My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot, in front of the main entrance to the hotel. The manager said that the hotel is not responsable of the incident. The employee that was in the front desk support me in the report to the police and she said that it’s not the first time that happened. When the police arrived, they asked for the cameras but the manager said that the hotel has not cameras in the parking lot. Incredible!!!!!!

Booked this property because of Expedia advertised stay, park and fly, Expedia said this property had 24 airport shuttle and free parking onsite, upon check in the clerk told me it was $10 a day to park my car and they had NO 24 hour shuttle, and had some outside courier service to take me to the airport starting at 6am and ending at 4pm with no pick up service, this was completely opposite of what Expedia advertised on this property, my flight left at 6am so I had to scramble for some airport parking that is costing me $18 a day!! Thanks Expedia!👍

Pool, restaurant and bar where closed. We only stayed here because it was advertised as a full service hotel. The manager said they were doing a trial with the restaurant and BSR closing on weekends. Bad idea! The pool had no water. Very disappointing.

The hotel is a little old and tired. However the breakfast has really improved and the beds are really comfy. Ok for a short business visit. Just wish they would fix the broken mirrors in the elevators. Been coming for 3 years and still the same

The hallway, sheets and room smelled. I tried to get sheets changed but nobody came until the next day after asking multiple times. When the ladies came to my room one lady went into the bathroom and added towels. I tried to explain I only needed my sheets changed. There was a language barrier. They told me to leave the room and goto the lobby for five minutes while they change the sheets. I came back to the room only one bed had been touched and couldn’t tell if they had actually changed the sheets or just remade the bed. The bed still smelled the same. The AC makes a lot of noise. A man did try to follow me to my room. We got on the elevator together went to the same floor. He motioned for me to get off first I did but waited to see where he was going. He went right and back left toward my room. I peeped around the corner to see where he stopped. He was at the end of the hall pretending to be on the phone. I turned around got back on the elevator and went to the lobby for a while. When back up to my room did see him. A little while later looked out the peephole and there was a man on his knees listening to the door across from me. Waited a little the first man came out there was a woman inside and the last man comes down the hall and walks in the room with the woman.

What I did not like was room wasn’t cleaned properly from dust, bathroom wasn’t clean and a dead roach inside of the picture frame. Carpet needs to be clean as well very smelly. Renovation is definitely needed.

Everything was fine except I could not connect to the wifi saying that the last name did not match the records for the room. And there was a very Damp area in our room as well. The carpet was wet, and it smelled humid. Other than that, it was fine.

From the moment we checked in this Holiday Inn failed to meet the basic expectations you have when staying in a hotel. Upon walking into our first room it smelt horribly of weed and cigarette smoke. We immediately went back downstairs to have our room changed. Though our room was promptly changed no apology was offered. Our next room had a hole in the wall, the card reader on the door was defective, mold in the bathroom and on the ceilings, stains on all the linens, and a wonderful hair all on a clean towel. One day we left and our room smelt clean and when we returned it smelled like weed and cigarettes. For someone traveling with a small child and who is pregnant this is completely unacceptable. Upon checkout management wasn’t even on site until 10 am to address all of my concerns. This hotel was not cheap by any means and in a nice part of town, so to be dealing with these issues was incredibly disappointing. Do not waste your money here. Better off staying at a motel where at least I’m saving money for the same level of cleanliness and hospitality.

Hotel was easy to find good location near many restaurants. Considering the location the hotel was quiet and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was offered downstairs but was a bit pricey compared to restaurants in the area - Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend the hotel if you are in the area.

We arrived in the midnight and the lady was disoriented and has very bad service, I had to go to the lobby 4 times because she didn't know how to program the room keys, on top of that deplorable treatment and she had alcoholic breath. The other staff were very responsible and apologized for the altercation.

The property was in an ideal location. It only took 30 minutes to get to Miami Beach and 40 minutes to Fort Lauderdale. There were many restaurants a short drive away as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is set back from the highway so there is no road noise. The aircraft from Miami airport can be heard but it is not that noticeable. The rooms are large and have TV with good channels. The breakfast buffet is OK. Parking can be in short supply.

First of all they charge $7 to use the parking lot for guests. It was almost impossible to find a spot if you arrive after 10pm . We had a terrible experience with the breakfast due to a change of dining place. Bathroom toilet and washbasing where broken. Place maintenance taking those two thing out were on the spot. Surroundings too.

The fees shown for this property DOES NOT include parking fees or breakfast. Hotel does housekeeping every 3 days. I asked for them to give me new towels and toilet paper since we were 3 in the room and was told that someone would get to the room to help but never came. Breakfast had an additional fee but two of the 3 days I stayed there, kitchen was not working and breakfast was not available. This hotel is overpriced.
