We were in building 5 that was getting a new roof which we knew that construction work was happening when we book. We were not advised that we wouldn’t be allowed to use our balcony for our full stay. When we looked out to the balcony it was covered in building rubble. The stairs in the building was also covered in building rubble and black dust was constantly coming in the main door to the apartment. We also encountered loud banging during working hours. This block should have been closed to bookings during construction

Awesome single night stay. Had full access to awesome pool and amenities near pool. Ate at the on site restaurant. Service and room were great. Only negative is they didnt offer any breakfast.

The property is really nice and clean. The only downfall was we were staying on the 5th floor and the elevator was not working at the beginning of the trip but was sorted out before we left. I loved it despite the small issue.

The elevator was out of order for our entire 3 night stay and we were given a 5th floor unit this being the biggest inconvenience and disruption of Comfort, especially when you suffer from hip or joint disease. We were not compensated for this inconvenience.

I like that the property was located in a very nice area of Doral. I like that it had shuttle that takes you to the near shops and restaurants. However, the property is old and I did not like the carpet. I would stay here again though because I loved the view of the lake!

Great Hotel and great location. Only 1 negative thing. We arrived at night, the elevator of our building wasn’t working and we where with a wheelchair, couldn’t use the stairs. Only 1 elevator per building. They resolved by changing us to the next building.

We just got home from a 7 njght stay, and we all wish we were still there! Everything about this property was amazing. The huge rooms that were fully stocked, daily poolside activities, plenty of onsite amenities and the fantastic location! We will be back 😀

Lots for the kids to do - mini golf, chess and games by the pool. The pool area was nice and big. Parking was spacious and easy.

When I arrived, their check-in system was down, and no one could be checked in. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally received my keys, but the system continued to go down intermittently for the next two days. My room had multiple issues: the toilet bowl had dried feces on it. I complained, and although someone came to clean it, it was still not fully done—I had to complain again for it to be addressed. Under the sink was in terrible condition, looking like it had flooded before, with dirt and grime around the base. The door latch was installed upside down, and even the toilet handle was upside down, which was just bizarre. After all of this, the only adjustment they offered was waiving the parking fee, which I felt was unacceptable given the experience.

Excellent service, location, comfort, and cleanliness. I believe it’s the place to stay in Miami if you’re coming to the city for a specific purpose, but if you suddenly feel like staying at the hotel to relax, you can easily do that too.

good place. only complaint pulir room was not properly clean . we found some marihuana from previous guess that should have being pick and clean if as was on middle of the living room. meaning the cleaning lady did not even check we point that to her and then she clean the room

The surrounding area is nice and has many places within walking distance i.e. restaurants, grocery store, gyms, spa, etc. The property is old and the rooms are dated. It is time to upgrade the room furnishings. My room had stained white throw pillows, so I definitely didn't want to sit on the couch. The couches were also dirty looking. The room was decorated as if it was still the 80's. The kitchen was stocked, however you did have a bent, broken looking coffee pot. The bathrooms were dirty, especially the floors and the corners. The employees need to know more about your hotel. Prior to arriving, I asked if there was an oven in the room b/c you can see it in the picture, however some pictures are borrowed from other places, the representative stated there were no ovens in the room, where in fact, there was. Overall it was an ok stay due to the location, however expensive for what was offered.

Everything about the property is great minus the elevators not working. However the management and service needs some serious work. They extended my checkout till 11am (which I believe is a normal checkout time across Marriott’s and Hiltons) and at 10:40am they sent security to essentially escort me out. Never in my life have I been so embarrassed or treated like some sort of convict. I understand the need for the room but why not call or send another member of staff… but to send two big guys knocking and introducing themselves as security to ensure I leave. It was not even past the time they extended I check out. Shame on you villas of Doral. For someone who has spent thousands of dollars at your hotel over the past year - this is no way to treat a repeat customer. I will carefully reconsider staying at this hotel again. If you do stay here - expect the same convict treatment.

Very welcoming check-in desk. Helpful, attentive and friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. We enjoyed our balcony view of the palm trees and lake. TV’s in every room with updated technology. Kids enjoyed the activities such as pool, ping pong, large chess board. Pool was nice and we ate at the pool bar. Lots of drink and food options. After leaving, we thought we should have booked another night.

Overall great experience, a mishap on our last day with my cc, they came banging at the door with 2 security guards like we were criminals. Demanding payment. I wasn't there at the moment. My ill father was there. He was scared and in shock went we arrived back. They keep on calling the room every 10 min. To ask if i arrived back. The funniest thing is, i was at the front desk that morning. They didn't communicate any issue's 😠

It was a not a so pleasant experience and I won’t come back. I don’t recommend this place. I have visited this hotel twice. Last time was better. I am a frequent traveler. 1. I requested a room in a high floor because the nicest think is the view. The apartment is standard (another apartment hotel will do). However, they gave me the first floor instead. When I arrived they changed me to a room on the third floor (and stated that it was miscommunication). The view was not so nice this time. 2. They called me every single day to try and sell a timeshare somewhere else (even to my cellphone). 3. The noise in the hallways early in the morning and late at night. 4. The day of the check out, they start calling you at your room at 9:30 am. At 9:50 arrived a lady that mentioned she didn’t speak English and that we needed to be out by 10. I have small kids by the way.

Loved this property will stay here again when im in doral florida on thing is they dont tell you about the $200 damage fee till you get there but on the up side you get it back but you can use it to charge snack to your room from the little market
