The room was very clean, but the walls are very thin and I could hear people next-door making noise early in the morning when I was trying to sleep. Breakfast was good, but the parking lot is dark and doesn’t feel super safe.

I could find nothing wrong with my stay, front desk Staff was good, gave us waters when we came in, room was great. Pool was great. Hot tub was great breakfast. The next morning was great.

Easy check in . Beds are very comfortable and I like the shower gel, shampoo etc on the wall in shower. New for me since last time I stayed at the hotel. Breakfast is very good . Lots of choices. The only drawback is parking. Hard to get a space if you arrive late in the evening and lightning is very poor.I ended up parking all the way in the back , it was dark and I felt uncomfortable walking to the entrance.

Construction everywhere. You didn’t know where to step off of the elevator as there were tiles being set. Other than that it was fine. Needs an update so I get it.

I spend over 40 nights a year in hotel rooms. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have been in. Our room had a bug infestation. The first morning we told the staff at the lobby and when we came back that evening there where double the amount of bugs.

We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, we found an empty Coke bottle on the floor, noticeable stains on the carpet, and, most disturbing of all, a large cockroach crawling near the bed. I reported this to the front desk right away, but nothing was done to address the issue. The lack of response and attention to basic hygiene made our stay very uncomfortable. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

We booked a room because of a power outage at our home. Long day and very tired, just wanted a comfortable room with a/c. The room was not entirely clean. The more we settled in the more we noticed. Dirty floorboards, smudged walls, a wet spot on the carpet in front of the fridge. There was gunk on the tiled entryway like it wasn’t mopped. The bathroom was dusty and the shower grout had mold. There was hair on the back of the toilet and floor. The shelves for towels was covered in a layer of dust. The room smelled a bit musty and after turning down the temp the a/c barely put out cool air. We were exhausted, but ended up leaving around 3 am. The hallway carpets were dirty, the elevator areas were dirty and everything just looked rundown. I spoke to the front desk and they told me a manager would reach out and we’ve had no follow up.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean but a little outdated . Breakfast was very nice but perhaps I should have utilized the microwave as some items were cold. I would recommend this hitel and stay again

The rooms did not look the cleanest, there were stains in a lot of places. The room also smelled awful, like moldy or moist, had to switch rooms and then it still smelled the same so nothing changed. The seats in the waiting area looks so worn and torn, it just made the place feel crusty. Staff was ok, overall probably wouldn’t intentionally stay here again.

For a Hampton Inn, this was disappointing. No one was at the desk at check in . The carpet in the halls was disgusting.. It was either very dirty or the ugliest carpet I have ever seen. The room was nice and clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing. Eggs they had both days were not good. Milk tasted watered down.

The closest thing is the mall and it's a bit of a hike. Lack of sidewalks around the property make it not very pedestrian friendly. The property itself and staff are fine. I was on the 5th floor and the water pressure was awful. They don't always have eggs for breakfast, so sausage patties are the only protein.

Getting to property was difficult - GPS directions were off. Property itself felt clean but old. Old plumbing, old carpet, old windows. Stay was safe and acceptable, but wouldn’t chose this one again.

Located near dadeland Mall it is convenient and the cost is reasonable but the carpet and furnishings and walls are very worn. There is not enough parking places for the number of guests. The parking area in front of the hotel has lots of trees so expect to find your car covered in leaves, pollen and bird poo. The pros of the hotel is the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable and the linens were new and soft and bright white. The breakfast was make your own waffles, orange and apple juice, toast and a few assortments of box cereal.

Overall a nice hotel. Updated decor within the past couple of years. We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked as tho it was kept up and we saw others enjoying it. Breakfast was typical waffles, cereal, muffins and an egg dish. The room had a king bed, 2seat couch w/ a little table stand, mini fridge that is ICE COLD, smart TV, small closet. The bathroom was small but clean. The one down fall would be the beds. Our king size bed was as hard as the floor. We were there for 3 nights so we requested extra pillows and slept on them. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Every so often when I travel without the wife I allow myself some guilty pleasures. Fruit Loops for breakfast at Hamptons Inn. I get there this time and it's not one of the offerings!! Panic better switch hotels!!!! I joked with the staff and sat down in my sad stupor. A few minutes later one of the staff brings me a bowl of Fruit Loops!!!!!!! Amazing!

A 5 star stay in a property rated 2 start. Loved everything the property the proximity to the mall, Best Buy, Target, Michaels. Wonderful staff especially ? Antonio who was kindness personified after what was supposed to be a 10 minute walk turned into a 60 minute walk in the 2'oclock sun after I got lost. Disliked nothing.My new place to stay when visiting Miami. Thank you Hampton Inn.

There was noise coming from the room next door. I asked the staff member Robert to come and check it out. He called and said he only heard a TV. The next morning he had THE nerve to tell me that nobody else complained and basically I was a liar. The hotel was dirty however Tiffany who checked us in was awesome. When we checked out Robert gave us our check out sheet without saying anything. Rube I will never stay there again.

Excellent stay at the Hampton Inn Dadeland. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. I would recommend walking to these stores but the hotel has ample parking space and it is included in the room rate. A lot of value for the money paid here. Would recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed one night at this location. The room was clean and had what we needed. The breakfast was what you expect but the area it is served in is very congested and didn’t seem to have much organization. We had to eat in our room due to lack of space. Staff were very friendly. This is located right down the road from the mall.

We were in town for some U of M events. The hotel was clean , easy to check in with our booking at Hotels.com Really appreciate the no fees for parking and the free breakfasts that were included.When the a/c was off room had a bit of a mildew smell, though the room was clean and this is south FL. Very convenient to the metrorail and the shopping close by. If we go back to Coral Gables we will stay here again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH!! The staff is amazing. The amenities are great. The entire hotel is clean and tidy. The staff do everything possible to keep the guests happy. The breakfast is the best with tons of options and the staff will accommodate special dietary needs as best as they can. Overall this hotel gets 100 stars. Will definitely stay again.
