Decent hotel great location. Needs updating carpet is drab, bed wasn't comfortable, and needed a deep clean. No microwave in the room had to go to the 6th floor to use the microwave. Ice machine didn't work

The hotel looks good, like a 4-star hotel. The lobby is nice. The room is also clean and large. Amenities in the room are sufficient, but no microwave. The only problem is that there are practically no restaurants around the hotel. The swimming pool water was not clear.

Excellent bar and cafe. Shuttle from the airport was past terrible. We waited 45 minutes, some riders longer on the street curb waiting on the Pullman Shuttle to pick us up. We saw 4 shuttles per recognized hotel names in the span of the one Pullman Hotel shuttle. Then the shuttle was overloaded with people standing in the aisles desperate to get to the hotel as cabs refused to take us due to the close proximity of the hotel to the airport. That alone would make me select a different hotel near the airport.

Quick airport stay overnight. Clean comfortable room, good breakfast buffet (for additional charge but reasonable) Only complaint was flight arrived very late and shuttle from airport stops running at midnight but taxi said that’s typical for all the mia airport hotels.

Worst hole i v ever been in after two days of no room service went down to the front desk to ask for water for the coffee maker. I was told the hotel has no water left at all walking up the saw room service and asked her for water and she stated that they had ran out of water and there was no water no coffee. The room was disgusting dirty very old.

Whatever you do do not stay at this hotel. This entire hotel is filthy, decrepit, and the “culture” is disgusting. They do not maintain the hotel. It is absolutely not clean from the floors to the bathrooms to the beds. They use a single sheet instead of a fitted sheet for the beds and you can see shells from bedbugs. We got a room arriving at 9:30 at night in the moment we walked in it was not clean. The bathroom still had urine in it. The bed had the other guest imprint on it, and his flight tags were still on the table. When they upgraded us to a “suite” I felt even more gross in the room with the sticky carpet floors and run down bed with pillows that smelled like mold and wetness. This hotel was a humidity trap. Awful Customer service. Do not stay at this hotel

The hotel room was very dirty. The carpet look a hundred years old and smelled. The bathroom was extremely dates and had no shower pressure at all. The sheets had hair in them like they were never washed. Do not recommend!

The rooms are old. Especially the bathroom of my room was very outdated. No countertop just a wash basin in the wall. The shower head in bad condition as well. Not Pullman standard. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Ran into a few issues while I was here. I will say, the staff were awesome, I have no complaints about the individual service that was provided to me. My first issue was the strange noises that kept happening around my room. Maybe it's related to the airport but it made sleeping peacefully very difficult. I also had such a lukewarm shower! Even on full blast, it was lukewarm at best. The water also got everywhere, the shower head couldn't be moved and was tilted towards the floor. My room was good, way bigger than I needed but that's not a negative I supoose. Another small but just weird issue is there was no outlet to plug in my phone charger near my bed? I could have missed it, but I had to leave my phone across the room which certainly annoyed me. The breakfast was... fine. I'm not sure why it had its own resteraunt feel, maybe it does better after breakfast? Same continental breakfast as anywhere else. It was close to the office I was visiting but the gates and private property around the area made a .3 mile distance a 20 minute walk to work by going all the way around. It was at best alright, but so many small annoying things kept me from recommending it.

Only staying one night but we enjoyed it. We missed the dinner in the restaurant but you can order at the bar at 5:30pm we both ordered the salmon & had some drinks & everything was delicious. We loved the cuty view as well, our room was #1023 & you have views of bith tge airport, city & river! Plus the planes taking off go right by the window & that was fun to watch as well. Our stay was pleasant, quiet & relaxing. The property may be showing its age in places but its still nice & the added touch of security from the front gate is nice.

The hotel location is great, fine to pop your head down for a night or two, but it is pretty tired and in need of refurb. The location does also mean it’s pretty noisy so didnt get a whole lot of sleep. The beds weren’t comfortable - very old and lumpy, they weren’t made well, the bottom sheets were all pulled out within minutes of getting in. Tried the bar, the food was below average (seemed like it was prepacked and microwaved), cocktails were just ok. Aircon was unbelievably noisy, so had to turn that off.

Getting to the hotel was the easiest experience we ever had. Check-in super fast. They didn’t tell us much about the property. When we got to our room we couldn’t open the door… it sticks and you had to push it hard. The Tv needed to be attached to the cable and there are absolutely no working plugs by the bed. It’s also not sound proof like they advertised.

