This would have made this hotel 5 stars: not having a wet rag smell upon entering the room, having more than 1 car for complimentary car service, and going more than 2 miles for complimentary car service. I couldn’t give this hotel 2 stars because the front desk people were nice and those who stopped by our room for other services were friendly. Other than that, I would reconsider staying here again.

this is the second time we stayed this property. my daughter attends University of Miami so we frequently come to visit typically we stay a little closer to campus in Coconut Grove or Coral Gables. This property exceeds all expectations. The rooms are beautiful. They're large. The staff is unbelievably kind and attentive to whatever you might need, we had a medical emergency while staying here and I will say that the hotel showed its true colors, which was unbelievable. The rooftop pool is a tropical paradise. You cannot believe how beautiful it is. Also, you get to use the equinox gym, which is attached to the hotel and it is convenient too pretty much everything in Miami. This is an amazing hotel everything about it most especially the staff is just the best. We will certainly be staying here again.

Had a great stay. Quality of late night room service options was less than expected. Pool service was less than expected, took some coaxing and not as attentive as you would expect. Had to chase them down a few times even when they weren’t busy. No fruit trays while in the pool as advertised which was disappointing.

Lots of construction, place seemed like it was out dated, carpet needed replaced, gym locker areas had hair everywhere, had reservations at 10 for spa waited 30 minutes past.

Staff in the dining room were slow, indifferent. The ey kept forgetting to bring things we asked for and it took forever to get waited on most mornings. We finally went out to get breakfast elsewhere. Condition of the rooms is a bit dated even though the rooms are big and comfortable. Pool area and pool are big but could use a refurb.

First room was dirty and shampoo/conditioner were watered down. The phone was also broken. When I was moved to my new room the phone also didn’t work but it was cleaner. Spa system broke when I had an appointment so I ended up waiting 40 mins for somebody to get me. Overall, this was not a 5 star experience.

Beautiful, clean, well situated hotel. The staff are outstanding. Gorgeous artwork, including Botero bronze’s, were a delightful surprise. Food was the only item I found to be less than perfect. I would happily stay there again.

We chose Four Seasons for our family trip and couldn't be happier! The service was detailed and the staff was so nice. The room was spotless, and the towels and bed linens were top-notch! Next time we travel, we'll definitely consider staying at a Four Seasons again.

While our stay was brief, the moment we entered the property the experience was delightful. From checking in, to our room being prepared, clean, and with the nice little touches for our kids that the Four Season excels in. We had an absolutely amazing dinner at Nuna with our kids and then were able to spend some time at the pool after dinner because it's open 24/7, a luxury we never thought we'd enjoy so much. We had an early flight and room service was delivered on time (5:45am) and our car was ready for us to depart.

The Hotel is great. The pool area is very nice with very good service and the rooms are nice and big. The room was not done on our first night by 3 pm in the afternoon so the next morning I asked the hotel if they could please have it done early in the morning which they immediately did. The internet is a bit slow and not very effective in certain parts of the hotel. I would nevertheless stay again in this hotel as it is very convienent for business purposes.
