The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a full selection of fruits, cereals, breads, and hot entrees. The pool and patio was lovely, and the port shuttle ran a half hour late. Fortunately, we still had plenty of time to check into our cruise.

The hotel was mostly deserted, but the bartender was friendly and very competent. The pool was nice. Our dinner sandwich was certainly nothing to write home about. But what irked us most was the undisclosed $30 valet parking charge to which (again without notice) a $4.50 parking surcharge was added without explanation. Hotels.com should have made these charges clear before our reservation was made.

Wish the property had self-parking. Using the valet was inconvenient. Property was ideally located for where we wanted to go in Miami. Maybe the property could promote better closer dining options that are walkable.

The hotel itself was nice. However, they left their pool/outdoor music on all night and they were clueless about their shuttle to the port and lied to us about it. The staff were absolutely clueless... one telling us one thing and the other another thing. My recommendation would be for them to cut ties with their shuttle service.

The hotel and room were both very clean. The staff at the front desk and in the restuarant area and bar were very friendly and accomodating. I especially like that there is a store and CVS within walking distance or via the trolley. One night stay before a cruise.

For the price we paid to say would would expect my room to be cleaned properly there were dirty clothes left and the room smelled of urine. We also had a weird altercation with the front desk person who could have easily resolved the issue instead of escalating it and joking about us with co workers. Overall my experience was really bad but it’s over.

Room was not what was to be expected when checking into a room at Hilton Garden Inn Miami Brickell South hotel. We found what appears to he blood splattered on the bathroom wall, water leaking out of the walls, wall paper coming off walls, ceiling appears to be cracking/falling apart at seams, patchwork paint on several walls, stains on floor, room smells like mold/mildew…etc.. Front desk employees were friendly and accommodating when we called to let them know of the situation and wanting another room. The room we were moved to was better considering room we were leaving..however the tv credenza was pulled away from wall about 6 inches with cords exposed and cabinet looked to be damaged/cracking from water, bathroom fan was rusting… this hotel seems to have water leaking inside walls and smells moldy. We would not stay here again.

Don\'t stay here. We used to stay at this hotel all the time when it was the Hotel Urbano before Hilton bought it and "renovated" it. Now it is the worst (not one of the worst, the actual worst) hotel we have ever stayed in. There is no room service unless requested, but they don\'t tell you that at check-in. It\'s on a tiny sticker on the bathroom mirror, which we didn\'t read when we checked in late at night. We found out when we came back to our room after a day out. When we asked to have it cleaned then, we were told all the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. There is no night staff except the manager and a few other employees. When Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30am we asked them to come back in an hour. They then asked us to go get coffee or breakfast so they could clean our room right then. Sticky stain on the desk that would not come off and had to be covered so it didn\'t get on our stuff. Glob of dried toothpaste on the bathroom wall. Stained sheets on the bed. When we asked them to change them we were handed another set and told to do it ourselves since housekeeping had gone home. The new set had stains as well. They ran out of toiletries on the first day of our visit. The only storage in the room was one small drawer and a tiny closet. Broken fixtures in the rooms. All the safes had been taken out of the rooms during the renovations. There are 6 safes on the floor of the manager\'s office. First come, first served, so you may have to

I asked to change my room because I was directly in front of an over pass for 95. They said they could move me one door down. Same location. There was food all in the hallway on my floor and the shower had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Would not recommend this hotel

At check in the computer couldnt print keys so we had to wait in room until they fixed it. the television didnt work, and was not fixed during stay. No free parking at what was merely an older "motor lodge" (not a fancy hotel) Paid breakfast buffet was minimal, just scrambled eggs sausage and potatoes not even bacon. Not even as good as the free breakfast at a Hampton Inn.

The staff were awesome and very helpful Loved Eli. Very friendly and tried his best to please us. Our shower in the room wasn’t giving enough water pressure. We complained about it 2 days in a row and they tried fixing it without any luck. It took longer to take a shower. Very disappointed about it. The hotel shouldn’t rent out those rooms without any water pressure. Also, there were no hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom etc. The toilet paper holder was fallen out and we told them to fix it, which they did. Finally on our 3rd day we moved rooms. The shower was working. But the A/C wasn’t working properly. Temperature was stuck between 60-64 F. The maintenance guy came and tried fixing it with no luck. Had to turn it off due to cold room. But the staff were understanding and helpful. We weren’t the only ones complaining about the shower.

Room 320 - I can’t believe the tacky repair done to (apparently) re-attach the toilet roll holder to the bathroom wall. A Motel 6 handyman could have done a better job. Pathetic dribble coming from the shower head. For what ended up costing $450.00 per night you’d expect much better

Upon check-in the lady at the desk was rude and unfriendly. Once we got to the room we had a toilet that didn’t flush and the room was very dark. Went back down to the front desk, the lady was still rude and didn’t appear to care. She stated I needed to wait for maintenance, after waiting on maintenance for an hour I went back down to complain again. This time I just begged to be moved instead of waiting again. She finally agreed. Once we get to the new room with all of our belongings including groceries the refrigerator doesn’t work. Smh. She said there was nothing she could do. Just all around frustrating.

The staff was very kind when I booked in and they understood my situation completely, it was very kind of them. The room was great, they always had food available which is good since I kept under-eating and getting headaches, it’s a great and welcoming place.

I enjoyed my stay at hilton gardens, the room was clean the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have Delicious breakfast buffet and the hotel is close to the freeway and easy access to brickell and downtown Miami. Will definitely stay here again !

Staying for work. This was convenient off and on Rickenbacker Causeway for me and i felt safe. They have valet available all night, and the front desk was very responsive. Would recommend this property.

This hotel is quaint & cute. It is definitely not near anything. There is a trolley that stops near, but it is very limited. There are no restaurants near here or small stores. The rices within the hotel are very expensive & not very feasible for families or people in general. ($9.99 for a tall container of pringles- usually $4 max in a regular store). Our last day at the hotel there was a incident & the clean up for it took entirely too long, so we were stepping over blood & being very careful to not touch blood which had stained the walls.

the convenience of having the train station about a five minute walk made it a great place to stay for ultra. it’s really quiet and quick to get to if driving or ubering. also really clean and the staff was really friendly.

Solid hotel in a nice residential area. It\'s about a mile walk to the the "downtown" area. The neighborhood seamed very safe and there is a free city shuttle to downtown. Overall its a great hotel if you don\'t need to be in "downtown Brickell". There is parking but it costs extra.

Service at the bar and dining room were terrible and the food was inedible except for the eggs. Also they didn't replenish buffet items once they got low so we didn't have much to choose from 30 minutes before it was supposed to end. Don't spend the money on breakfast there! Also the rooms didn't have a safe or towel racks which was very odd. Front desk staff were very nice though and room was clean, comfy bed.