I had an average stay here for 10 nights. The hotel rooms are dated but clean. The reason my rating is low is because housekeeping skipped me twice and I felt they did it on purpose. I was leaving my room to go to work on my fourth day there and I flipped the door card to "please clean." The housekeeping lady was one door down, I greeted her in spanish and asked for a room cleaning. When I came back at 530pm my room was not serviced. The next morning I asked the front desk to please have a room cleaning done, it was around 930am. When I came back the second day around 5pm my room was still not serviced. This was two days in a row and unacceptable. My experience was going from okay to bad at this point. The third day I met a very friendly housekeeping woman in the hallway on my way to breakfast and she asked if I needed my room cleaned, I responded in spanish "yes, please, thank you so much." I left her a $10 tip in the room. If it wasn't for her I would have been very upset. I don't understand how front desk and housekeeping do not have a decent communication system. I always tip housekeeping when they do their job and I try to keep the room decently tidy myself, removing trash, etc so it is not a huge mess. No bbq grills or laundry facilities but hotel is convenient to a Publix grocery with a laundromat next door. I paid $79 per night with breakfast included for 10 night stay. Beyond this price point it would not be worth much more for a long stay. 1-2 nights yes

The front desk manager who said he was new was rude. Charged my card twice even though I told him I was already charged. Tod me no upgrade was available without even checking. The room smelled bad and was not cleaned properly. Will never stay here again.

I had a terrible stay at Pullman Miami Airport (Aug 23–24, 2025). The airport shuttle driver was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, the room was in poor condition and the breakfast was of very low quality. This level of service is unacceptable for a Pullman hotel. I expect urgent follow-up and immediate contact so I can provide the full details of this serious incident.

Airport stuff over for one night. This hotel, checked all the boxes, including Airport Transfer, proximity to Miami airport, cleanliness, and nice facility overall. Check that the front desk attendant know that it’s my birthday and she gave me complementary drink vouchers, which was very nice of her and the drinks were made very well at the bar.

The hotel itself is fine, nothing special which was fine as we only stayed for one night due to a flight cancellation. I've since contacted the hotel several times to obtain a receipt for our stay for insurance purposes and they've ignored every correspondence. Very strange indeed - it would take maybe two minutes to send this to me. instead, I'll be £250 out of pocket.

Close to airport. Quiet rooms. Walking distance to a few places: Publix, cvs, Wendy’s, chipotle, Panda Express, Burlington. Personally prefer bathrooms without shower curtains but personal preference. Breakfast was okay as well

The hotel is a little worn. It is a park and ride hotel and you are not guaranteed a spot on the airport shuttle and you don’t reserve a spot. No staff member makes any attempt to be helpful. The noise level from outside is pretty bad which is due to the location near the airport runways and a train. Would not stay here again—there are so many other options.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below expectations for the price paid. I requested a baby cot for the room during my booking. Upon arrival I also requested the cot again and was told it would be in the room. It was not. Requested it again and later that night was sent a blanket. It was only when I spoke directly with the very nice room attendant that she finally got us a cot for the room. Service from staff was also unsatisfactory. When I requested boiling water for my 7‑month‑old’s bottle (as there was no facilities in the room) I was met with a shrug and told there was “nothing available,” and only after insisting, I was reluctantly advised that the kitchen “might be able to help but they are closing soon.” This is a disappointing response. The room quality was poor. Our group was based in 3 rooms. My room was very dated, and my parents room was in an even worse state, with furnishings that looked tired and carpets that appeared grubby and in need of a deep clean or replacement. There was a random fridge in the middle of the floor, exposed pipe work and a bathroom that was so dated it was significantly below a reasonable standard. Breakfast was another disappointment. On both mornings I had to ask three times for coffee; on the first morning I eventually received one, but on the second morning it never arrived at all. Finally, on multiple occasions there was very limited parking available, which added unnecessary stress and inconvenie

tHE FRONT IS SITUATED IN A WAY, THAT MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR HOTEL GUESTS WITH HANDICAPPED ISSUES TO GET THEIR LUGGAGE ETC OUT AND SORTED, THEM PARK, AND HOPE THE ITEMS ARE STILL THERE WHEN RETURNING. NO BELLMEN IN THIS SITUATION, IS A BAD IDEA, AND CONTRARY TO "GUEST SERVICE" - WHEN THE BELLMAN IS ALSO THE DRIVER FOR A/P GUESTS. THE DINING IS -NON EXISTANT. WE DO NOT WANT TO EAT AT THE BAR, MY COMPANION, CANNOT SIT THERE COMFORTABLY, WE DO NOT WANT TO SIT AT A SKINNY RAIL - AND WE DO NOT WANT TO SIT WHERE OUR DISHES ARE 2 FEET FROM OUR SEATS. ADD IN A BARTENDED WITH ABAD ATTITUDE, AND NO KNOW;LEDGE ON SIMPLE DRINKS. HE ACTUALLY GOT THE ALCOHOL WRONG, ON A COCKTAIL- CHOSEN FROM YOUR COCKTAIL LIST.

Hotel is very overpriced for the condition and state of hotel the hotel needs a refurb some of the staff need to be more helpful and less combative they charge for parking but it’s not always easy to get a space the breakfast you pay for is the same every day that need to be changed up as paying for the same everyday is pointless not a hotel I would stay at again for the price I paid
