carpet wall paper, etc looks old and dated. Walls have stains across the halls. However, again, the staff and managers treated us amazingly and were very understanding, very polite and respectful. Kudos to Ana.

On the second night we predicted ants in the bathroom and near the bed on the carpet, we managed to kill some. The next day we went to the front desk to inform this and they said they were going to send a pest control at that time. The night when we arrived at the ants we killed were still in the same place and living ants, so there was no floor cleaning that day and no pest control. We waited for dawn and went back to the front desk to make the same complaint and they said the same thing. The night when we returned to our room there was no cleaning and much less the pest control. We were stung and showed this to the boy at the reception who was amazed but did nothing to help us.

Very OK hotel, not fan of the very average breakfast, no where to sit! The decor really needs an uplift, don’t understand why there isn’t a kettle to boil water rather than an actual Microwave (very bizarre)! However the bed was comfy! The small pool was dirty, no bar as they were renovating it! However, staff are caring, and close distance to my clients and airport!

The place was convenient for us. It was close to all the places we had to go. The airconditioning was to loud, and the bathroom door is to tight to the toilet. When you want to get in the nathroom you habe to touch the toilet, because the door is to tight on It. The bedding was very comfortable. The size of the room was extremely spacious. All the staffs where helpfull and friendly.

The staff was nice but the room was a different story. First the ac was not optimal. It was really hot and the sheets felt wet. Then the furniture was old and falling apart. When taking a shower the pipes made a really strong noise. I hope they remodel soon.

I was super impressed with this hotel. This place was quiet even tho near the airport, I couldn’t hear the traffic. Felt safe. Staff was phenomenal: kind and helpful. Place was very clean. Breakfast superb and plentiful even up to closing time. Most places if you show up last 10 min of breakfast time, there’s nothing left. Not this place. Everything fresh and plentiful. Would totally come back again and recommend to others

My stay at the Hyatt place Doral is always great . The staff are always friendly but the staff member that shines beyond a doubt is Carlos . I’ve been coming here for close to 7/8 years and Carlos is always so friendly and accommodating to all customers. He should be an ambassador for Hyatt place . He is a remarkable human being . The staff are superb and really go out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and was quiet enough for us to get some rest. It was my birthday and I was feeling sick but the GM made it so special by leaving me a balloon with chocolates and kept asking how I was feeling. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked two rooms. One with a king bed the other with two queen beds. Upon our arrival the front desk clerk saidthey had given our rooms away but he could still accommodate us. But not with the same room type we booked and prepaid for. After asking why they gave our rooms away after I had even called and confirmed our arrival the clerk stated that they did not have enough housekeeping staff to show up for work and our room selections were dirty. The hotel looked like it has seen better days and needs some renovations made to it.

Due to booking last minute, check in took longer than usual as there seemed to be a miscommunication when booking. Front desk supervisor Carlos Johnson went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved. His dedication was truly appreciated. Hotel also has a great breakfast, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

First of all, this is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time, the experience wasn't that bad. But the second time, they didn't even bother to clean the room. I had to call and go down to the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned and for clean towels. It was unpleasant having to ask for even the basics. I would never stay there again.

This is a great property for a short break in Miami. It is just 10 minutes from the main airport and has great connections out to the coast and down to the Keys. There are great dining and entertainment options within walking distance including a boutique cinema. Breakfast was great and the staff excellent.

Great place to stay when in Miami. Breakfast is free and puts to shame what some hotels would charge over $20 for. They even change some of the offerings everyday. We stay 3 nights and had something different every morning. Great staff as well. I highly recommend this place. Also great spot for plane spotting

I arrived at the property about 1.5 hours before check-in and was hoping the hotel could accommodate an early arrival. The lady at the front desk barely looked up at me and immediately said no. She could have at least tried to look a bit more accommodating. The property itself looks dated, with lots of stains and tears on the lobby furniture and carpets. A lot of Amazon delivery boxes were lying around in the lobby. The elevator floor was dirty and covered with stains, like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I was put in an accessible room, so no tub. The shower area was separated from the rest of the bathroom by only a curtain, and whenever I took a shower, water would flow right throughout the entire bathroom and even toward the room. The bedroom carpet showed signs of previous water staining as well. it was very gross. I can't express how disappointing this stay was. Thank god I was only there for one night. I definitely will not be returning.
